41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Cardano replace Ethereum? on: December 31, 2017, 12:25:21 AM
I don't think Cardano will ever replace Ethereum.  Many people have never even heard of Cardano.  It is only traded on a handful of exchanges.  Ethereum is the most popular altcoin at the moment and is traded on every exchange in the cryptocurrency markets.

ADA is ETH killer, it will eventually replace ETH with its speed of the transactions and unique other feathers. Chris has given few youtube interviews over the weekend, you should search on youtube for more insights on ADA and why everyone is betting on ADA rather than ETH.

yes looks like this guy didnt watch videos or read about cardano
saying "cardano wont replace eth because eth is bigger and more people know about ETH" is not convincing
again i think that it wont replace ETH because ETH is here to stay and evolve with its programming language
but for some industries ETH is not good enough..
Solidity is just one programming language it cant be good enough for everything ..

I know more than you do on ADA. ADA and ETH will co-exist but ETH will loose its marketshare as ADA evolves over time.

43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the best Altcoins to accumulate in 2018? on: December 30, 2017, 10:57:26 PM
So far i am interested in the Ripple movement, a few days back i started to fall in love with Ripple. Why? My habit every day is open https://coinmarketcap.com/ i observe the best 50 coin prices. And what happens is what i see a few days when bitcoin prices and some altcoins go down but what happens to the ripple is a price increase.

After that, i look for information about Ripple, from various media that i read Ripple has an advantage over the appeal of another altcoin and bitcoin. The first is, a number of banks began to actively cooperate with Ripple to implement technology in their payment infrastructure. The second advantage that Ripple is able to complete up to 1500 transactions per second, different with bitcoin that is only able to complete transactions only 3 to 7 per second. And the last advantage is that the price of Ripple is not determined by speculation and rumours and this will make the ripple price will be very stable.

Finally i think Ripple is more suitable for long term investment. Because we know the price of Ripple is still less than $2 but did not close the possibility in the short term, could be Ripple prices will soar in 2018.

Ripple will continue to surge as it adds more banks to its portfolio.

Stellar (XRM) is also surged just because it falls under the same business utility as Ripple. It is now under top 10 in the coinmarketcap.

45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose the right ICO? on: December 30, 2017, 10:50:52 PM
Crypto market is emerging and by making the right choice, we can make real good $$$'s. What are the key for a ICO to be successful?

Add additional options if I miss in the voting options

Nobody knows for sure which ico will be successful. They are just doing research and predict it. Maybe success maybe not.
But, it is better we do research rather than just blind prediction.
One thing normally i know very important, that is if the project has real working product or not. If they have mostly ( not always ) they be successful.
If you do try to see on how many ICO now do have a working product I would say its only on small numbers because most of them are just projected still which I didn't even know on success rate or the possibility that they would able to follow on what they do propose because I have experienced and seen in the past that most of them do vanish or didn't make any updates once their coins being listed on exchanges this is why always been suggested to look on the team behind it.
The fact is that almost half of all these projects are created only in order to raise money from investors and earn real money. And everything else does not interest them, so you do not cost me anything, and the project is simply lost to the bottom.

I would say, every business' motivation is to earn money at the end. Every ICO comes in here, has the same vibration. The thing is, each one broadcast themselves in different manner to conquer the market. Nothing wrong in it. It depends on the services they offer and the amount of spirit they put together to bring themselves up amongst their competitors. Its the responsibility of the each investors to look at the ICO strength (team members profiles, roadmaps, projects, amount spend for marketing and the products they serve) before investing in them.

I agree research for ICO's should starts with team first followed by whitepaper.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chainalysis software for nabbing Tax evaders on: December 30, 2017, 10:36:41 PM
IRS contracted to use Chainalysis software for nabbing Tax evaders if they don't pay their fairshare to tax payers fund. Any idea on Chainalaysis tool? Any links for IRS guidelines for filing taxes in US?

Here are the Tax filing guidelines for the income from Crypto assets in year 2017.

The best coin for 2018 will be Ethereum. I heard from different sources its price will achieve 1000 dollars and everything points to it

ETH has huge competition from ADA and Universa and so on! It will be a tough year for ETH.

Updated the list with some killer Altcoins.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the best Altcoins to accumulate in 2018? on: December 29, 2017, 04:54:03 PM
I believe is that any major cryptocurrency is worth it to invest in for the long term, I think these will  accumulate higher level in early 2018..
XRP
Ether
Ark (these are under a dollar)
GNK
Other (mention name of the altcoin if you choose other).

Happy coining!
what else I have to say, I have thoughts like you. I am a trader and I always trade ripples, I really love this coin. I always get a big profit selling this coin. I have never tried another coin, I still do not believe all coins can thrive.

You must be on Cloud 9 after seeing XRP surge past few days.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats the next coin after Ripple in its core business area? on: December 29, 2017, 04:31:34 PM
Read white paper of XLM and ADA. They concep a nice. The partners are there. They mayb the next XRP.

ADA is ETH killer. XLM will have huge potential if they partner with financial institutions. Thanks for the inputs.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Whats the next coin after Ripple in its core business area? on: December 29, 2017, 05:01:28 AM
Ripple rally continues today as well and it will continue to test all time high's every time it will add a banking partner any where in the world. Are there any other competitors in the Ripple core business?
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Cryptopia Exchange Safe and Legit? on: December 27, 2017, 03:34:57 PM
If you experience bad in cryptopia try to exchange in some exchanger like poloniex, yobit or mercatox. This exchanger is the best of best trading site here in crypto so try it and i think for more secure spread your btc in different exchanger so if any of that is not going well you still have some btc in some exchanger. It's for the safety and wise strategy to do here in crypto because there is no assurance in any exchanger here,i think some is good but still there is no assurance in some exchanger.
Cryptopia is one of the best exchange in crypto currency industry, this exchange have a good list of coins and altcoins. Moreover rates of each crypto currency are better compared with the other exchange, I guess you can't earn deficit if you invest in this sites.

Definitely I used this sites and my income is pretty good, however charges in every exchange is larger too compared with the other exchange sites.

I agree, Cryptopia is legit and safe as of today. You never know what will happen in future..this applies for Bittrex and other big exchanges.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any forbidden coins with huge potential? on: December 26, 2017, 09:10:04 PM
At present, Reddcoin shows good growth. Even John McAfee noted the potential of this coin. At the same time, it costs only $ 0.019.

John McAfee is driving force for crypto currency growth! Thanks for your inputs.

Here is the site - https://www.ins.world/ ICO on 27 November 2017, Monday, 11:00 AM (GMT)
They are planning to list tokens  several exchanges in 2 weeks after ICO.

US residents are not allowed to participate in any ICOs. I think I missed a good opportunity. Lot of potential for this amazing coin.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any forbidden coins with huge potential? on: December 25, 2017, 04:42:14 AM
I see Ripple will go to $1 level very soon as more international banks joins the bandwagon. Are there any coins like this under $0.25 cents?

ADA seems promising. Any new insights on this ETH killer. ADA?
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Price difference between exchanges on: December 25, 2017, 04:38:18 AM
I see slight edge on Bittrex when it comes price than GDAX or Coinbase. whats the best US based exchange for trading lower price?

Any using Cobinhood? Is it legit? They dont change fees like Robinhood for equities trading.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase next additions? on: December 25, 2017, 04:35:51 AM
This will boost Bit cash like anything

but honestly I think NEO and OMG stand a fair chance of listing on CB

I heard Bitcoin cash(BCC/BCH) is gonna add by Coinbase/GDAX to their crypto market. January 1 is the date i saw at their statement. https://blog.coinbase.com/update-on-bitcoin-cash-8a67a7e8dbdf
http://coinmarketcal.com/?form%5Bmonth%5D=01&form%5Byear%5D=2018&form%5Bcoin%5D%5B%5D=Ethereum+%28ETH%29&form%5Bcoin%5D%5B%5D=Bitcoin+Cash+%28BCH%29&form%5Bsort_by%5D=&form%5Bsubmit%5D=

"We are planning to have support for bitcoin cash by January 1, 2018"

That's what they said. But still don't know if it's confirmed. Anyway, the source came from their blogs. So i guess that's true. So put some in your bags now. This will go to moon again.

ADA has good chance of getting into Coinbase.

59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What causing ETH to stall as BTC amlost touched $20k? on: December 21, 2017, 04:57:44 AM
The market is irrational, it's impossible to tell. Right now its pretty clear that bitcoin has the attention of the entire market though, with most alts down 20-30% in their btc ratio. And with ethereum is no different - there will come the time when the attention shifts from btc to alts, and then we'll see them thrive at least for a while.

One more observation I see is LTC follows BTC when it raises, and ETH and other Altcoins goes south.
