-akw- AKW, can you elaborate where these extra shares comes from? The maths:
1 TITAN = 300 MH/s = 20.24 BTC
20.24 / 0.07 = 290 base shares
300MH/s / 290 = 1.03 MH/s each share
I can see that Titan#1 and Titan#2 already has 792 shares (unless I calculated wrong). Does this mean that our shares gets diluted? Yes, full june dividends will be paid to these shares. We will send it around the 10th July because many people did bet on events this month which are running till first days of July.

Buyer owns it forever except and earns any earning. However, we keep the right to buy the shares back for the original amount we sold them plus 100%, of course the previous earnings are not subject of this calculation. Any other proofs of ownership available for shareholders than the usual "old wild west"? We are open to suggestions. Simple enough... because Spondoolies Tech has asked people to check with them on anything sales like in that manner as there have been a number of scams in the forums etc. I suggest people use that email to get clear confirmation and not expect a post to be the definitive answer. Email is much better. If you are giving information to this GB leader before you do that you are not doing yourself any service. If you are simply asking and not PUSHING people to go and check at the source via email or doing that on your own I wonder the motivation? I am interested in buying and I want to hear about prices. As for verification. Before I send anything I am going to check with SPTech before I send any information to anyone. ...so, it's still too much if some user keep kindly asking for an official Spondoolies-Tech's reply on this thread...?? I am interested in doing this, but I have some questions first. How do we know how much the miner is hashing? Is there a pool somewhere with stats that we can monitor? What happens if there is a discrepancy?
Also, do we need to post our payment info publicly here? I'd rather do it privately.

Thank you for your interest, much appreciated! It would depend on the miner software if we could eventually find a way to link the "internal" miner stats to a webpage maybe, on the other hand, it would be possible that the pool we'll use would let an "open-stat" page like eligius for example... we'll see as more info will be disclosed and at least when we'll finally get the miners "in-hands". At the same time, consider that our machines will be identical to the others available so, more or less, they will perform the same way and the comparison would be quite empirical, even if mining isn't easy like doing maths! The factors that really weight on profit are the total power that we could deploy in our farm (better shares/shifts/...) and the money saved from the shared resources with others machines and, last but not least, the advantages derived from being hosted in a well implemented DC (possible OC, less dust, less hot,...). About the payment infos, they are always public on the Blockchain, simply their aren't linked to any identity unless you do otherwise (this is just one of the amazing features the Bitcoin protocol has!)... But, as you'd like, we can manage all data exchanges privately (and encrypted at willing!) without any problem! For any doubt/question/clarification, we're at disposal! Thank you & Cheers! -akw- |

Dicono, più o meno, che ce la faranno prima del previsto, ovvero entro il terzo quadrimestre di quest'anno (al max entro settembre, per quanto diguarda le consegne di tutto il primo batch) Il previsto da knc se non erro era q2-q3 (1 aprile - 30 settembre) Prima del previsto significa che sarebbero dovuti arrivare massimo il 31 di Marzo. (Magari sono arrivati già a KnC in quella data, chi lo sa ) Come si fa ad essere soddisfatti (o farlo trasparire dalle proprie parole) per una consegna al limite di un timeframe fottutamente ampio come quello scelto (Q2-Q3)? Ora capisci perché ho sostenuto che ad un certo punto tu ti sia reso conto che avresti avuto in mano delle macchine vecchie quando sarebbero arrivate, che probabilmente farebbero a malapena ROI (se lo faranno), e di conseguenza ti sei affrettato a mettere in GB altri ordini da te fatti per attutire meglio la perdita il colpo? Curiosa la scelta stilistica di mettere un bel 320/400 anziché 320/320 per dare una sensazione di "hurry up"  Ma dov'è finito lo psichedelico "Don't be too late for KnC Bus!"?  Alex... oggi devi ancora svegliarti! a marzo gli avevano appena annunciati... il 5-giugno hanno annunciato il tape-out dei chip... ...per chi è inerno al "mercato" sembra che stiano andando anche abbastanza veloci...! Q2 è appena finito e, come sai benissimo, KnC ha SEMPRE chiaramente parlato di agosto-SETTEMBRE... La storia del 400 è per una questione di trasparenza dei calcoli... anzi, se proprio ti interessa, è controproducente... le persone credono che le shares mancanti siano state "prese" gratis!!! ... purtroppo, i Titan rappresentano il migliore acquisto di macchine ASIC scrypt che si possa fare (aver fatto), è risaputo! ...dov'è la concorrenza? ...dove sarà la concorrenza? Vogliamo condividere il 80% di due KnC Titan ordinati & pagati poco dopo l'annuncio ufficiale del rilascio da parte di KnCminer... riceveremo i miner tra i primissimi in assoluto (copie dell'ordine sono nel thread originale in inglese linkato sotto) Sono disponibili "al pubblico" un totale di 320 shares a 0.09 BTC l'una, ogni share corrisponde a 2 MH/s minimo. I dividendi avranno frequenza settimanale e saranno effettuati direttamente in LTC e/o BTC. Gli alimentatori e gli accessori sono già inclusi nel costo delle shares. Le macchine verranno hostate in un DC già attivo e dotato di tutto, ad un costo di 0.19 kW/h tutto incluso. La durata e di massimo 24 mesi, salvo non profittabilità dell'operazione di mining oppure rottura fuori garanzia della/e macchine. ciao! ma visto che le macchine ora sono da 400 e non piu' da 300, chi ha preso 1.03 mhs a 0.07 btc negli altri ordini vedrà aumentati i suoi mhs?
