I received this pm from a senior member
Quote
Hey Bud,

I want to rank up my bct profile at some point in the future (I know it's a while until the next rank) but was wondering what I would need to do in order to get some merit? Or if you could throw me some that'd be awesome.

Let me know

Thiis is bad from a number of aspects. If he doesn't know what to do, then he isn't reading the threads, or supporting the forum. A lazy poster like that shouldn't be getting merits anyway. I was in a good mood, so I just put him on ignore, but I usually report the begging spam.

That's are the shitposter who's only thinking for their own good. They don't care if they contribute in the forum what matter for them is, they need to rank up so that their paying rates would rank up too. And one more thing being a Sr. Member you should know already the rules. I guess some of  he's/her post doesn't make sense to help this forum.
47  Economy / Economics / Re: Can human stupidity affect the movement of the market? on: June 18, 2018, 01:43:11 PM
Hello, community. Political, economic and social news in the media significantly affect the life and behavior of the crowd. How can crypto news affect the movement of the market?

If the people gets panic their is a tendency that their going to sell all of their Bitcoin because of the news, but its always depend on the new if it positive then people would hurry to buy more Bitcoin.  in that scene if the demand is high bitcoin price is gets increase, but if there a lot of volume the price would decrease. That's how the news affect the market cap.
48  Other / Meta / Re: Most of bounty manager's are too careless about scam ICO. on: June 18, 2018, 12:02:26 PM
Recently I have found two ICO with fake team.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4467496.0

Bounty manager's are too careless about scam ICO. Even they didn't minimum research. We know we can't prevent scam but it's possible to save forum members to promote scam ICO. So time and money both will save.

I think those are bounty manager they have some experience about ICO. What is the reasons for not well research? They are using fake team from Google. It's very easy to find. Simply search on Google and get help from some website.

Bounty manager's geeting payment by eth or btc. They don't have loss. But what about participant who had joined their bounty if scam ICO? They spend time on bounty.

Some manager's might be well and research. But most of manager careless.

I will request to all bounty manager's please try to research minimum to save forum members.

So far I haven't try yet joining bounty campaign without getting my payment thru my works, I guess bounty campaign should also follow the rules in signature campaign like, not allowing participant if they have neg. Trust, same with campaign manager cause I've notice that there are few campaign manager managing some campaign even if they have negative trust too, so to avoid scammer avoid joining bounty campaign if the campaign manager have negative trust vise versa with the members.
49  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make this world economically better? on: June 18, 2018, 02:53:42 AM
The society is divided into haves and haves not, poor people are getting more poorer and rich people are getting more richer, Value of money is decreasing and inflation is increasing, Many people around the globe suffer death mostly Africa and asia because hunger and unable to fulfill basic human needs.
What actions should governments need to take and how individuals can contribute?

I think the government should be the first to clean up before the individuals. As long as their the corrupt leaders that are working in a government each countries will continue to suffer and affect the economic growth. And being an individual should intelligence enough in selecting leaders so that each countries could have a good economic growth.
50  Economy / Economics / Re: Wise thing to do with your savings. on: June 18, 2018, 02:39:51 AM
I see that many of you actually liked the concept of 20 % method wherein you allot 20% of your earnings to be saved as emergency fund.
So I was thinking, if that 20% allotted will be invested in a time deposit kind of account, will it still be possible to earn as much or invest it in cryptocurrency? Or maybe just let the money sleep until such time you will need it?
What will be a wise kove to do with the noney you have saved up?

Savings is very important to each and everyone. As an individual you need to have your own savings so  that in case of emergency you have funds to use with. And also if you make an investment aside from your savings that would be great, but you need to wise in investing your money cause theirs a lot of scammer out there. Before you make a decision try to study first all the things that you need to know before you start. nowadays I considered Bitcoin as one of the best thing to invest your money cause if you hit the perfect timing your investment could be double or more, and this is proven already for how many times but the decision is always comes from you
51  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you approve this strategy: sell alts buy btc? on: June 18, 2018, 02:29:10 AM
I read this article, but I want to see opinions, would you sell all your alts to have only bitcoin now ? I don't think this is recommended

https://cointelegraph.com/news/buy-bitcoin-sell-your-altcoins-says-pioneering-wall-street-blockchain-analyst

For me I prefer to hold Bitcoin than altcoins. Bitcoin could easily convert anytime anywhere. It is easy to use than alt coins. aside from Bitcoin is a pioneer crypto currency most of the time people prefer to patronize Bitcoin because I'm everything you do you need Bitcoin just to complete all your transaction like, if you want to start your own trading you need to buy Bitcoin first so that you can buy different altcoins using your Bitcoin. As simple as that. So for me I prefer to sell my altcoin and buy Bitcoin.
52  Economy / Economics / Re: You're not wealthy yet, so you're not allowed to be wealthy on: June 18, 2018, 02:11:03 AM
The rule that only accredited investors, which means people who are already wealthy, are allowed to participate in certain ICOs is senseless imo. It's like saying "YOU'RE NOT WEALTHY YET, SO YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO BE WEALTHY." Stupid society, with obsolete rules, we're living in.

Disclaimer: I'm not a US citizen, and I've not read that law

I've joined several times in bounty campaign and so far I haven't seen yet that kind of rules, I think your just fabricating such thing just to have a topic. Be careful creating some topics cause it will harm your account in the end.
53  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Disable person on: June 18, 2018, 02:05:12 AM
This is a common thing happens in different countries where the government mandatory give assistance to there citizens with disability, and the sad truth is that the assistance from government is not enough.

This is the perfect time to introduce bitcoin to persons with disability by doing this they don't need to rely only on government assistance, because they are now started to earn there own money to support their needs.

This is a case to case basis because, some of the PWD doesn't have a chance to go to school, so if your going to introduce this kind of technology it will difficult for you on how to teach them. But I'm not saying that PWD doesn't have a place here in cryptos, this just base on my observation.
54  Economy / Economics / Re: Forever(?) lost coins on: June 17, 2018, 02:11:27 PM
Hi all,
i'm pretty new to bitcoin but already using it and also experimenting with new ideas/code. Great concept!

Anyway i wonder what happens with lost coins?
Like when some people with many coins lose their wallet file.
Are they lost forever, and worst for the whole system? Since the generation of the coins are limited as i have read, are those lost coins regenerated at some point too?

So when many people lose their files, maybe through a terrible bug.. well go figure.

Can somebody please explain what would happen and if there are already methods to prevent or something(except backing up, but it's not always possible, e.g. a bad government takes your computer..).
Ok, in RL life, when you lose money it's also forever lost(when noone finds it). But since in BC it's a limited generation of new coins it looks different i think, or am i missing something?
Maybe one solution would be that the network will also forget about those coins when the original node/node with that wallet/ID haven't connected for a very very long time(maybe ~40, ~100 years? on the other hand it might be bad for descent to your child who will knew about your "wallet file" very late etc.) and let's the network regenerate those coins.

Well, i'm not really sure how this is working yet, but just thought about this. Maybe someone can explain/think about this who has more knowledge of bitcoin/it's economics. Smiley

Thank you.

Bitcoin is controlled by anonymous people, it means it you make an error you cannot retrieved it anymore. In order to avoid those error or incident, first always double check all the info before you click specially if your going to use your wallet address. Back files is not enough as much as possible make at least 3-5 back up files so that you have a lot of sources when you need it, and the most important is never share your private keys and email to a person that you don't know.
55  Economy / Speculation / Re: SELL EVERYTHING!!!!! on: June 17, 2018, 01:37:02 PM
I'm gonna be honest with you all , i have been trading/investing since 2017.

I earned about 110.000 by trading and basically lost it all, i decided to sell the rest and just quit. I'm gonna explain why, this cryptocurrency market
is very manipulative and can easily be controlled and it will never stop. The icos/alts will always keep sucking all the btc cash so it will always be hard for btc to grow and
dominate.

This market is made to make money and profit from noobs it's like a bitconnect scheme. Every dollar that is made by someone, someone will lose money. Every dollar that
is made in this system will be sold to fiat and if there is low btc buy power it will mean that btc will only keep going down. This market is basically made to make
money from new users like a scheme. For example can you actually believe that if you would've put 10k usd into bitconnect you would have a monthly return of about 4500
every month by lending? This is unbelievably high which again means for every btc/dollar you lend out into this cryptocurrency system = someone will lose money that's
the main reason this market won't be there for long. Because it's basically a pyramid scheme.

I think you didn't study about crypto currency before you get involved with this kind of technology specially in trading world. If you are up into trading the most important thing that you should learn is, learn how to handle your emotions, Bitcoin is very volatile when it gets depth, it really gets depth to the max but when it gets bounce back it will bounce back to the highest level. Trading really test your ability on how to handle pressure but if you already mastered this kind of investment  Bitcoin trading would be easy for you.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Successful ICO Experiences on: June 17, 2018, 12:59:32 PM
I see many people asking for opinions about ICO investments, if they are good, profitable or not and I see many people replying it can be good or not, you must have knowledge to choose a legit ICO, to find out who are the developers...

But I would like to hear successful stories about people who invested in ICOs and made profit. Please, tell what ICOs you invested and how much profit you made, if you liked it and if you still look for this kind of investment.

I have already participating many bounty campaign but until now I haven't found a perfect bounty campaign. Almost all of may token are just stock in my wallet waiting to get list or to enter in any exchanger so that I can trade my token and convert it into bitcoin.
57  Economy / Economics / Re: What i believe will come on: June 17, 2018, 10:25:26 AM
If you have faith then I am happy for you to have positive trust, your actions will be positive and you will have the same positive success as you believe in them, success will come if we act right

Bitcoin is already tested for how many years so you don't need to worry about it. Negative and positive are common when it comes to crypto currency. So theirs nothing to worry when Bitcoin price fall down cause Bitcoin is very volatile any moment theirs always changes.

58  Economy / Economics / Re: [ASK] How are you going to handle too much debt? on: June 16, 2018, 07:32:37 AM
what would you do if you had so much debt and that your income was not enough to repay your debt installment?
how will you deal with it?
how to solve it?

I think you need to change your daily routine in terms of budgeting your salary. First try to minimize your expenses, if it is not important don't spend too much, don't always eat in restaurants, if you could cook for your self much better, try to add more percentage in your savings. After setting those things try to check if you save more than expenses. If the results is positive then continue until you settle all your debt. I hope this could help others to resolve their problems.
59  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Fiat - this is how I see the future on: June 16, 2018, 07:22:35 AM
Personally, I see the future without fiat money, but a full cashless settlement. The Internet currency is the currency of the future, there will be a word behind it.

I don't think so, whatever happen Fiat currency would not disappear. Fiat currency is controlled by a government and the good thing about it is that if something happens to your money you still have the chance to recover it by recovering all you bank transaction. Unlike crypto, if you make some mistakes you can never retrieve it anymore. And most of the time elders are no longer interested to learn this kind of technology and they prefer to use Fiat currency. So I think this could never happen, being a cashless society.
60  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we teach children to have businessman mentality or be successful employee on: June 16, 2018, 07:10:03 AM
We all have that thought why do Chinese people actually make it in the business world. The reason apparently is that at an early age, their parents are conditioning the minds of their children to do business in the hopes that they will actually be heirs to their family business.
In your opinion, should we be teaching them the same or teaching them to be successful employees for the sake of climbing up the economic ladder?

I think this kind of tradition should adopt by every country. Most of the time employee are just employee what hard work you've done your still an employee that payed for your work and only fer are become successful being an employee. It's better to be a business man cause if you succeed with that kind of field or business you can pass it to your future children as time passes by.
