Ripple rally continues today as well and it will continue to test all time high's every time it will add a banking partner any where in the world. Are there any other competitors in the Ripple core business?

First Ripple is actually a major Asian bank.
So their technology was embraced by banks.
Second outside of ETH no other coins have been integrated to business on the level of ETH and XRP.

So you look at top 4 mkt cap coins you have eth n xrp as well adopted coins with wide biz adoption.

Then u have BTC n BCH the two rare coins that are just stores of wealth with no widespread business adoption.

2018 will see the rise of coins with solid biz uses and some with actual use.

Other than btc n BCH n maybe xvg the store your wealth coins will fall from favor.

2018 is the shakeout year for coins tied to real potentional public and or business use.

Crypto should blow through the TRILLION MKT CAP range then who knows how huge it gets.

I don't think there is any other competitor with ripple.It is one of it's own kind and could not be replace.Ripple has a very unique buisness core as it is decentralized but has tied up with lots of banks which runs on fiat and local currencies.Ripple is one the most popular coins in last few weeks and has achieve new heights in term of both price.Though allegation are that it is going to pumped but if i speak of today it is one of top coins.

Stellar is the runner-up in Ripple's core business and it gained good momentum along with Ripple.
