In my opinion:
Stay away from all Perpetual mining bonds (aka you buy a fixed amount of hashrate), most of them are bad investments for the offered price.

Asicminer (Asicminer-PT and TAT.Asicminer) is a share of one of the most trusted companies, they did already pay out way more than their IPO price.
This doesn't mean guaranteed profit, but at least it's very unlikely that they will scam you.
You will have to find out on your own which price would be a good one to buy those shares.
