Yes we are, 77% of ALE tokens will be distributed, 11% of tokens are reserved for a team, 10% of ALE tokens are for advisers, fonds and refferal programs and 2% of tokens are reserved for bounty, airdrop and other same purposes.

It's fine, I'll explain again: the user will be protected from that kind of leaks by the contracts with freelancers and verification agents. Usually verificated users are signing the documents which lead to taking the non-disclosure obligations responsibilities. Formally it will keep the users from disclosing the information. However we recommend to duplicate that responsibilities in every contract.

The customer is allowed to point the formal criteria of the project that should be accepted by the freelancer. The criteria may be arbitrarily complex and include the goals and rules for freelancer determining the volume of available information required and sufficient for successful completing the technical task inspection so the more precisely that information volume is set, the less chance a leaks may appear.
