41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is not easy to make money in cryptocurrency on: May 22, 2021, 07:25:39 PM
Believe me my friend, anywhere in the world, it is not easy to make money. If you see any airdrop that promises 100$, 200$, 300$, 500$ and above just for referring peeps, or sharing post online, then it is atmost 99% fraudulent.

Likewise, if you see trade signals that promises certainty, or bounties that promises you a fixed price for your token, be wary. It is not that easy nor realistic.
Definitely it is not really easy to make money in cryptocurrencies knowing that there are plenty of scam/fraudulent happening in the market and the earn a good amount of money in crypto you need to wait for the right time and perfect timing because doing crypto thing patience will always be the key to success and there is no chance for you to get rich in short span of time.

With a little bit of luck and timing it was quite easy to make money in cryptocurrencies for a good while now. With some patience and modesty there are good opportunities all over the place as long as it doesn't have to be the next 10000% pick all the time.

Making money depends a lot in timing. There are phases where you almost can't do anything wrong and make money whatever you do. It also depends on whether you want to make a ton or small amounts. In a bull run the tough part is to hold and not sell even though you are up a lot. Holding can be tricky with every little dip you are stressed out and start regretting for a moment while in the next moment it may recover from its dip and you are happy again.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still large caps on altseason? on: May 15, 2021, 12:22:45 PM
The market has been trading sideways these days,Now that a breakthrough point is needed may cause the price of the currency to rise sharply.
Many investment institutions have not sold their coins so far, so this bull market will continue for a long time.

I beg to differ, the market is not trading sideways but is going down. Almost all coins are in red, even dogecoin is also getting hammered. You cannot predict the market but looking at the present scenario bull market has ended and the bear market has started.

And I agree with you. Wink Sideways doesn't mean Bitcoin going from $63k to $47k I would say. Right in this moment it still feels like it could go down further although Ethereum seems to be trying to resist the trend. It is fighting hard as you can see in the charts. I hope it can hold its level and maybe even go up, which means further decreasing Bitcoin dominance.
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are there so many negative posts about BTC lately? on: May 15, 2021, 12:20:53 PM
If your article just came a few days ago, then I would assume that the reason why we see negative posts about crypto is because of the issue with Elon Musks, Tesla company no longer accepting Bitcoin as mode of payment, followed by the hordes of Bitcoin investors panic selling because they bought at the high and now are selling with a loss. But for me, that is what it is, just eliminating weak hands so that the strong community will prevail and on to 100,000 dollar Price.
Before a big storm, small storms will continuously appear to shake people's psychology, more precisely, we might think that this is a strategy that makes us relatively tired of being on guard, the constant flow of information brings with it a lot of doubt and affects our calmness and when our brains are overworked, a fatal blow will come, extremely bad news to panic sell. Negativity is to prepare for such a grand plan but this action is ultimately still an adjunct to bitcoin's growth, Bitcoin price increase mechanism is quite unique

By now it goes into both directions. In earlier years it was all negative about Bitcoin but by now there are a lot of newspapers, magazines and TV shows that report positively about Bitcoin. They always go with the flow though, if Bitcoin goes up they hype it and if it goes down they say Bitcoin is dead.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Crypto be more valuable than gold? on: May 13, 2021, 04:06:26 PM
I just read the news that all cryptocurrencies are worth more than there is circulating cash in the United States. $2.4 trillion for cryptocurrencies vs. roughly $2 trillion in cash circulating in the US. Here we go! Wink
So what's in it for us knowing that, even for me who doesn't live in the United States,
is it important to know or it will have a good effect on everyone in the world? try to explain more fully.

It shows that the interest in cryptocurrencies literally exploded. If someone told you in 2013 that cryptocurrencies will exceed the value of all circulating cash in the United States, would you have said that you believe that? It is a comparison that puts a couple of things into perspective. For example comments from Jamie Dimon from JP Morgan who said crypto is going nowhere.

If you think about Bitcoin's past there were always negative news all the time. Bitcoin will die, Bitcoin gets hacked and so on and so forth. Banks talked badly, other companies talked badly, news outlets spread bad news. It doesn't impact Bitcoin anymore. interestingly enough it's the good news that impact Bitcoin while the bad news get mostly overheard.
49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are there so many negative posts about BTC lately? on: May 04, 2021, 08:44:41 PM
Isn't negative news about Bitcoin common?
Even during the first bullish trend in 2017, there was a lot of negative news related to BTC. It is even linked to the issue of terrorism, clashes with religion, fraudulent investments, scams, fraud, and so on. Because it is now familiar or surprised by this. And of course, don't make us drop anymore.

Well to be exact yes, for me negative news about bitcoin is common and know why? Because bitcoin was the most common cryptocurrency today and when we are talking about cryptocurrency people knows only the name bitcoin. Though we also have Ethereum and there are other new promising cryptocurrencies arising today but can't deny the fact that bitcoin was the most common. And I don't think so that the spreader of negative posts about Bitcoin was from Doge community, or maybe some of them are.

Native news will come outs of all the canons who need to defend their own interests! Bitcoin is a massive movement that sheds shadow on anything else out there! I love to be bart of that movement and I wish I could contribute more!
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ultimately long time holders are enjoying the real BEAUTY! on: May 04, 2021, 08:41:21 PM
Holding for long term is sure a thing of joy like watching ur worthless assets grow into a previous assets. I have few assets i acquired few years back which where kinda worthless but recently they are now worth something tangible though not a lot but i plan to hold onto them for a bit more longer time.
Holding does not give us passive profits all the time like if we hold low valued coins, until now some of them ended up being dead coins and are now considered worthless. But if we start holding those high risk coins like bitcoin and ethereum, they will never disappoint us in the long run because we already know their strong foundation and have even gained more demand from people as years coming by. Their value are also growing every year that made them worth investing and holding.
For coins with low value, even new coins that do not have a product, of course, will not benefit us.
You can see the coins that can be obtained only by sending 0 coins to a certain address. they have no future.
but to hold top market assets I would also prefer to stake on multiple exchanges rather than just holding them for the long term. from there we will enjoy the benefits.

It is up to the project on an individual basis. If the team fails you can do whatever you want, you will end up as a abagholder. You must secure your position early on, but the sad thing is that you know someone else will lose.

Right everyone is a genius in a bull market, but when it crashes a lot of traders realize that they may not be as genius in trading as they thought they are.
It's to become delusional when things go right anyway and you are part of a bull market.
the case will be different for each asset held. market conditions and each person's psychology also differ in responding to market conditions.
sometimes withholding assets for the long term is sure to stress people out. especially if market conditions are in a downtrend which makes our asset value decrease continuously.
but for several potential projects. hold assets within the first 3-5 years the platform is running I don't think it will cost us any losses.
such as BNB which continues to strengthen every year. and some are creating their new ATH. that's all because Binance is a good project with a lot of development.
but if you see what happened to a bad project that even their team had left behind, it will not make us profit if we hold assets for a long time.
In addition to a good coin project and market conditions, keep in mind where the money is used.

Do not let the money used come from bank loans or money for family travel needs. It may be that you will not be able to sleep to think about returning it.

Try to use free funds, so you are calm if you want to hold these coins.

It also depends on your age. When you are young you can take more risks, no family you have to take care of (usually) and more time and energy to correct mistakes from the past.

I saw many post and all of them written by jelaous people. There is a idiom in my country and probably i will translate it wrongly Cheesy Please guys dont laugh at me Smiley

When the cat can not reach the liver: it will say it is dirty  Grin
They probably are a jealous people or they just find misfortune investing in bitcoin so they try and poison the well and have more people join their side because they want the validation. Your idiom is on point to be honest. I don't get why they do this kind of news, it's too superficial for me if it is for the clout or the attention.

It's not of lately, it's been the same for very long. Some of those who spread negative news just don't understand Bitcoin. Some just don't like Bitcoin. Some hate Bitcoin. And some want to protect their own investments which Bitcoin could be a threat to.

This hasn't worked in the past and it won't work in the future. Just because of negative posts about Bitcoin the prices won't go down. FUD may have had some impact year ago, but that is history!

Nope, it totally works in the past and in the future, and Fuds will go on forever. Whichever market you were Fudster is always there.
You might not be able to notice it because you're a long term hodler, but for the people who's shorting, It did totally worked.
Buying a short dip and selling when It has a huge bounce.

FUD has been set-up to pull the price back as long as the weak hands were dumping.
But then again, If you're a long term hodler FUDS doesn't really matter nor affect you.

Give me an example when Bitcoin seriously crashed for the last time based on bad rumors and FUD only. I am happy to correct what I said if you provide evidence that there is a crash in Bitcoin solely based on FUD. Good luck! I am not talking about 2013/2014 when China threatened to ban Bitcoin every second day.

Take Bitcoin as an example: if you bought Bitcoin in 2016 and didn't sell in late 2017, you went through a mental breakdown. But now you would be more than happy about your decision. You may think if you sold you could have rebought more, but that's too much of a good thing.

Holding long-term is a commitment to your understanding of the asset and the effort you put in to get to acquire what you believe to be knowledge. Downswings and upswings should be part of your calculations right from the beginning.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ultimately long time holders are enjoying the real BEAUTY! on: April 28, 2021, 03:33:04 PM
Today I am telling about BNB which I traded almost 1 month. After one month of experience and trading, I have earned almost $1000+. But one thing I realised, the long timers are enjoying the real beauty. In that period, I had bought BNB many times, sold also for making profit and I able to make it. But if I hold my funds from one month, I can easily make my funds 2x,3x or more.

That is which I found from my trading experience about BNB. Obviously I must say that it is a real money printer.

In a growing market, all coins can be considered as a printer that prints money. And as soon as the correction or lateral movement begins, this printer continues to print money for very few people. Therefore, beginners should trade strictly in a growing market

Right everyone is a genius in a bull market, but when it crashes a lot of traders realize that they may not be as genius in trading as they thought they are.

It's not easy to be a long term holder, those who did it like it's a piece of cake are either living so well in life or are rich people who can easily take their eye off any investment they put money into because they have enough money even if they lose, it's not easy to be a long term holder, that's just the truth

Exactly this. I don't think many people managed to hold onto their BTC all the way from when it was maybe $100 until now. Actually, you must be out of your mind to not take profits when it's for example at $30,000 or even $20,000.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Crypto be more valuable than gold? on: April 27, 2021, 11:26:53 AM
Government isn't just "bad". It depends on the government of course, but having something that rivals with the offerings from the government and the financial industry is important for the global and social equilibrium.
Why do you think that is important? because at this time there are still many governments in different countries that do not like offers that deviate from state regulations, so they also do not want to compete even though this can have an effect on global and social balance.

Because we don't enough infrastructure in place that could govern people on its own. It is a wild dream to believe that at this point in time we would be able to govern every aspect of like without having any government at all. I am not saying it will never be possible, but I believe there will also be some sort of governing body. Imagine in how many countries the military may decide to overtake control? It is not as easy as you think to just live without government.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Online Education, the future of learning? on: April 20, 2021, 09:21:57 AM
With all the variations of the virus and all the IFs that are out there, I believe online education will keep growing and become way more sophisticated. We'l have viruses forever now. They won't go away.
~snip
Maybe the students will just get used to the new normal.  But it still doesn't go away that the best is still the traditional way to learn.  Like these medical students who are doing everything to be able to adjust, accept the current situation and still be able to continue the face-to-face class.  Because they have to do things that need to be done in a laboratory that can't be done online.

Sure, for some academic disciplines that will forever be the case. You can't become a surgeon by sitting in front of a computer screen only. Then again online education really is a good option as it is easily accessible from anywhere and should be as cheap as possible.

However, since everybody can upload shit and sell it as education, the quality of the content on the internet is pretty diluted.
