Jo, can you post a quote from Ken saying he had no coins on Gox please?  I thought the same as you but could not find any reference.

i don't think it was ever said. he said there was no money on CT.
42  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 21, 2014, 06:07:14 PM
Hey,
just a small question:
what about the AMC-Tender shares from BF, do anybody know when they will be transferd?
 what about the dividends?

regards

Hey BF,

Ken is working on getting us listed on the new exchange Crypto-Trade over the next short while and has stated that this has become his new priority.

Look out for weekly announcements from Ken on Wednesdays at 2345hrs GMT, starting tomorrow night.

An account will be created automatically for you on Crypto-Trade and you will receive an email at the address you used for Bitfunder.

Colored Coins/ Chroma Wallet is to be a trading platform as well once it becomes viable.  You may be asked to choose one over the other in the near future so read up on the pros and cons of both options.

thank you for still being helpful - not all shareholders have the patience to follow this shit every day. kudos

So toastee is posting lies. He's from Canada.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=151400

So it's VE and testh does not exist. Pathetic.

Wait, so I'm VE now...? LOL What did I post besides a sarcastic response gif to an obvious troll? Some of you guys really need to chill the fuck out and take the tinfoil hats off.

I plan on making paying someone to make the CC interface easy to use after the CC developers have the core tested and working.

please.
46  Economy / Securities / Re: Trading Platforms - Active Mining shareholders poll on: January 16, 2014, 05:31:16 PM
Long term solution is CC

Short term CT

Ken has already said we only have the resources to do one. I'd rather wait for a long term solution with no risk of seizure by the Chinese.

+1 for waiting for colored coins

I don't need to answer to you, dude. I've been a shareholder since IPO and I've been a regular in #ActiveMining for several months. Sorry I don't post in this clusterfuck of a thread enough to be considered important to you.
You signed up on Sept. 20th.

You don't need an account to put a thread in your browser bookmarks... I'm sure tons of people lurk for ages with no interest in posting.

so bargraphics, are you offended that Ken doesn't even want to talk to you?

It's funny that you would say that. Gerald did make it extremely clear that one of the main reasons ActiveMining doesn't give out any detailed information is due to them originally telling you about the eASIC deal before it was confirmed and you harassing eASIC to the point where the deal almost fell through.

While I don't think this is a legitimate reason for ActM to hold back information to it's shareholders, from the sounds of it you have done more to harm this company than any actual troll out there.

This absolutely fucking infuriates me.

Really another member that joined today.   And who might you be?Huh Introduce yourself.  Now that Crumbs and espically VE can only be taken as serious as a my little pony tea set...will we be seeing more of these new "shareholders", or is this their death rattle till they pop....and we see them on the news?

Joined today? uhh... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=151400;sa=showPosts lol

What do you think hacking is?  The actual laws broken were "unauthorized access to computers and computer networks."  If you know that you don't belong on a system (like being B&), and you get on the system anyway (unlawful access), you could be V&.  Find out about that, it's kind of creepy.  Google it.
Again, I'm not saying that anyone will go after some kid d*cking around on a forum, but the laws are there.  No need to bring China into this.

*Getting B& is not a crime, but logging on after being banned is.  Just because something is a crime doesn't mean that you will surely get punished, only that you *could*, if things go wrong.  And i'm pretty sure you knew what i meant without me typing an essay about it.

Holy hell thanks for the laugh. There is no hacking going on by joining a forum over and over. None. There could be charge pressed if they accessed the admin panel and removed the ban, and you could prove it; or they are making some kind of death threats and the like. There is no illegal activity in being a troll on a forum. You have to ban the IP and so forth to mitigate the trolls/spambots and so forth.

I would love to see a case where a forum owner sued a troll tho. That would be classic.
FYI, here you go since you were too lazy to link it yourself.

It's not against the law but it is almost definitely against your ISP's ToS to use their network to evade bans and if bitcointalk cared enough to email abuse@yourisp.com they can warn you/suspend your service if you're a repeat offender. It's the internet equivalent of trespassing.

While it would be great if it were  ACtM hardware, it doesn't matter at the end of the day. Ken is still close to assembling and shipping our hardware and he just said we are going to have a great year ahead. I'm more than happy with that assessment - from the man who has the details.

I've lost faith in this venture and feel that it's at a standstill. Ken is blowing smoke up all our asses with the BS weekly updates. We DO NOT have shares in anything at this point. All of this going back and forth you guys are doing is useless nonsense that is getting none of you anywhere.

It's 2014 and we are not mining, trading or shipping. GAME OVER.

Not yet.

Ken, thanks for the update but for shareholders this is simply not enough. We need to know when we can trade our shares on CT like you said. This is now way overdue. Please address this immediately.

Weekly Update 12/25/13

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Here is a picture of our manufacturing line for assembling miners.

Assembly Line

We are working on assembling everything, so when our boards and chips arrive, we can ship the miners fast.

Thanks Ken, Merry Christmas!

I apologize for breaking up the useless banter with relevant discussion. ActM shareholders, please consider and comment:

It seems Chromawallet (colored coin) development is progressing very well. I'm wondering if it would be best to skip listing on crypto-trade.com and avoid the inevitable issues that arise with trading securities on centralized exchanges. I for one, would rather not be exposed to the risk of another exchange operator "having wallet issues" — (I'm looking at you Ukyo) or simply getting bullied by the SEC. Centralized bitcoin security exchanges inevitably fail for technical or legal reasons with few exceptions. Given chromawallet's progress we may be able to use a decentralized solution by the end of January and avoid the rather significant counter-party risk crypto-trade.com represents. Perhaps Killerstorm (chromawallet developer) would provide Ken with some listing support as ActM trading on ChromaWallet might go a long way to increasing ChromaWallet's usage for decentralized stock exchange.

Hey guy's. I honestly just stop reading whenever it gets to crazy in here, but I just wanted to clarify my list of trolls was up to date. I have ignored crumbs, VE, and pankake (reference to cum, however you spell his name). Did I make a mistake with any of these 3, anyone else I should know about to preserve my sanity.

note to 3: I don't know what you're saying cause your ignored and I'm not gonna take the time to check.

nope that's pretty much on point. you can toggle drawingthesun on and off depending on what kind of mood he's in.

Ken,

I want to say first, thank you for the work you are doing for the company and your resolve in operating in such a competitive environment and with so much at stake.

For the past several hours, many of the top shareholders have met in IRC and discussed the "communication issue" as we see it. We have received sporadic communication from you for various reasons having to do with operating under an NDA as well as SEC guidelines. We also understand the desire to keep certain proprietary information hidden from competitors.

Due to communication being so tight, we are in a position where we do not currently KNOW why chips are delayed. It was implied that this was a choice made by you so that Intellihash could be implemented. We believe that competing effectively is necessary for AMC's success, however we have no information as to how Intellihash affects our timeline.

While we are not yet listed on an exchange, we are making a public request that you assent to not sell any of your personal ACTM shares until it can be verified that customers have received their shipped orders and until shareholders have a more clear understanding of the timeline moving forward.

This is simply a request to demonstrate good-faith and help re-establish trust among shareholders.

Please respond to this before we go live on Crypto-Trade.

Thank you for everything and keep up the great work!

Glad to see a new start, maybe information will be clearer now, clean from continuous trolling.
