41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin and blockchain suitable for international remittances? on: January 28, 2018, 07:43:29 AM
Yes, it truly has a good impact on the remittance and all sort of transaction within countries as well beyond boundaries and borders. The good thing with blockchain is that it can be used on any need. Unlike the service the implementation of blockchain gives efficiency in functioning without flaws.

yes definitely agree with you because this will do faster transfer of money save time and effort of a user you just need to use your computer or phone to transfer money. I hope someday it will be implemented and hoping that shops will accept too.

Bitcoin Security and Safety
Experts Warning about more Cyber Attack will Occur

Japanese exchange Coincheck founf almost $500 million has been stolen in Nem coins. After a cyber attack and appears to be the biggest cyber attack
in the history of cryptocurrency.Experts says that due to the incredible changes in Bitcoin price since 2017, the virtual currency attracted the eyes and the attention of the investors, traders and even criminals with technical skills on how to target owners. There are some was to keep your bitcoin/crypto wallets safe and secure. One of the best thing is to keep your Private Keys or wallet passwords away from the sight of suspicious persons and strangers. It's better to write those keys in a piece of paper or print it out and keep it do not copy it and paste on notepad and save in your computer it's also dangerous. But there are others ways to keep your bitcoin safe and secure. This can be the easiest way to fall foul of criminals and other cyber threats.

And it's absolutely important that you stay on top of your bitcoin security.Because once your private key has been stolen then all of your hard work, and time working to gain such amount of crypto will be gone and unfortunately there's nothing you can do about that because transactions are irreversible.

Mr Moffitt explained: “The problem is that when it comes to unlocking wallets, there is no identification, because once they have the keys – as far as the blockchain is concerned – its the authorised owner sending the transaction.

“The user doesn’t know he’s been hacked or that the wallet’s been wrongly accessed.”

Once a hacker get a hold of your tokens and cryptos, they will then quickly move them onto crypto exchange and launder them. One such popular token use by hackers is the open source cryptocurrency called MONERO

Monero is basically bitcoin but it's a private ledger you'll never know who sent, what and where and for. most coin in the blockchain you can see the X and Y address.

But with hackers and cyber criminals is going to transfer their stolen tokens to crypto such as monero then they will have the safety and freedom to cash it out without worrying if they will got caught,One recent trend that the security expert is worried is on the brink of becoming a major threat is so-called cryptojakcing – injecting javascript into unsuspecting websites to force visitors’ computers to secretly mine for currencies like monero in the background.

Mr Moffitt said: “It’s relatively new, it only came out a few months ago and was designed to be legitimate.

Experts said that the fraudulent use of cryptojacking is a widespread and a massive problem that is only going worse further along the line.

Pahirapan na magparank up as of now because of the merit system hope they will remove this of make improvement with this
45  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Merit - Discouragement on: January 27, 2018, 02:44:01 PM
recently lang namn na implement ung MERIT SYSTEM na ito kaso this is what I found out lang for my opinion yung merit score is need na para makapagparank up so meaning kahit sandamakmak na ata ung activity mo di aangat ng rank kung wala ung required na merit score kasi may mga user na valuable ung post and deserves to get merit score pero di sila mabigyan ng merit score kasi  nga di isa sa mga dahilan di nmn sila pa sikat and di masyado na uup ung post nila sa forum. Kaya imbes na tumaas ung rank nila nastock sila then other people daw is binebenta ung merit score nila then un iba namn is bumibili para makapag parank for my suggestion I suggest nalng na sana ung mga moderator and admins lang ang may capability na magbigay ng merit score sa mga user or they will make an auto detect nalang kung valuable ba ung post mo automatic na magkakaroon ka nalng ng merit score di ung galing sa ibang user kasi ung ibang taga merit nagiging unfair sa ibat ibang user ung forum all in all this was only my side about sa merit score.

bitcoin also offers fast and easy payments
47  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin and blockchain suitable for international remittances? on: January 27, 2018, 02:27:47 PM
Yes bitcoin has this capacity to send money through international remittances  but not only with remittances also can do in international banks(only if banks agree) and one more thing that if your country didn't banned the use of bitcoin as mode of payment.
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which Investment Type do you Prefer??? on: January 27, 2018, 02:04:05 PM
There are so many investment program existing out there and i want to here the pulse of the people where they would prefer to invest and why. so other people here may knew that they can earn in different forms and different ways in online world.

Types of investments

1. Gambling - Chances to earn big in just an hour
2. Tradings - Need proper learnings and monitoring tp avoid lose.
3. Hyips - Ponzi Scheme And risky
4. Crownfunding - earn by gh and ph.

Which do you prefered investment above do you see  you can earn and why.

I prefer trading since trading is my part but trading needs a skills and a little amount of money to start with anything in that list was need money trading can give you maximized profit in your money but I just thought that gambling isn't an investment it's a game of chances a game of possibilities you cannot get an assurance if you will get back your money or not.Mostly Hyips nowadays is not for long term HYIPS get scam after a 3 days of running this is not suggested if you want to invest big amount of money. because you might loose all of it.

Hello guys i saw some newbie has a merit points haha.what do you think?they buy it or not?because anyone who had merit points can be transfer to other people or sell them to other people.
Yeah,I think that too. Newbies that have a new account has a merit in which some of then are selling their merit to earn money. I think if this will spread all over in this site, I think they must be banned or what so ever.

but i will be hard to find them right
50  Other / Meta / Re: People might sell they're merit points. on: January 27, 2018, 10:04:33 AM
people that will be found out that were selling and buying merit score just to earn money and get higher ranks should be banned in the forum because greedy are polluting the forum.
51  Other / Meta / Re: People might sell they're merit points. on: January 27, 2018, 09:58:25 AM
Hello guys i saw some newbie has a merit points haha.what do you think?they buy it or not?because anyone who had merit points can be transfer to other people or sell them to other people.
The only unfair thing about merits in m opinion is making it a requiremnt to ranking up, there are plenty of poeple who are constanly posting some productive posts and people don't give them merit, so they don't rank up as fast as others, while people with multiple accounts who are always spamming the forum could abuse this system and get into campaigns and rank up before those who actually stick to the rules.

What Shenzou said is on point and I totally agree. Some of the people here have been posting constructively ever since they joined but they go unnoticed since they are unpopular. A lot does not receive the recognition they deserve and I hope the merit system changes that. Also, I do understand that this will encourage people to construct valuable posts. However, it would be hard for the new members because they are not yet considered as credible due to the fact they are new. I hope they get a chance to prove themselves and have a chance to gain merits so that they could move forward in this forum.

Yes I just thought out if someone is posting some valuable post and created constructively and because of unpopularity he/she can't rank up I think that merit score should not be a requirements for ranking up or maybe merit points can be earn automatically if the systems detects that it was a valuable post something like that because it's become hard to someone to earn merit scores if he/she got unnoticed in the forum. Because if merit score will be earned from someone then It was really hard then.

just my opinion I hope it will be get better.

56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN HAS BEEN BANNED! on: January 26, 2018, 11:32:10 AM

If governments would have a tendency to act like that against bitcoin, we would have 90 countries "banning" bitcoin and 5 accepting it instead of the opposite.
Besides, I've always said that people are ruled by the ones they deserve, if you are ruled by some idiots signing stupid laws ...guess what.

yes definitely agree with this sir thanks for this.
57  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN HAS BEEN BANNED! on: January 26, 2018, 11:28:04 AM
First, this one shitty title.
You have "BITCOIN HAS BEEN BANNED!" as a title and in your posts you start with "COUNTRIES THAT BANNED BITCOIN".
And it's all in CAPS which is annoying as hell, if you want to scream that much open the window and do it.
What you've done here is trying to get visitors to your topic (for what reason..I can only guess....)

But everything you wrote it's already old news..
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_bitcoin_by_country_or_territory

The wiki page is pretty up to date so you can check there what country has "banned" bitcoin.
Because in the case of Nepal, bitcoin has not been banned but declared illegal as a method of payment.

https://sanzeevdahal.com.np/bitcoin-banned-in-nepal/
Quote
All wallets site, Mining sites, ICO, HYIP, faucets all sort of bitcoin-related websites are still working in Nepal. So it’s not totally banned but illegal to buy bitcoin.

Im sorry for all caps sir but yah it was an old news Smiley I just wanna share to everyone who are new again I am very sorry for the all caps Smiley hope u forgive.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / 5 countries that banned bitcoin on: January 26, 2018, 10:38:21 AM
COUNTRIES THAT BANNED BITCOIN

Before we start to our topic this I want to tell that some of you might know about this but I just wanna share this to those who are not.

Several people believe that bitcoin was a blessing and it was an opportunity
for everyone but not everyone shares the sentiment. From central banks and other finance company, Bitcoin's list of detractors runs for a very long time and gone so deep. But most of the government around the world seeks for the regulation of bitcoin.

Be due to fear, ignorance and protectionism, governments have a tendency to legislate against perceived threats.Countries such as japan protects its citizens to have free trade of the digital currency. But unfortunately not all countries embracing the change of our technology. In some cases citizens have had their assets seized, accounts got frozen and have been locked up, Government can't stop the blockchain from propagating, but they can stop their people in having access to it.

STOP THE BITCOIN!!

Like banning drugs, alcohol and other stuffs banning bitcoin sounds nonsensical and unforceable. That's the exact case in five countries:

1.Bangladesh
2.Bolivia
3.Ecuador
4.Kyrgyzstan
5.Nepal

It was recently reported in https://news.bitcoin.com/bitcoin-illegal-in-nepal-police-arrest-seven-individuals-for-trading-operations/
that there were dozens of bitcoin and crypto enthusiasts get imprison seemingly guilty of little more than operating a small-scale bitcoin exchange.

Meanwhile Ecuador has outlawed bitcoin, nit because they opposed this crypto but because they want to regulate and control it and tether it with the Ecuadorian dollar. An Electronic money designed to operate ad support monetary scheme dollarization.Completing the naughty list of countries that have banned bitcoin is Kyrgyzstan, a tiny landlocked state in Central Asia,
And Bangladesh banned bitcoin, it was 2014 where Bangladesh bank stated that anyone that will be caught using such online currency could be jailed mostly because it's about "MONEY LAUNDERING".

this was already an old news for updated list

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_bitcoin_by_country_or_territory

so what do you think? will your country will ban the use of bitcoin?
do you know other countries that ban the bitcoins?
Please share it and tell to everyone Smiley

While it is possible Cool that both do well in 2018 I think Onion has more room for growth in 2018 and think they will do better. Although they aren't 100% TOR secure yet I think with the next update they are planning to integrate that and with the incoming technology your coins with always be able to be mixed, have ring signatures, and zk proof. Big times ahead for Onion I mean if a shitcoin like Verge can moon, literally anything can.

And everyone were looking forward for the development to DeepOnion Coin thanks for your info
