They stole my fork at b2x, they did not stupidly count me their cue cards!
The supporter is silent, in social. networks are also silent, so if you lose money you forget you will simply be ignored!

Did they give anyone the B2X fork?

Because I didnt see anything show up for me either.
They backed the fork, they had a trade in the B2X, but why did not they get me into B2X

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Dear Trader!
Thank you for reporting to us!

DCN deposits took more time than expected, unfortunately. Please accept our apologies for this.

Our team is fully aware of the issue and the solution is on it's way already.

As can be found in the blockchain - this deposit transaction had proceeded successfully and the funds have reached the destination wallet.
This means that once our work is done - this transaction will show up on your HitBTC account (In case the deposit address contains no mistakes. We kindly ask you to note that our ETH wallets aren't designed for storing Ethereum tokens. We have separate wallets for that. DENT addresses are also not suitable for this. In case you've performed a DCN deposit transaction to a wallet address from HitBTC that differs from your DCN address - please let us know about this).

We will keep you posted about the progress. Thank you for your patience.

Regards,
Marguerite Tessier
HitBTC Support Team

I'm desperate. Hitbtc does not process my BMC deposit several days ago! They do not respond any support ticket, or twitter, or facebook. I NEED the money urgently! Txhash: 0xa3c0c2f39290005fda86d085d8ae35d7a968dd3ae899d0d94f9bc43ccf17b8e5 Ticket: # 168865

Are new signups on a hold too on HitBTC? I tried to sign up for several days now, but all it shows when I try to sign up is a pop up showing the message: undefined. What does this mean? Anyone else facing this problem?

Yeah, just tried to test sign up and encountered the same error as you. why do you want to create an account here anyways? they got tons of problems right now, better sign up elsewhere for trading! i'm glad i don't use hitbtc no more.

I recently opened an account on HitBTC. Everything went smoothly and quickly, only a couple of small issues so far after 3 weeks (still early days so fingers crossed). And sometimes balances are wrong which can be scary. So I log off and on or have to click the account tab and back again, can be annoying. I convert everything to Litecoins and its cheap and quick to deposit/withdraw. I sent Ether once and it took 1 day! so never again until fixed. I don't like their message wall much but not tried others. Too many nutcases on there, even after constant bans. I also use binance and I think I prefer HitBTC, dont really know why, maybe im used to it.

Actually I dont want to do business there. I avoided trading there so far and want to continue to do so, but unfortunately there is an ICO that will be only trading on HitBTC once the ICO closes. As my country was restricted of participating in their ICO I will be forced to buy on the exchange if I want to get hold of some coins. Im scared that the price will shoot up fast after hitting the exchange because many countries with buying power were restricted. Thats why I wanted to sign up there. But as it seems, it just shall not be.

Lately the site has been performing a lot worse, it's gotten really slow and balances don't display. They should either put a new user stop or upgrade their servers imo.

HitBTC, common guys! I have my Ripple withdrawal in Pending stage for 10 hours - 894a13a6-ba42-48a2-a624-ce4fc9907331
The amount of pending withdrawals has been growing since that time according to https://hitbtc.com/system-health

I have a question if anyone can please answer. If I place a limit order on HitBTC BTC/ETH or BTC/any other pair and it executes after delays (several hours lets say) when the price of Bitcoin goes down, does the order execute at the price BTC was or the lower price? I am wondering you could lose out placing limit orders with BTC now as its so wildly volatile.
