MNX is not a token, but a coin with its own ecosystem.
We have implemented and continue to implement our RoadMap (p. 28 of https://minexcoin.com/html/download/wpeng.pdf).

What are the main features that qualifies MNX as a coin but not a token? So far I see it rather as token that used to access the service of Minexbank and get the part of the interest received from the mining.

Coin must have their own independent blockchain like BTC, ETH etc. Token does not have their own blockchain they have to rely on some other project's blockchain like REP, EBTC etc. But there is more than this simple definition. Mostly tokens are the type of cryptocurrently which is listed immediately at exchanges. The reason is that they are very simple on the technical side. Ok. I was just curious that what the teams of Cryptonex (CNX), DeepOnion (ONION) and CYDER (CYDER) had done to enlist their coin (COIN not TOKEN) on exchanges. May be they do not have a big eco system behind their coins (sarcasm intended). I have nothing against but you should work on your logic.

You should understand that there are many persons who have invest their time, money, reputation and resources in this coin and want some of their investment to be monetize. It will be far good for this project to get rid of this dumping as soon as possible for a better and solid future.

People here are not complaining about development. They are complaining about listing in exchange which is not very difficult for the team if they want to pay some BTC in 2nd and 3rd class exchanges. When team is struggling for C-Cex like exchanges for listing then we should forget bittrex and poloniex altogether.

The total spread of BTC price is $1200 to $2000 I think. So it is difficult to get the real value of MNX in dollors. Even in BTC first ICO sold at 0.001 BTC/MNX. Now real value would be when it hit exchange.

At current times it is very difficult to declare a project scam or legitimate. There are too many parameter to check. It can be a shitty team and good community support which make coin to the moon. On the other side, there would be a good team and no support which lead coin to abyss.

Nobody knows what is going on except the scammer.

Actually, it's not strange. what you have is an ICO done right. No favors to rich, everyone can fairly acquire a piece of the pie. (pun intended) As for the US Citizens, everyone knows that if you don't offer a product that pays dividend and you not involved in anything shady, thus having a reason to hide, then there is no reason to exclude your ICO from united state citizens. so offering it to U.S citizens should be an extra proof that you dealing with a reliable company that is willing to endure the scrutinizing from SEC and such.

US law is not even mentioned... Don't get me wrong I like this project and I will try to contribute in their first presale but I think that they could have problems with SEC in the future. As far as I know dividends are just one thing that leads to product meeting securities definition, there are many other conditions... I will really check into this because I am currently working with ICO team and our legal department said that there is no way we can make ICO without KYC/AML registration... I will post their response.

Whatever you assume your coin is but SEC is against every ICO without giving them their share of power and money. They are independent to declare any thing security and/or commodity. So if this coin is going to be sell in USA it must have to be compliance with KYC/AML etc. else it may be a problem for the developers and team in future.

I have observed "scam accusations" have actually been increasing. I have not once called DeepOnion a scam but it sure is a con of some sort.

If you believe DeepOnion is not a scam, why do you even comment in this thread? What do you have to gain?

Cause I dislike people who do this. There are how many projects on crypto more than 1000 ? How many of them are icos? How many have 30-50% "devs development"??

It is hard to explain, but 90% of negative coments is from bounty hunters. That people have coin signature and list with previous bounty compains. And they are running thru old topics with new signatures and asking where is coins. You can check their post history.

This is a complete bullshit to say that negative comments are from bounty hunters only. If it is true even then it is the fault of Minex Team only to allow people for bounty. Nobody forced them to launch bounty campaigns. That was team's marketing decision now when time is come to pay the bounty hunters you are making excuses and blame them for negativity.

In my opinion investors, bounty hunters, miners and supporters all are necessary for a project to be successful apart from the core team. You can not blame anyone if core team could not fulfill their promises on time, many times.
