The customer is allowed to point the formal criteria of the project that should be accepted by the freelancer. The criteria may be arbitrarily complex and include the goals and rules for freelancer determining the volume of available information required and sufficient for successful completing the technical task inspection so the more precisely that information volume is set, the less chance a leaks may appear.

It's fine, I'll explain again: the user will be protected from that kind of leaks by the contracts with freelancers and verification agents. Usually verificated users are signing the documents which lead to taking the non-disclosure obligations responsibilities. Formally it will keep the users from disclosing the information. However we recommend to duplicate that responsibilities in every contract.

You're right. Also some projects allow the user to store his funds into one exact currency and convert it simultaneously with the conversion but that won't allow using the saves and they'll be always inside the system. That contradicts the basic principle of the finance — money must be in motion.

Because the projects that use painted tokens doesn't have a virtual machine inside that projects. As I said previously the virtual machine needed to evade the infinite cycles and in our case we just have to use that protection not to allow some nasty hackers break the system down

Actually nowadays the rate is set on 1 AXEL = $1 (the whole project based on dollar) but in the future AXEL would be available to be converted into any other currency. For example $1 = ​0,85€​ => 1 AXEL = 0.85€​

AXEL is a volume container used inside the project. It's rather non-standard way of financial structure based on blockchain. Not exactly. If we would take a fee for voting that will lead to the situation when just a few people owe ALE coins (company + small number of fatcats). They'll pay a really small amount in fiats.
