Thanks for the update.

It will be a good move if you start releasing the info. about the progress of the business and the announcements mentioned.

As far as the unsold shares are concerned, you know my opinion: they should be cancelled. If you need any more capital, we the existing shareholders can provide it. Thanks to the price movement of BTC you do not need BTC speculators who want to make a quick killing, buying at 0.003 when the announcements are made and selling 2 days later at 0.0035.

You need to trust those who trusted you when you launched your venture.

The announcement is coming, so apologies for the short delay (We need a Bitcoin timezone).

My view on the mentioned scenario is that doing so would be great for existing shareholders, however not so great if the price falls and additional plans that we have started to implement (that are of benefit to the shareholders), would slow our rate of progress and if we then required more capital, would the existing shareholders provide that liquidity?

I will also not change the agreement, it doesn't set the right precedent if the contract can or would be changed at will to suit the market conditions.

FAIR ENOUGH.

It would be illegal wouldn't it? Breach of contract.

STOP SHOUTING.

A breach of contract that no one would complain about though  Wink

WHAT BREACH OF CONTRACT?

THERE IS NO CONTRACT WITH "WANNA BE SHAREHOLDERS" WHO DO NOT BOUGHT SHARES OF THE COMPANY.

A question for Danny:

with the recent spike in BTC value, isn't there enough money to get the project fully (not just partially) rolling even if there are no more IPO shares sold? Maybe the ownership could be accordingly distributed so current shareholders could get a bigger chunk of the action.

THIS IS A GREAT IDEA.

GIVEN THAT THE COMPANY NOW HAS (IN EURO TERMS) ALMOST TRIBLE THE AMOUNT INITIALLY COLLECTED, IT IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TO HAVE THE PROJECT FULLY FINANCED, AND THEREFORE NO NEW IPVO SHARES SHOULD BE SOLD AT 0.003 BTC.

THIS WOULD BE A REWARD TO THE SHAREHOLDERS WHO TRUSTED THE COMPANY AND DANNY FROM THE VERY BEGINNING.

ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY SHARES OF NEOBEE, CAN DO SO FROM THE SECONDARY MARKET.

DANNY, WHAT IS YOUR VIEW ON THIS?

I am a Cypriot and I work in the treasury department of a bank.

I can say that I am satisfied by the business case of the company and the answers given by Danny on the questions of the "balance sheet expert".

Mmmm, now I understand why Cyprus is in crisis................

Mmmmmmmmmm, it's because we (and Italy, and Spain, and Portugal, and Greece etc.) do not have "balance sheet experts".

Please "balance sheet expert", lend us your brain for cloning!

As for the 100K guarantee to all bank accounts, all Cypriots (and I will guess all Europeans by now) know that this is a fallacy. The whole GDP of Cyprus/Europe is not enough to "guarantee" the deposits below 100K in Cyprus/Europe.

All accounts both above and below 100K are frozen. You cannot access your "money". You have pieces of paper stating that you have XXX in your account but this is a fallacy, a psychological trick. The money simply isn't there.

All accounts both above and below 100K are frozen and compulsorily converted to deposit accounts with only 20% being made available; and out this you can withdraw only 300 euros per day, export max 3k per month or issue cheques max 15k per month.

If you make your point 1, 2, 3, 4 times, fair enough.

If you make it 1,000 times it is obvious that you are a sick person.

Now you have to reduce to personal insults - well done, thats really clever!

I keep asking my questions because they have not been answered. It seems some others have also understood that, but as usual questioning the facts around the latest shiny bitcoin stock with big plans is deemed trolling.

Geezes, this has been done. He literally, point-for-point, answered your questions. You had concerns, they were addressed. Come up with new concerns and voice them.

No, the questions have not been addressed properly. The "balance sheet expert" (first time I saw a person who is "expert on balance sheets") wants the answer is swahili. Here it is

As an aside from the constant negative talk, I was wondering if you think the ongoing rise in BTCs price is a good or bad thing for neo and bee.
It would be better if it was happening after you started taking deposits obviously, but you have raised a higher $/€ amount than anticipated...

Danny somewhere said that they have already collected the amount of BTC required to go to market.

According to the prospectus this is 14,097 BTC.

In view of the increase in the price of BTC, just from this holding alone the company has doubled its size and euro/USD cash reserves since then! In today's prices that is $ 3.1 million!

If he's a man of his word he will now leave this thread and prove that he is not a troll.

You are all overly-sensitive on here.

If this Bank is going to be the multi-million dollar affair you think it is and it has agreements with vendors in Cyprus signed and sealed then nothing on this poxy little thread is going to change that is it? So why the big fuss over a guy asking questions that ANY banking customer is going to ask?

If these questions are 'difficult' to answer that says to me the business model is flawed. Ex-trader has said he wants this to work but it seems he thinks the reality once this business idea hits the streets is that people will react negatively to the sales pitch. You need to seriously address that guys and you need to address that NOW before launch if you want your investments to pay back. You should be joining ex-trader in the scrutiny not telling him he is not wanted.

If you make your point 1, 2, 3, 4 times, fair enough.

If you make it 1,000 times it is obvious that you are a sick person.

Ex-trader, that's enough. You have made your point 1,000 times.

Stop being an idiot.
54  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: October 31, 2013, 05:30:27 PM
Let me clarify something on dividends.

Under British Law (and Cypriot Law which is based on the British - Cyprus was a British colony up to 1960), a company can pay dividends out of accumulated REALISED profits.

If the value of BTC rises, and hence the value of BTC held by LMB Holdings rises in terms of the EUR, this is an UNREALISED profit for the company and a dividend cannot be paid; payment of a dividend by the company would be ILLEGAL.

Please, those that do not really know the facts, it is better not to throw in the discussion unsubstantiated claims because they confuse, instead of clarifying, things.
55  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: October 31, 2013, 05:23:40 PM

Bitcoin community is used to getting regular weekly dividends from miner stocks and including a dividend helped them A LOT with selling their shares.

If this is the case, the Bitcoin community needs to grow up and realize that if they want Bitcoin to succeed as a currency then it needs to act like a currency. Hence, businesses need to be real businesses getting funded properly. If it fails, it fails. That's the risk of investing, especially when you are essentially investing in two things at once. We can't just sit on our hands and expect them to pay out dividends because we are used to it...relax...it will come.

+1

VERY WELL SAID.

Jealousy is a bad thing and it stinks...
57  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: October 30, 2013, 08:53:41 AM
Payment of a dividend should be the last thing in our minds.

This company can grow really big. It will need the cash for growth.
58  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: October 29, 2013, 05:57:04 PM
As far as the payment of dividend is concerned:

Neo & Bee is a serious long term investment in the space (in my opinion - the most serious so far) and not a "fictitious scam" or a "monkey business" that we have been used to in the community.

The company is a registered UK corporation. According to UK company law, a company CANNOT pay dividends until it has accumulated profits. It is illegal to pay dividends whilst you have losses (for creditors' protection etc.).

If the company proceeds to pay a dividend before it has accumulated profits then (a) the company, (b) the directors and (c) the auditors will be in very serious legal troubles. I do not believe the management of LMB Holdings or the company's auditors (KPMG) would like to risk it!

Additionally, for a start-up business with such a huge potential, from the cash flow point of view it also makes a lot of sense to start paying dividends once the company starts making a profit.
