For the KYC process, if the status shows "Submitted" does it mean that it's verified?
Also for the referral program, where is the link? As I access the dashbroad on the website and counld not find a link to the referral program.

I don't understand why Envion still hasn't resolved the missing tokens issue yet. My purchases over 2 weeks ago didn't get the bonus applied to them (none of the 10% ones and one at 20%). But still same message saying:
"Some users paying with ETH may see EVN Token Amount errors. These will be corrected as soon as possible.
Your wallet balance is unaffected and your transaction history is recorded on the blockchain". This same message for weeks. Doesn't show very good customer service and give too much confidence. Is there anyone from Envion alive on this forum? I am not on Telegram by the way. And to this day after confirming that KYC is submitted why does it not state "verified" instead? Please answer, the email response take too long.
There are more people with this issue. They said in the group chat on telegram that everyone's balance will be corrected after the ICO is finished. So hold on for just few more days, I'm sure they will correct your balance the first week after ICO. Thanks Zabivelli, I hope your right and they correct missing tokens at least before listing. And the KYC thing bothers me, the last couple of times I topped up it asked me to verify again but I ignored it and logged in again and states 'submitted'. And that consumer thing is strange on the whitepaper. Maybe something to do wit satisfying the local rules. How will they check thousands of us anyway if we r consumers or entrepreneurs/businesses. They could have handled the ICO process much better. They even withdrew the 30% bonus an hour earlier than stated so I just missed it. |

I have a question if anyone can please answer. If I place a limit order on HitBTC BTC/ETH or BTC/any other pair and it executes after delays (several hours lets say) when the price of Bitcoin goes down, does the order execute at the price BTC was or the lower price? I am wondering you could lose out placing limit orders with BTC now as its so wildly volatile.

I recently opened an account on HitBTC. Everything went smoothly and quickly, only a couple of small issues so far after 3 weeks (still early days so fingers crossed). And sometimes balances are wrong which can be scary. So I log off and on or have to click the account tab and back again, can be annoying. I convert everything to Litecoins and its cheap and quick to deposit/withdraw. I sent Ether once and it took 1 day! so never again until fixed. I don't like their message wall much but not tried others. Too many nutcases on there, even after constant bans. I also use binance and I think I prefer HitBTC, dont really know why, maybe im used to it.

Hi Dev, i see that in the spreadsheets on the Signature bounty of the count, counted the number of posts of the participants made by them during the bounty http://prntscr.com/hykc7h tell me whether it means that the company's bounty at the company's signature is over and the number of participants' messages will no longer be taken into account bounty on the signature of the bounty. After all, on 1 page of the bounty of the branch is indicated that the bounty company will go until 14.01.2018? Tell bounty company members to continue writing messages and will new messages be considered when calculating rates and tokens? Thanks Also Envion, please tell us when we will get our bounty tokens. I was sure I received a message from ICO animals or something saying bounty stopped yesterday. Envion please confirm. |

Can someone please answer the following questions I have before I invest:
1. Is Cryptonex a genuine company does it have good customer service?
2. I tried to send some ether to the desktop exchange using the Ether address as given but after several hours still was pending. I used 20 Gwei and 200,000 gas. I send Ether many times and never took more than 5 minutes and usually seconds. So I cancelled the pending transaction. When I entered the Ether address an error message said something like this is not a verified address.
3. How does the mining work and any indication of ROI? I think I read it was auto mining as long as coins stay in their desktop wallet, is that right?
4. Is there a cut off date for buying through the Cryptonex exchange?

I like the NAGA coin and I am invested in. But we could do with some good news, been too quiet since listing on HitBTC and price has been slipping as a result (still over double list price which is nice). As with all new projects, marketing is key esp in the beginning to stabilise things when investors having doubts. It could also do with listing on a bigger exchange like Binance. By the way, its out of subject but I did my research and I am invested in another project (I am extremely choosy with ICO's). I am sure it will pay off big, so a little tip for all my fellow NAGA fans here. initially i was really intrigued by this project, and still am.
However, i heard some voices saying that the team had little to no experience with mining. For example, are they planning to have permanent staff at each Envion container to maintain and monitor the eqipment? How about safeguarding and protecting the equipment against theft, especially when thinking about less stable countries?
Does anyone know how they are planning to supervise and maintain the equipment? Is that already considered in the estimated revenue presented on the website?
How about higher temperatures in hot countries? As far as I know their system was only tested indoors in Switzerland.
I'm not trying to FUD, actually considering to invest. Just not fully onboard yet... Would be great to hear if anyone knows more Details. Cheers
I don't think you need mining expertise as they have blockchain experts and software developers in their team along with good advisors. Im sure they will also have some support from the hardware suppliers as buying in bulk. The MMU's will be remotely monitored using advanced software, the temperatures are controlled by sensors. They have tested indoors and outdoors and the MMU's can even operate in warm countries. I dont think they will base their MMU's in unsafe areas and without security (I hope). They already struck a big energy deal with a US based energy firm. And they are currently in discussion with a large Civil Engineering firm to construct their MMU's close to sites. Hi I was just wondering what you guys do at night time while there is no sunlight how do you keep your rigs running. That might be a stupid question
The MMU's will likely have some backup power. Electricity can be stored for overnight use in rechargeable batteries and super capacitors. |

They will be tradable. KYC is just for initial sale. After the ICO, anybody can buy tokens on exchanges without KYC. I like container idea! Do you know where and when they are going to lists on at what exchanges? I want to sell part of coins at exchange and keep hold main part for future. Hi . Any idea when token bought via credit card will be transferable?
I'm pretty sure that CC purchases are locked for 6 months. So I expect that's when tokens get transferred to wallet. It's a crazy length of time but I suppose this is a long term investment, and the best returns come after a few years. The payouts even for CC purchases start after a week of listing so this is a great buy and hold investment. |

Have anyone gotten there KYC accepted?
I filled out form completely right after ICO started but my status is still just:
Submitting KYC documents for approval: SUBMITTED
Mine also said submitted since day one or so. I received an email saying successfully submitted, then another soon after 'Congratulations, you have successfully completed the "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process!successfully'. But it still says submitted on dashboard and not verified. I guess that's what they mean. |

And at $2 I would buy more but cant as account not ready yet and need to figure that platform. Naga, can't you please list on a more user friendly platform. It seems the funds raised sum is not budging at all last few days. Is that not updating correctly? I think its even been going down rather than up. 2 hrs left for the 10% discount by the way. I invested already and believe this is a great project with a solid team and background. |

Why don't you adopt the amount of tokens to the ETH price? The ETH price almost doubled since November...that means my investment NOW will just give my half of the tokens I would have received in November. Why don't you react to the market??? It's the ICO phase...  That's exactly why I held back, I went for Envion instead and they along with all my ICO investments adjust tokens due to value of Ether which is common sense. And the Ether price has almost tripled even I think ie 300 to 850/880. Early investors will be pleased but not fair for late investors at all who get a third of tokens with little or no discount either. This is a flawed system for me. Its also stopping me investing in Appcoins. But best of luck to all who r in! |

.i have fulfilled a transaction on envion ICO web using my etherwallet for purchase (I don't need meta mask as i am well grounded )....meanwhile i am not really sure if the transaction went thru....no email confimation from envion and my etherwallet has not really been debited based on my last etherscan....has anyone experienced something similar as I am trying to avoid a double purchase.....I need my etherum for other ICO's
Did your transaction go through? ie no errors on TX. Also check you Ether balance, then try again with 200k gas and 20-30 Gwei (i used 20 & worked instantly).
