Continuation of # 1497

On the sites of British company information providers one can find a lot of companies that have changed their names very often, in one case 12 times during four years. Frequently there are shell companies with still valid licenses. As a businessman planning to establish a new company you can buy such a shell company, and you automatically will have a license, too. The license is granted once for a certain company, not for certain business activities. If you change the business activities – no problem. Specially in Great Britain selling of vacant shell companies is a wide-spread business. Nobody will control your new business correctness, except you are accused for a crime. But if this should happen clever businessmen/-women will find another shell company in UK, in Cyprus, in Malta, at the Bahamas,
or in other offshore territories.

In late 2015 the small British online payment service provider SWIFTHUB Ltd. founded in July 2014 and licensed by Britsh Financial Concuct Authority FCA, later rebranded to WORLDCORE, has been overtaken from Czech EUPSProvider s.r.o. Since this time – after having changed their business activities from realty service providing to financial services providing - EUPSProvider lead their business under the still valid British/EU license of Swifthub and granted a European Trade Mark for Worldcore just on 22.04.2016. CNB license was granted not before 25.10.2017 – two weeks after ICO start. But during their ICO promoting actions since 2016 they already worked with the slogan „LICENSED AND REGULATED BY CZECH NATIONAL BANK“. That surely was a FAKE!

And here a very special company under the roof of Worldcore:

In some European countries itīs quite easy to get a Payment Services Provider license: Great Britain, Cyprus, Malta and the Baltic countries. But the best way to get such a license is Czech Republic because CNB is very generous in licensing and controlling.

http://czechpsplicenses.com/

Thereof:

"Currently no other country providing entrepreneurs this financial flexibility and freedom as the Czech Republic does and to setup a PSP licensed entity without any additional capital or immense staff requirements. Benefit from it."

In view of the non-audited EY valuation of EUPSProviderīs not confirmed financial data of 02.10.2017 in my opinion the company should never have received a CNB license.

Do you want to say that If it is easy to get a Payment Services Provider license in such countries like Great Britain, Cyprus or Malta, then this countries cover scam projects? It is easy to get the license for reliable companies)) The Czech Republic is part of European Union with a strict financial law, so they wouldn't permit fraudulent projects to work)))

Some spotlights on Worldcore:

1. Worldcore rating with "stable" by ICORATING expired at 13.03.18. Currently there doesnīt exist a new rating.

https://icorating.com/analytics/indepth/worldcore/

2. Worldcore.trade, its own cryptocoin exchange, isnīt mentioned in any exchange list. Currently there is no trade in WRC/BTC.

3. A Czech friend living in Germany currently visits Prague with his wife and some other people. This visitors group asked more than 300 street people and business owners in the surroundings of Kremencova, the street where Worldcore domiciles, about their knowledge concerning Worldcore. There wasnīt any positive result.

4. There doesnīt exist any information about Worldcoreīs current business situation, specially not one about a new partner bank with SEPA registration.

5. All attempts to find further cryptocoin exchanges for WRC trading have been vain. I tried to find out when Worldcore entered its partnership with Turkish Sistemkoin exchange: no results! They didnīt never report about this one.

Worldcoreīs information policy in essential business subjects is really poor.

For the current Worldcore helpers probably one of my best investigations:

The great mystery of the WRC trading period from Jan 17 till Jan 20

During the bounce in WRC price from $ 0,123 up to $ 0,55 between Jan 02 and Jan 07 the highest 24h volume was $ 1,8 mio. Market capitalization went up from about $ 25 mio. to about $ 100 mio.

And now the developments in price and 24 h volume for the period from Jan 17 thru Jan 20:

Date                           Price ($)                24h volume ($)

Jan 17 (first low
after top)                      0,24                         65 mio

Jan 18                          0,33                        148 mio
                                    0,29                        202 mio
                                    0,32                        289 mio

Jan 19                           0,35                        418 mio
                                    0,36                        442 mio
                                    0,41                        421 mio
                                    0,38                        235 mio

Jan 20                          0,39                          35 mio
                                    0,38                            4 mio
                                    0,40                            3 mio
                                    0,39                            2,7 mio

On Jan 18 and Jan 19 much over $ 1000 mio. have been traded.  Huh Huh Huh

On Feb 06 market capitalization was only $ 19 mio. Where had about $ 80 mio. of capital disappeared?

Those both events I suspect as a big scam action.

You can control the data mentioned above in the WRC Chart using the hereto offered line cursor instrument.

Since 20. September there are no more larger oszillations in price and market cap of WRC token. I call this "trading stiffness" without any impulses. It seems to be a little like agony. Till now no news about Worldcoreīs court files, no financial report.

New Worldсore paid bots - welcome. I remind you - you are violating the clause of the forum rules "evading a ban"

Interesting "newbies": both accounts abandoned since 2011, and now reactivated. Letīs wait what they can offer us, Marina! I think we need opponents. Let them delve deeper into the topic for a while.

I suggest: Specially watch these websites:

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/worldcore/#markets

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/worldcore/  (Use the zooms 1m and 3 m, too!)

Youīll see very poor price, volume and market cap development since the middle of August, and I donīt see any chance for an essential change.

EUPSProvider s.r.o. and Cyber Force Group s.r.o

Both Companies have been founded in 2013 with participation of Czech Pavlo Sidelov (Ukrainian origin), and both are located under the same address.
What EUPSProvider does is well known - but what about Cyber Force Group?

https://rejstrik.penize.cz/01987232-cyber-force-group-s-r-o

Like EUPSProvider with Worldcore Cyber Force Group has its own brand: SDK.finance. Here some information about this brand:

https://sdk.finance/

https://smartbear.com/learn/performance-monitoring/api-endpoints/?l=ua&l=ua

Yeah, the APIs - a back-end platform for financial transactions. SDK.finance is the leading provider for APIs (much more APIs than VISA!). Who controls the API endpoints is able to control the transactions of the clients - and even to carry out manipulation in this "ecosystem". Why not launching a lot of new domains without real businesses for a big scam?

This idea results of the following info about an IT consultant at Cyber Force Group: ALEX POTOCKI.

The brand "Worldcore" provably was just registered on 22.04.2016 as a European Trade Mark.

"no problem! I have a few white things specially for you! the team has recently integrated bitcoin cash into worldcore wallet in addition to bitcoin, eth, ripple and usdt on their worldcore.trade exchange.
moreover, the team is working on financial report that many investors are waiting so much!"

I hoped you would show me REAL white things but the integration of Bitcoin Cash into the Worldcore wallet I donīt see as such one. Nope! Another crypto more will barely stimulate over all trades.  A real white thing would be the revival of WRC/BTC trade on Woldcore exchange. Currently there only exists a special "white thing" - namely a large white spot.

https://imgur.com/7V0EWiK

I think they they are working on it. by the way, there's the wrc/btc pair at other exchanges like sistemkoin, okex and hitbtc. so, if you really want to sell wrc tokens (that I'm sure you don't hold since you're not an investor), you know where to trade.

A real white thing is the revival of issuance of new payment cards that is coming soon. moreover your black-pr-colleague, marina, is constantly saying that there's no financial reports to investors. once again: it's coming soon.

now, I have a question to you: how can a payment system be a scam?!

I donīt think that a Payment System like credit or debit card systems, PayPal or SEPA could be scam. Yet Worldcore isnīt a Payment System but a Payment Services Provider respectively a Money Transfer Institution based on crypto/blockchain technology. All companies with this background theoretically and practically have the potential for scam because this sector is poorly regulated and barely controlable. Now to the upcoming financial report: Iīm curious if this one will be audited or not. Considering that Worldcore has already delivered a number of lies and fakes a non-audited one should be nothing worth - like the EY indicative valuation of Worldcore data from 02.10.2017 - not trustable.

Currently I state a large concerted action of nearly all Worldcore bots since May. I reduced my posts because all aspects of Worldcore lies and fakes are already reported. If there is scam or not will the courts decide. Letīs wait. For the moment I mainly watch whatīs happening in the WRC markets (surely no "giant rises"!) respectively what will happen during the next weeks.

https://imgur.com/DAIGXDt

sure, there can't be any kind of giant rises since the market capitalization is not growing dramatically. wrc is part of the whole market as you probably undesrands.
but you mentioned what I supposed: any positive moment is perceived by you negatively. that's why you are here - to blacken white things.

Oh, akarmin, if you currently should be able to show me real white things in context with Worldcore I promise I wonīt blacken them! Wink

I donīt think that this was coincidence yet I wish you all the best for your further lifes in your roles! The Ernst&Young report doesnīt confirm that the real value of EUPSProvider exceeds USD 30 million. There was no audit!

There never existed a business evaluation report by Deloitte company confirming the estimated value of EUPSProvider.

I assess: Nasonov is a notorious faker and liar. I donīt remember that he ever told truth.

The links you provided us with don't tell us that the E&Y and Deloitte reports don't exist. The uploaded screenshots you refer to rather say there's been such reports - nothing more, nothing less.

For the alleged Deloitte valuation document there doesnīt exist any proof (if it really should exist, Worldcore surely would have shown that one to the public!), but the E&Y valuation document is real. Yet this is only an INDICATIVE valuation what means itīs non-binding. Remark the text with green underlying: All data  by E&Y are not documented by EUPSProvider but only assumed and absolutely not CONFIRMED! Yeah, in this valuation one can actually find the declaration that the value of EUPSProvider could be about USD 30 million - but there is no proof, no attestation.

Hello, you former Worldcore defenders! Did you all have holidays and are active again unisono? No, you surely donīt be "paid shills" of Worldcore but I think you are multiple accounts of one team member. You obviously have insider knowledges. If you are not Bohdan Taranenko ask him for a translation of this Kiev Police Department document because he is Ukrainian. There still doesnīt exist a proof for scam but I believe there are evident suspicion aspects which will be investigated further more. Next step could be a court file.

Worldcore token and Bitcoin

I donīt think that the AltCoins were and are followers of Bitcoin or Ethereum. What is the main relevance of Bitcoin and Ethereum? They are the main partners of AltCoins in trading pairs. This means that you mostly need these ones for transactions in AltCoins. Bitcoinīs big rise already started in the middle of September 2017 and moved successively higher till its peak on 17.12.2017. As we already know a lot of AltCoins are suspected to be scam respectively money laundering instruments: TRON, VIBE, Dentacoin, DigitalNote, Cardano, Ripple, WAX, Triggers and some more. In my opinion the buying pressure at the end of 2017 didnīt originate from BTC or ETH but from specific AltCoins which suddenly rose straight up (like flagpoles) since the beginning of December. The rise of WRC token happened in the first days of January 2018 when Bitcoin already was in hefty downturn, and the event of 17.-19.01.2018 with the huge 24h volumes was unprecedented. I never registered a similar event in another AltCoin.

59  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: WORLDCORE - A SCAM! on: September 13, 2018, 08:45:25 PM
The reality of Worldcore

As I already reported earlier the most remarkable events in WRC trade happened in January 2018 within a little more than two weeks. Concerning these ones I donīt see any relation to Questra/AGAM activities. Both occurrences had been created by Worldcore itself. The second one seems very mysterious:
Behind the relatively short capitalization spike (in comparison to the long spikes at the beginning) there were masked giant 24h volumes that didnīt never occure even approximately during the further times. You know what I suspect concerning this volume explosion: money laundering. My imagination is very good, but I canīt find another explanation for this three days event. Therewith the very aim of Worldcore ICO was already reached. All further actions only were and are histrionics - specially blaming Rietumu Bank and Questra/AGAM people for the downturn in WRC prices and market capitalization for saving the face as a "honorable and important Czech National Bank licenced financial institution with great future". Grin Grin Grin But as we surely should all know Worldcore acted with a lot of lies, false promises and fakes from its beginnings. Lies and fakes have short legs - and they all are already detected. Who often uses these behaviors has to acquiesce in being suspected for scam.

60  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: WORLDCORE - A SCAM! on: September 11, 2018, 01:41:40 PM
An ultimate proof that Worldcore people are fakers and scammers

Do you remember that Worldcore has reported when WRC token will start with trading on CoinExchange? I donīt because they never did.
Following Iīll show two screenshots: the first one with candles in the time interval of one month, and the second one with candles in the time interval of six hours.

Here you can see when the token pair WRC/BTC really started on this exchange: in January 2018 ! Remark the giant red candle of January - the "mother of a scam project"!

Here large trading gaps are apparent, and during the last days also some erratic moves in price candles.
It seems like CoinExchange is used as a special purpose exchange for insiders only. Why did Worldcore people keep secret this fact? The only explanation for me: SCAM intention. Itīs absolutely evident.
