42  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Volatility A Bad Thing? on: January 26, 2018, 02:51:34 PM
Steam dropped bitcoin support citing "high volatility" as a motive.

When amazon stock jumped from $18 to $1,200 over a period of years, was this high volatility a bad thing?

If bitcoin's value increases from $6,000 to $16,000 over a period of months, and HODL'ers benefit, this high volatility is bad?

Where does the idea of high volatility being an unnecessary evil come from?

Are there good arguments or evidence which support the concept of high volatility being a negative circumstance?

In a sense, volatility simply means the price of something moves a lot, its not that bad if the vast majority of motion is in an upward direction?

 Huh Huh Huh
bitcoin volatality is too lie to call bad thing. Its not a bad thing all ussers know it also if it is bad why many users came in that so its surely not a bad thing.
43  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC is a roller coaster on: January 24, 2018, 02:45:57 PM
Just received reminder bitcoin dropped a lot, the price of the last week is very unstable, leading to other competing currencies continued to fall, there is no bottom line of that kind of fall, I would like to ask you tycoons on how to look at the future market?

yes that's true because bitcoin is no stable price from the beginning so its like a roller coaster that we ride up and down but it have a good ride after all the problem!
44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin important on: January 23, 2018, 03:08:27 PM
In my opinion it's important because it allows money to become like air or the Ocean. Something that just naturally exists in our lives (without being owned by anyone) and allows us to value things in our world and store wealth.

I think in the future the value will not be determined by any government but by the world economy as a whole.

because it gives us a more earning for our financials and also it gives a chance to become rich and to become our futures better than we wishing!

46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: January 19, 2018, 01:38:20 PM
My biggest regret is when I got introduced to this back in 2012, I tried to buy £200 worth, the platform was down and I never bothered, just recently woke up to it again at over £4k per coin, it is a physiological thing where I don't want to buy at that price.
My biggest regret is when I started late about this kind of online jobs because based on my observations to anybody who's online in Bitcoin was having a great life.now they build a new house, buy anything they wanted. If I started it not late and believe it that time maybe I will be also one of them for now.that is my regret, started late but hopefully that will work so far.

49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A friend sent me .03 BTC - what to do now? on: January 11, 2018, 10:53:35 AM
This depends on your own decision, this is your money, I suggest you can try to choose to ride it and I think you wouldn't lose out considering that $500 dollar you got for a favor.
first if you want to grow that Bitcoin invest it if you lucky it is going to a better amount so that's my opinion for that case.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A friend sent me .03 BTC - what to do now? on: January 11, 2018, 10:51:52 AM
So long story short, a friend owed me for a favor and since I did not have bitcoin before he asked If I would take it in BTC. I didn't mind since I can cash out whenever.
My question is.. what do you think? Its a decent chunk of money for me to just hope something keeps rising, do you think I should "let it ride" or cash out and just be happy with ~$500?
51  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are they afraid of bitcoin? on: January 10, 2018, 02:06:32 PM
Every student of the political economy who understands the style of the work of the technique of Blockchain and Bitcoin BTC will be absolutely sure that the next alternative to the classical system is the digital currencies, which by their characteristics (speed - privacy - lack of costs - decentralization of the system ...) The foundations of political economy in all its schools, from Aristotle and Ibn Khaldun to Marx, Adam Smith and Keynes and finally with Friedman. These scholars, who laid the foundations of economic thought through money supply, can control the economy of countries and their economic policy.
In my opinion, Noble In the economy of this great invention that will change humanity and will throw our lives upside down in so-called Internet value ..........

Maybe they are afraid of Bitcoin, because they might be banned or scammed  so they fear Bitcoin. They fear because they banned the accounts of their hard work so they fear. You will take good care of your accounts so you will banned or scammed. Do not be afraid.

54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have You Been Scammed? on: January 06, 2018, 10:53:44 AM
I just came over from the 'Investor Games' subforum (hope I got that right). A guy t ishere said he came across a site asking to double his bitcoin, he paid in $20 and got $40 the following day or so. He then went for a higher plan of $300 hoping to cash out $600 but they asked him to pay in another $300 before cashing out. He got confused and was asking for advice.

I think I've been there before. Before I became a forum member. I once came across one of those scam sites promising to generate bitcoins. Thought it was real, but when they asked me to pay some transaction fee, I was stuck. I had no money to pay the fee. With the benefit of hindsight, I know I'd have sent them the 'transaction fee' had I had the coins to send them.

Now, what have been your experience with internet scams?
How do we help people not to get scammed?

For me,I don't experience yet to scammed.Base for what I am doing now through Bitcoin it is a great kind of online jobs for me.maybe in the other kind of online but the Bitcoin doesn't I think.there are lots of internet scammed but I promise you, bitcoin is not.this is based on my experience I don't know to others
55  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people sell bitcoins? on: January 03, 2018, 01:28:13 PM
Worldwide, especially in my place, must sell it for profit rather than always keep it!
The government always forbids the use and play bitcoin so that it can not grow fully potential in my place. Surely it remains an advantage if there is a transaction rotation for bitcoin in my country to live.
In my place there are lots of people liked bitcoin because it has a very big equivalent amount of money if you want to sell it.this is the easiest way to earn much money in our generation for today.Bitcoin for now is a very popular crypto currency in whole world and it helps a lot of people liked under graduate and jobless people.
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: January 03, 2018, 01:17:22 PM
It seems that experts say that Bitcoin 'Here to Stay,' But Banks Could Disappear.

"TheStreet: How do you think FinTech will impact the way banks operate?

Frank Schwab: Banks either react on, or they will disappear. Anyway, the consolidation of the banking industry accelerates as the behaviour of people changes. Some banks will benefit from [FinTech], some will be pushed to the back end, and some will disappear."
http://www.thestreet.com/story/13419089/1/bitcoin-here-to-stay-but-banks-could-disappear-says-fintech-expert.html

What's your read on that?

Ask of my opinion bitcoin doesn't disappear banks because in our society everywhere in the world Bank is very important to people.because banks is the only way people know how they can save their money for sure.bank is much popular than Bitcoin to those people who didn't know about this.so I think, bank is always going steady.t hey didn't know about bitcoin especially to those who old people.
57  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fear of bitcoin on: January 01, 2018, 02:08:43 AM
Why are some governments so keen to prove that bitcoin is dangerous. Recently, the Indian government sent notifications to the citizens that they should not invest in bitcoin.
I'm afraid to banned and if the bitcoin is going down.maybe the other persons think that it is dangerous and scammer kind of on line business and I'm afraid also for that.but hopefully that bitcoin is not the kind of on line job that scammer.
58  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is bitcoin dangerous ? on: December 30, 2017, 10:24:58 AM
It depends upon the situation, but for my own opinion, bitcoin is probably dangerous and can be gone in time, even bitcoin is the easiest and secured crypto currency can be scammed to many people.
