How do i know if im fully ramped up?
Been kining with small miners on and off in the pool for about 1 month but now i have an s9 running 247 and by smaller miners coming on board when i get to work
So prob my ramp up is gonna take prob a bit longer than usual lol

I guess I don't receive the coupons? Are they from Bitmain? How much are they knocking off and what is price for new S9 with power supply?
How can I get my hands on a few of he coupons? Is it a 1 per customer type coupon?

The coupons they announced today will be issued on April 1, according to the email. Its for people who bought a T9, S9, or L3 recently. I have too many coupons - I don't even want anything there aside from some more L3s. Kano - can you start an LTC pool? |

This right here is what i fooking love about kano.is Now my s9 is on 247 and my 741 plus small miners r on every ither day for 10h to bump up my hashing power ...

what i understood, if my T9 is not running 24x7, i would have very few chance to be successful using the PPLNS : (
have 3 days running but unfortunately interment, so, it looks like that is no good!

Not exactly, no. What PPLNS does is spread your payouts out, not reduce them. So although you may not reach the maximum reward per block for a T9, your expected reward is the % of time you mine. So if you say mine 50% of the time, your rewards will expect to average out to 50% of a T9. Those lines on the Help->Payouts page are very important: The 5Nd means it takes that long to reward your shares.
The ramp isn't missing rewards, it's delaying them to reduce variance.
If you are always ramping up and down, you aren't expected to earn less than the time you are mining. The only factor there is pool luck, which of course over the longer term is expected to approach 100% from above or below. |

As a miner in a pool that shares transaction fees, is anyone else missing the days (not that long ago) of the 14+ BTC block rewards? Although as a user of BTC the low fees are great and probably better for the currency in the long run.
Thoseaybe I were the good old days where it really didn't matter where you mined (as long as the pool paid out the transaction fees). Those 18-24 BTC blocks were great! imagine the first couple years where it was 50BTC mining with CPU / GPU cards. I'll bet those miners wish they would have made a few changes to their investment strategy! And many likely did amazingly well too. Some of us don't have to imagine those days. Yes, I would make a change to my investment strategy over then...I would not have kept my earnings from those 50BTC blocks in Mt. Gox's wallet.  Mine on. I was learning linux on slackware back then. Built and installed bitcoin. Found a block on my cpu after a few days. Thought well, that was cute, and promptly erased it (and the wallet) and installed something else. It wasnt until it hit 9K that i realized what I had done and wished that I still had it. can you not use software to get the files back? Unless u zeroed the hdd it might be possible I have used software to get important files off failed hdds |

this mining pool is like a god dam DRUG im addicted i started off with about 2th now im pushing 23th and my small miners aint online lol my list is rockbox ( i think lol ) 130ghz offline atm antminer s1 offline to b sold antminer s3 offline to b sold antminer s9 my new toy  avalon 741 yay 3 x antminers u3 60 ghs each offline atm sp20 online old but push's 1.5 th so keeping it online now time for a block and to rump up my n5 what ever its called lol |

Just bought an s9 last night so it should come next week Anyone know how much louder it is compaired to lets say an l3+ ( i know its ltc miner) or avalon 741? As my 741 is a part time miner it mines only when im at work due to free electric but i want to mine my new s9 at home 24/7 along with my l3+ Also it nice to c the pools th go up even with the price of btc falling |

That can be found on the pool stats page. (You need to log in to see who hashes at what rate, so I'm reticent to post it publicly.) Forgot i could do this lol Found it Gonna keep an eye on this to c how many low hashing users find a block 👍 |

Just wondering what equipment you guys using ?
R u all big players with s9s?
My 741 should be here mon or tue but also managed to get some antminer u3’s
Obv they r gonna be used were i get free elec and got them real cheap so thats another 3x 63gh’s that i will add online
Now for me its all fun adding the small units like the u3’s but will they help the pool out in any way?
Or r they a waste of space 😂

Not a big player at all. 1 S9 8 Avalon 741 3 Avalon 741 in route. I use an old container that used to grow things. Expanding with profits so it’s going slow. Compared to me u r a big player 😂😂😂 Having that much mining power (cba to add it up) have u broke even? Like with miner cost and electric ? |
