@nutildah: if you do just a little research, you can easily find who the DEV's are. They worked hard on resurrecting this coin and are doing a great job. The new logo will be selected today, the white paper will be launched Feb 1, the new site will be launched soon and the hard fork will take place on March 1. So please refrain from talking bullsh*t while you are spreading incorrect information and clearly did no research.
The dumping volume that took place in the past 24 hours were significant, I find it illogical for the devs to dump their shares but it seems logical that the people who are capable in doing this, are the devs. Last night before I went to bed it was about $1mil US worth of pac being dumped in a systemic way. The dumping was still going on about 3 hours ago. Let's say if it is not the devs, then it is logical to assume the anonymous has hijacked a large quantity of coins. I feel like we are treading on shallow ground. |

No whitepaper, no public figure (except that poor kid who got id') If any of those exchanges accept Paccoin without the above, I'd find those exchanges rather untrustworthy |

I put some up for sale for 6 satoshis. I'm hoping it will be a big weekend for PACCoin again, but it probably won't get crazy again until the coin swap.

Maybe we need some kind of regulation by the FCC after all. This would never happen in the stock market. We have no protection from such sharks. Decentralized is a must, but this sort of misleading and unaccountability should be a crime. Even in the stock market, people get thrown into jail for insider trading, and here we are with potentially taxable investments in a setting that is so unregulated and the developers have NO ACCOUNTABILTY. We as investors cannot allow this to continue and fester. Bring in the FEDS !
The only thing I can do, is to submit a ticket to Cryptopia, asking them to pause the btc/pac pair, stop letting buyers over paying the value of pac coin using btc. I feel sorry for those guys. So much for people's alternative choice. |

Today's decline so large, is the normal callback or what bad news?
This is the typical perfect storm 1. Either 5th or 10th of each month, company does pay roll, we see big dump all across the minor alts 2. Chinese new year is schedule for mid feb this year, they are preparing for end of year bonus packages 3. Bitcoin rose up, good time to do exchange 4. Swingers are starting to enter bearish market after peak, this is quite normal and it has happened to BTC. Unfortunately, we don't have evil twins to keep eyes on the big holders. Therefore the rate of recovery most likely will take place after the chinese new year. Good time to buy though |

Quick question about the android wallet, for the public address (that I've already have) am I suppose to delete the Sumo from SumoXXXXXX...? My public address is 99 char, while the wallet only allows 95 char.
Of course not, you have a misplaced space or a misplaced character in the address you are trying to paste. Please recheck. I think I may have have the concept wrong... The goal is to check my balance (which I usually check via the desktop wallet) using the android wallet app while I'm traveling. Can you use the same public address for desktop wallet and the android wallet? |

I actually agree that for a coin to succeed, there cannot be blind faces. Creating a product that people buy (and actually bought), is a social responsibility. Hate to say this, but sumokoin devs could learn a thing or two from ETN. Regardless of its tech or roadmaps, no financial backings from entities with fiat and forced pressure to outgrow competitors, there are little chances for this coin to blossom into main stream. A support community can only go so far. They need to get in contact with Japanese financial sector, ASAP. SUMOkoin more like SCAMkoin. Looks like people are selling, they understand that crash is coming soon, just sell before its back at $0.34  so again no information just blatant fud. The price went down because btc price increase. and panic sellers because of fudders like you  . Im sure your making good profit off it. probably buying in no doubt No fud! -Devs are anonymous (how do you even know that those 4 devs exist, mby there is just one dev) -All they do is add some shitty code to tech what already exists. Better designs or little bit extra shitty code doesn't make a coin better (no long-term value) -Premined coins, very easy manipulation -overall just a scamcoin Too many red flags, I just want to warn people! |
