What happened to the confidence in your coin being CPU only? just compiled a GPU miner. 2 btc for the windows executable.

Somebody said it's a clone of growthcoin and freecoin.
Are these on any exchange other than CoinEX? They are listed there but nobody is buying, so I wonder if this coin is gonna get the same future.

I don't think this guy came through with it right? i don't see any ANN with a linux step by step guide kingcoin - why if you know and have done it are you not supporting your own coin and writing a step by step linux guide for mining this coin?  ? Please wait a moment, I should do this step by step, now I'm working on a p2pool, I will release linux version qt and cpuminer later. Any feedback on the guide is helpful.  Great guide i will test this when i can get to my main pc, but with the cpu miner can it user minerd?? i thought kingcoin needed its own special cpu miner from the OP? or does the one in the guide work? Only kingcoin cpuminer is ok, minerd can not generate any acceptations. as usual the ones in the know are keeping their lips sealed so they can soak it up for themselves.
The dev must be using GPU miner. I repeat it again, no GPU miner for KingCoin. |

Can someone create a linux ubuntu 64 bit guide for this coin ? like the newbie guides gigawatt does. Then put your wallet address inside your sig for donations
Can someone release a linux verion qt or mac os x qt for kingcoin? PS: the whole network hash speed is over 2000KH/s now. so you mean right now there is no way to mine it on linux? wft have i been doing wrong with this git clone https://github.com/kingcoin/kingcoin.gitcd kingcoin/src make -f makefile.unix USE_UPNP=- it simply stops making it and that's it, i followed this simple guide before with prime or quark and i'm sure i got it working in the end. It works, I already compiled linux QT, just use make -f makefile.unix USE_UPNP=- you will get kingcoind, compile qt is also the same as other coins. Please just write a full guide it wont take more than 5 mins I already see kingcoind inside the kingcoin/src folder before i even start with the -f makefile.unix USE_UPNP=- what comes after this anyway once i see the kingcoind?? run ./kingcoind at first, then run ./kingcoind setgenerate true Can someone create a linux ubuntu 64 bit guide for this coin ? like the newbie guides gigawatt does. Im trying to mine on EC2(cc2 8x large), getting 2400 hashs but my 2500k on my w8 machine here is getting upwards of 12000.
What up with that?
Maybe you are using the wrong cpu miner. we are still working on the cpuminer, as you see, there seems to have some bugs in cpuminer, when we make it stable, we will release it. |

How come I have an incoming transaction, it shows on the wallet as a transaction, but 0 actual KING coins appears?
eg I have 3 transactions, (3 incoming) but just 2 actual payments of 6.44 + 6.32 appear.
Actually I have no idea about this, I see the same question here, working on the source code to find out the reason. That was probably an orphaned block.
How often does difficulty retarget and by how much?
The diff retarget time is not fixed, varied by hash speed, but it will vary quick to reflect the moving of hash power. Can someone setup a pool for this coin? |

It's not chinese coin, I just copied the mining page from freecoin, so there are some texts like freecoin in the client, I have fixed it and update the client in the ANN thread. Still nothing.
There seems to be a lot of miners in there. Which is the best for 32 bit windows Core i3 first gen?
Maybe you should use x86 cpuminer, choose correct cpuminer for your cpu. PS: why chinese people like new alt coin so much? |

How does that indicate a GPU miner? That makes zero sense..... One i5-3570k on stock clocks is 11 kh. That would calculate to 20 people mining. How does that translate to a GPU miner?
You really want reason from people who can't even read that it's not Scrypt? PS: What is the name of this coin? How many blocks can I find with using my TI-86 to mine this? Sorry, I have no idea, just mine it please. |

WHY AL BLOCKS ARE REJECTED?
Because you're mining on the wrong miner. Read the first post. Yeah weird coin. Says scrypt in the example for pool mining? but cgminer throws all rejects What is KingCoin?

i like the name :-) but more than that i like p2pool - every new coin DEV sould already consider to deliver the p2pool developed for that coin in order to make it easy to mine also for the low level mining rigs below 2MH/s because there is so many of use low level miners... decentralized coin and decentralized pool is something you should not separate. definitelly here is a big question how to implement the special logic into p2pool - thats too much for me - what about you King Dev team? i know you need to modify this two files for make it working on network level: p2pool/p2pool/networks.pynovacoin=math.Object(
