41  Economy / Economics / Re: Government regulation on cryptocurrency, GOOD or BAD? on: October 03, 2018, 12:25:11 PM
I came to a realization that government had stepped in already in some countries who are accepted and acknowledge cryptocurrency existence. In fact they made a regulations that has made some negative and positve reactions over the implementation of cryptocurrency regulations like doing KYC (Knoy Your Client) on local exchanges, Registering ICO projects to the government agency concerns and etc which purpose is to prevent illegal or abuse in the use of cryptocurrency from money laundering, funding terrorist groups and etc. Well can you say about this regulations, GOOD or BAD?

It depends, because each country has different regulations in each country, sometimes there are regulations that are not too heavy on BTC, because they emphasize to their citizens to be careful in transacting using BTC, there are countries that strictly prohibit the existence of BTC for any reason, so for GOOD or BAD returns to each country and the government that makes regulations, because each country is different
42  Economy / Economics / Re: Why spend time in bitcoins? on: October 01, 2018, 05:51:58 PM
We all experience being financially challenged and we cannot deny that money makes us revolve around it. When we find ways to alleviate our financial suffering, we stand our ground and spend so much effort just to see the result and of course, benefit from it. Do you think that spending time and effort to gain bitcoins is a rational idea? Do you think that you could've been wasting your time? Let me know about your thoughts.

I was initially not very interested in crypto or btc, because the popularity of btc was still very minimal at first, but over time btc attracted me, and my main reason is that I like new things because btc is new and interesting to me I decided to study btc. At first, I just read about the internet about how it works, but over time I started to get really interested and started investing in BTC itself at a low price, and it arrived in 2017 which made me surprised because BTTC experiencing a very high price increase, from then on I believed that btc was really an interesting thing for me to know more about
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Digital money or virtual currency? on: September 30, 2018, 01:53:22 PM
Hello friends.
I have a problem to share.
My country is average. They are too familiar with outdated and old technologies.
In my country many people still understand Bitcoin as virtual currency. BTC does not bring anything to life. They just think Bitcoin investment is gambling, chance, black red.
Why?
Why do not they look at Bitcoin, ETH or blockchain technology for the present.
Blockchain minimizes transportation costs, intermediates and risks.
Personally, I always try to absorb and learn nonstop.
And you? How is your country?

yes, the same with stocks a few decades ago there are still many people who think it is a gambling, because basically the people who jumped into crypto did not understand at all what they were doing. because what they hope is just to put their money and expect big profits like magic. that is what makes the wrong view of crypto because these fools after they lose their money will say the message that crypto is gambling to the people closest to them
44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Become Mainstream In The Next 10 Years? on: September 30, 2018, 01:49:47 PM
According to a study conducted by researchers at Imperial College London, cryptocurrency has the potential to become a form of payment that is widely used for decades to come. In their research report entitled "Cryptocurrency: Overcoming Barriers to Trust and Adoption" Professor Imperial College London, William Knottenbelt, and Imperial College Business School Dr. Zeynup Gurguc, argue that cryptocurrency has so far acted as a store of value like a fiat currency.

Yes, maybe it just happened when I started, many people who know and consider BTC are commonplace in the next 10 years, especially now that many companies are actively investing or making regulations where we as consumers can make payments with BTC for make it easier, maybe the next 10 years will really happen
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is cryptocurrency so difficult to understand on: September 30, 2018, 01:46:14 PM
I engaged with young people and layman people in my communities on the quest of exposing them to cryptocurrency. During the period I discovered that they find It so difficult to understand the concepts, they are so much acquainted with fiat currency and traditional ways of making payment transactions.
I will be impress If I can get a valuable ways and methods in making them understand what cryptocurrency is all about and engage them actively.

crypto is not a difficult thing to understand, because just like any other exchange tool btc is the same, there is no need to learn too deeply enough to recognize and know how btc or crypto works. crypto will be difficult to accept or understand by a closed minded person because they cannot accept new things especially those that are very sensitive such as high value btc, maybe they still think btc or crypto is a scam
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More Regulations For Cryptocurrency? on: September 30, 2018, 01:44:15 PM
Hello, would love to get your opinion on this topic. Do you think there would be more regulations regarding cryptocurrency by the Government? Both now and the future? Let’s say bitcoin price rises to $100,000 per bitcoin, Do you think the government would actually let it be and function on its own without constant regulations? Well, personally I think we would see more regulations from the government down the line to a 1 Trillion Dollars total market cap and above. But I’m positive such regulations won’t hamper on the further growth and advancement of cryptocurrency. So tell me, what do you think?

I think the government has strict regulations on BTC, that someone can easily make money laundering at BTC, moreover you can buy anything on DeepWeb with BTC, including illegal things, so whatever the price of BTC increases if we still use BTC for things that are negative then government regulations will remain the same as that
47  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Change Your Mind About Bitcoin on: September 30, 2018, 01:42:40 PM
Many people express different types of bitcoin. Someone says Bitcoin is not a currency. Again someone says that Bitcoin is only a bubble, it will never be universally recognized. Some countries have banned Bitcoins so that illegal activities will not be increased in the country. Because some of time bitcoin use for terror works. Some people say that investment in bitcoin is not profitable. There are some other such complaints about Bitcoin.

But the funny thing is that even though there are so many complaints, Bitcoin has become popular all day around the world. I think we need to change our mind about bitcoin's. Cool

Really, people's complaints about Bitcoin are correct?

I myself from the beginning made BTC as a medium of exchange not as an investment instrument because I do not like the type of investment that has a true high risk, such as BTC is not suitable to be used as an investment instrument for me, because BTC is better used as a medium of exchange as a money, in the digital world
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it still worth mining bitcoin in 2018 ? on: September 30, 2018, 01:40:58 PM
My question is if it's still worth buying Asic's and start mining BTC in 2018.

If not mine BTC what other coin is it worth to mine nowadays?
depending on each country determine the pay for electricity, because in a smooth mining activa that really must be considered is your electricity bill if you are mining and your mining income under your electricity bill means it is not worth it for you to do, if it's still far profitable means mining is still good to do this year
49  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency or Stock Market? on: September 30, 2018, 01:38:23 PM
As we all know, stock market had been there for a very long time now and on the other hand, cryptocurrency is a fast rising trend when it comes to the world of trade and commerce. Some may prefer to invest in crypto because of high returns but some will still go with stock market and play it safe.
In your opinion, what will be the best option to invest your money on?

If you are a newbie in investing I would suggest that you choose the market as your choice because the stock market has a lower risk
50  Economy / Economics / Re: Asians are the most bitcoin holders in the world. on: September 29, 2018, 06:51:13 PM
bitcoin was born in Asia and the majority of users are also Asians. Is it true that the majority of bitcoin holders are Asians. anyone can tell me

in my opinion, there are still many Asians who use BTC as an investment instrument, not just an exchange tool like developed countries, replacing their currency with digital currencies such as BTC, which results in BTC rotation in developed countries faster than in Asian countries especially in developing countries who considers BTC as a bubble
51  Economy / Economics / Re: Will governments create their own cryptocurrency that will replace fiat? on: September 29, 2018, 06:49:25 PM
In the next 100 years, do you think Governments will create their own cryptocurrency or digital currency that will replace fiat currency, i.e. coins, paper money, the paper dollar,  etc.?

If it does happen, will it be like bitcoin or will it still represent gold like how today's money works?

in my opinion it is a bit of a waste, because for what makes a new crypto if each country has a different crypto, then what's the difference with money today which also has different value values, and this modern era we have can send money through electronic media, so in my opinion that is a thought that has retreated 100 years for the next 100 years. because it won't change anything
52  Economy / Economics / Re: Money vs Barter on: September 29, 2018, 06:46:21 PM
Money is one of the important concepts, This section talks about money from the perspective of microeconomics.when people exchange goods and services without using money, this is called barter. "I'll cook dinner if you'll do the dishes" is an example of barter. Imagine an economy in wich i can sell services as a consultant to banks, but what i want is to buy a new suit. the clothing store that sell suits does not have any use for my services as a banking consultant. i sell consulting services for money, and i buy a suit using money. money serves as a medium of exchange. the bank does not sell suits. how can barter work?

maybe for some things barter is still used, but this modern era is very rare because human needs are different, and the value of an item is very different, it will be very difficult to determine one item with another in this era, so according I am much more efficient and effective than barter
53  Economy / Economics / Re: Now I believe cryptocurrency may change the financial condition on: September 27, 2018, 12:40:09 PM
Eight months ago, my financial situation was not good at all,
I work that way, My income was about 45 to 50 dollars in the month,
I was disappointed with my income
Than a friend of mine suggested me to work with cryptocurrency. But I had no idea about cryptocurrency. Gradually, I learned to understand a lot about cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency gave me success in life, Now my income is 800 to 1500 dollars per month. Now I am very happy and now I believe cryptocurrency may change the financial condition

I feel confused with your statement, here you don't explain why crypto can change your income. Are you mining or trading or what? at this point you explain as if crypto is magic that can turn your income into a bigger one for no apparent reason
54  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best Cryptocurrency to Invest? on: September 27, 2018, 12:34:09 PM
I think crypto is still worthy of being an investment at this time
-BTC
-ethereum
-Litecoin
-doge coin
I hope this helps some people who want to start investing in cruptocurrency. good luck Smiley
55  Economy / Economics / Re: Friends reactions to crypto currencies? on: September 26, 2018, 02:48:02 PM
I was questioned on crypto currencies legalization. I explained the facts happening around. Few received it with convincing reactions and few just ignored it. I really felt bad for the guys who did not care about crypto currencies as I really know the fruitfulness? I happily taught few others about crypto currencies. What was your friends expression when you introduced bitcoin to them?

many of my environment are still the same towards crypto, I don't know why but in my personal opinion, they still lack confidence or are less open in accepting new things especially crypto as a medium of exchange, they are still afraid that crypto has a high fraud risk
56  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you think the market is down right now? on: September 26, 2018, 02:46:04 PM
is it all that is going on with regulations?

Big whales just waiting?

People do not believe in crypto anymore?

is it trouble in some countries in ASIA with laws and regulations?
to reduce prices in an investment instrument or currency can be caused by many factors, one of which you mentioned above is government and legal regulations, but the actual price of the market moves are investors and trader traders like us, where now many people hit their btc because they hope that there will be a very rapid increase like the beginning of 2017, causing prices to get stuck and tend to fall.

talking about something new, especially to learn it depends on each individual whether we want to accept new things and then adapt and study them, or keep quiet in a place that uses an existing system and lags behind others, it is very sad if in this modern era still there are some people who are willing to accept new and closed-minded things
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Can Be More Efficient Than Bank Transactions on: September 23, 2018, 05:07:16 PM
Bitcoin transfers even between countries on average the administrative costs are very cheap. Obviously more profitable than banking transactions, the administrative costs of which are still expensive.

I hope that all banks can see opportunities for Bitcoin to be utilized. Although I acknowledge the central bank's concern if Bitcoin transactions are used for prohibited matters.

One step that can be done by the Bank is to allow Bitcoin transactions on condition that they have to be registered on a special platform. Later the patform must be accompanied by a central bank permit.

This means that all bitcoin transactions must be recorded by regulators, now there are many illegal bitcoin transactions without permission and without supervision from regulators.

There is one country that can use it, for example in Japan that allows transactions with Bitcoin, even for payments in retail stores.

The government in Japan actually allows retail stores to accept payments via bitcoin. There are 4,000 stores that accept bitcoin payments. So far there are no problems. Even the Japanese government is making its own cryptocurrency.

I might agree that BTC is more efficient in terms of time and place that can be done anytime and anywhere, but in terms of security I prefer to convesnional banks because they have a trusted and guaranteed security if something happens that we don't want
59  Economy / Speculation / Re: Prediction about BTC price in this year on: September 23, 2018, 05:04:35 PM
to predict crypto prices is not as easy as doing technical analysis in the stock market because the price movements of crypto tend to be wild and unpredictable and therefore I myself have not been able to determine with certainty or with a high degree of accuracy where BTC prices will move

because i feel btc is a new and interesting thing in the world of investment, from my background that is a trader i am interested in exploring BTC as my new investment instrument, and my hope for the future btc is more acceptable to the wider community, and more developed  in all aspects
