You could always use those jumper pins you place on the pins of the hard-drive, they should reach. Should keep it tidy too without a cable. Just a suggestion You would have to put it on then quickly remove it every time, Otherwise the mobo would just continuously turn on and off. Yeah good point, I would just go with the BIOS method :p

Hi, I'm selling my ASIC Block Erupter since I dont have a hub of them and it's taking up a slot for another miner. I'm selling on eBay currently. I'm only selling to the UK. Happy Bidding!

He's clearly mining non-scrypt coins there Yeah that's what I thought

Use cgwatcher and your problems will disapear (almost) it can reset your miner or pc if your HR goes belou a certain value, or get accidentally close, or gets to hot. you can set it to send emails for that as well, best of all its free. Also you can get cgremote (paid beta 10$) and monitor several miners over the internet 1Gh/s? :O

I still have 0.02299687 Unexchanged in my account and total of 0.03119746 BTC expected - after 2 full days of no mining. I dont plan to mine until the pool implements single payouts, but in the meantime I would like to get my current balance. This is what I was talking about Terk, a few posts ago I mentioned the fact that a good number of BTC still sits in an account at any given time. So you are basically forced to mine to get that amount into a wallet, and then when I stop it just sits there and nothing happens to it. Its a cycle. There shouldnt be that much btc sitting idle.

It shouldn't take you long to mine 0.01BTC here.. I'm mining with 213Kh/s (+-3) temproarily until I can afford some hardware and I'm getting 0.01BTC every 3 days occasionally. You're not being "forced" to mine that amount, as stated on the website and several times on here quoted by other users "Payouts are automated as soon as your earned balance reaches 0.01 BTC(0.001 BTC for Sunday payment)." Terk has spent an unimaginable amount of time fixing, tweaking, adding etc for this pool trying to satisfy you and all you want is some silly manual payout option? Yeah, maybe in the future, but let him fix the shit first. Be patient like everyone else and don't keep checking your miners every 5 minutes.. Trust me, I've been there. You're BTC will be sent to your wallet eventually.

Yay for 100% rejects with not a single change to my config. Been fine ever since it became public. Just restarted cgminer and all i'm getting now is "Rejected untracked stratum share from pool 1".
|
|
|
Happy to see 0% rejects Would there be any point adding the eu server to my config so when it comes online it'll automatically switch to it? I presume it'll be on the standard port 3333.

|
|
I've been mining and coping with the rejects, I've also been scanning this thread time to time, but what's made me post this time is when you check your account on clevermining and see "Rejected: 130.5 kH/s (51.9%)". This is taking the piss. Is there any new news?

Nevermind. I rebooted the Raspberry Pi, must have been a lucky moment since I rebooted it before.

Hi everyone, I just received my second antminer u1 today, and I plugged it directly into the 7 Port D-Link hub, I have the same one as this guy here. The problem is, BFGMiner doesn't add a third device. The three miners work as I've tested plugging each one in at a time, however it never recognises more than two. I'm using my raspberry pi to run the software by the way. Any ideas?

How exactly are we losing profitability against LTC if it's profit-switching? Surely it would switch to LTC if it's more profitable instead of mining lower profitable coins I just don't see the logic there.

Been working on one probably will have it finished and in the market tonight/tomorrow. For starters I added CleverMining but I Intend to add all the coin switching pools Hope you will enjoy it. Just sent you a PM about the App in case you didn't see. Nice work by the way.

Nothing is stopping you guys from setting up your own EU coin switching pool.
Don't be stupid, be realistic.

I had to switch back to middlecoin, which pains me. My reject rate at CM went from about 7% to 16-18%. Hopefully they fix the problem so I can switch back. It would also be nice if they posted an update in their twitter feed.
I might stay out of Middlecoin for now... much worse there atm. I permanently moved from there now. I've quite frankly had enough.

If you don't know how to create a pool, then I wouldn't try and run one. What will you do if your pool has issues? Would you know how to fix something someone else setup? You'll have miners questioning you and on your back. Issues will have to be fixed ASAP. There will be NO time to contact somebody to fix it for you, because by that time, you'll probably have no miners as they would have all switched pools.
