41  Economy / Economics / Re: What if hard limit on bitcoin had been 21 Billion instead of 21 Million? on: January 06, 2018, 11:01:02 PM
If everything was the same but if instead we had 21 billion coins then the market cap will be the same but instead of having 1 bitcoin in your wallet you will have 1000 for each of those bitcoins, in fact that would not be that bad since that would mean that the current price of a bitcoin with 21billion coins will be 1.7 dollars, we will get even more investors since people will think that bitcoin is still cheap.

42  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New to Bitcoin need some help on: January 06, 2018, 10:43:34 PM
I'm new to Bitcoin and would like to know how do I make money with Bitcoin. My uncle is going with Bitcoin and the only info he said is you put so much in for a Bitcoin and then it will climb up in value and then you can cash out and leave what you first put into Bitcoin to make it grow up in value again,If that's true.thanks in advance
Since you have a person close to you that know something about bitcoin it maybe a good idea, to have a long talk about bitcoin with your uncle, it is true that you can buy bitcoin and wait for it to go up in value, but that is not best way to make money with bitcoin.
43  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are your goals in 2018? on: January 06, 2018, 10:33:53 PM
Hello guys,

Currently many people buy and hold crypto currencies for many reasons.

It will be interesting to share your goals in 2018.

Mine would be to make 20,000$ profit then I would take back my initial investment plus half of the profit. The remaining half will be used for re-investment.

How's about your goal and plan?

My goal is simple I earned a good amount of money in the last year with bitcoin but I did not began to make a significant amount of money until July so my goal is to improve my bitcoin earnings and if possible to become a more proficient trader.
44  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is the main goal of human is happiness? on: January 06, 2018, 10:14:43 PM
Not necessarily, every person needs to choose their own path, happiness is a very common choice but that is not true for ever single person some people may decide the most important thing in their lives is their family or some other goal.
45  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why your data needs to be encrypted on: January 06, 2018, 09:36:01 PM
Do you trust you government ?
Do you trust any of its agencies ?

DO you believe in bank system ?

If you read this topic, I don't think , but how do you really text in a usual day ?

Do you think WhatsApp it's really the solution ( because its end-to-end cryptography) ?

Are you still using Chrome ?

[ I got to tell you - I've just watched the "Deep Web" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3312868/ and "the internet's own boy http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3268458/ so I'm very angry ]

The real problem I think we are too busy and to lazy to pay attention on it: you can it start now.

Just:
- use Duckduckgo as search engine
- navigate with Tor ( I know it is slower but it's for your privacy )
- use Toxchat or whatsoever
- you're good to go

None can steal your information anymore.

You can do it. Right now

Any other suggestion guys ?
I'm not so sure about using tor, to me that is nothing more than a honey pot, however another thing you can do is to encrypt your hard drive and to avoid using your smartphones to anything that is too personal and avoid social media as well.
46  Economy / Speculation / Re: 01/01/2018 BTC $10k ? on: January 01, 2018, 11:18:53 PM
Btc price already decreasing a lot. what do you think? how deep it could go through? Someone says BTC price will go bellow 10k as with the start of new year
It is really doubtful bitcoin is going to go lower than 10k but if that happens my only recommendation that I can give is to buy all the bitcoin you can afford since I doubt we are going to see that price for long.
47  Economy / Speculation / Re: If South Korea Crack Bitcoin what is the future of bitcoin on: January 01, 2018, 10:59:35 PM
If South Korea crack down the bitcoin,  how about the future of the Bitcoin...positive or negative..what is the worst thing can be...
I suppose you mean what if South Korea puts harsher regulations on bitcoin, not much, the price will go down and that money is going to move to other countries with less restrictive laws, aka Japan, and after a few days everything will go back to normal.
48  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's price is getting low on: January 01, 2018, 10:50:43 PM
It's not really the first time that the price decreases. In fact its not really that low atleast the price of bitcoin is rising. Just keep hodling because in time it will rise up again and even higher im sure. Im keeping my faith with bitcoin.
The price is never going to go that low, we all know that what we must do is to take advantage of the opportunity and buy bitcoin, but unless you have a huge amount of money ready to buy bitcoin I doubt many people can make use of that opportunity.
49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: January 01, 2018, 09:46:32 PM
My biggest regret is when I got introduced to this back in 2012, I tried to buy £200 worth, the platform was down and I never bothered, just recently woke up to it again at over £4k per coin, it is a physiological thing where I don't want to buy at that price.
Obviously not getting into bitcoin sooner, I just got in bitcoin when bitcoin is already above 5 figures when I could get in bitcoin when it was just 3 figures, it is hard to accept but that is a huge mistake I made.
50  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why people are unhappy? on: January 01, 2018, 08:58:45 PM
Did you ever thought why many people are not happy even they have many possessions in life?  Did you ever thought the reason behind those agonies even if they tried to be happy but it wont last that long?  Physically,  they showed to the whole world that they are strong,  they enjoy their lives to the fullest.  But at end of the day,  loneliness attacks.  Did you ever thought why people are unhappy?
There are many reasons for being unhappy, but most of the time is because people want something they do not posses and they cannot acquire for themselves, that is why you have people that in theory have everything and are still unhappy.
51  Other / Politics & Society / Re: why do we need politicians? on: January 01, 2018, 08:48:25 PM
We do not, like many things in the world are the way they are because of inertia, things have been like that for so long that people are unable to see that it is no longer necessary, politicians are only there because people have not realized we do not need them anymore.
52  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC is a roller coaster on: December 30, 2017, 02:38:47 AM
Just received reminder bitcoin dropped a lot, the price of the last week is very unstable, leading to other competing currencies continued to fall, there is no bottom line of that kind of fall, I would like to ask you tycoons on how to look at the future market?

No one knows and even if they knew why are they going to tell to us, if you had information that could allow you to predict with 100% accuracy what it is going to happen in the market you could borrow as much money as you could and make a fortune.
53  Other / Politics & Society / Re: do you believe in your government? on: December 30, 2017, 02:32:34 AM
do you think they told you the truth about the condition of your country?
No I will not be surprised if in the next years they tell to us they have been lying to us and that we are in bigger debt than what we believe and if that happens anther economy is going to hit us as it has been happening for generations.
54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Offline Wallets Vs Online Wallets on: December 30, 2017, 02:26:28 AM
Which of the Bitcoin wallets between the Online and Offline works best?
Both work fine but are a lot different, offline wallets are great to store your bitcoin for the long term but if you want practicality then online wallets cannot be beaten but you are at a great risk of being hacked.
55  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who else wants Bitcoin as their Christmas present? on: December 26, 2017, 04:51:30 AM
Looking at the hype and profit, I honestly would be the happiest if someone presented me btc this Christmas. Any Santa Claus around?
I would love it but like most people I do not get what I want for Xmas but that is fine I'm fine with the idea of earning my bitcoin myself without the help of anyone.
56  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you manage ur emotions? on: December 26, 2017, 04:11:36 AM
Greetings!

While trading sometimes I drop back from my original plan. Such emotional decisions often bring loss cuz I tend to change orders on panic or when I mistakenly expect more potential income. How do you deal with that if you feel the same way?
The only way to manage your emotions is to be 100% sure of what you are doing if you are trading emotionally then you are going to buy and sell based in that and you are going to lose money, only trade when the opportunity to make money is very clear.
57  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will either go to $8000 or $20000. on: December 26, 2017, 03:01:07 AM
Which do you think is more likely to happen?
Right now bitcoin is sitting right in the middle at 14k so in theory bitcoin could go either way, but we know that it is more likely that bitcoin touches 20k again than 8k and this is for the reason that the interest in bitcoin is growing every day.
58  Economy / Economics / Re: good effect and bad effects of robots in replacing human Jobs on: December 26, 2017, 02:36:28 AM
as i said on the title what are the good effects and bad effects of robots in replacing human jobs.
What is your opinion about this guys.
The good effect is that the product produced by the robots are more uniform and have less defects the bad side is that people are having a lot more trouble finding jobs and feeding their families and this is becoming a problem all around the world.
59  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: December 26, 2017, 02:24:29 AM
Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?
Everything can be replaced and bitcoin is not exception to this rule the difference is that bitcoin is a lot more difficult to replace by its nature, no one wants to change their currency every other year the same way it happens with other technologies.
