I think Pascal has huge potential from a tech standpoint, but there are a couple of issues...
1) Perception. While the technical aspects of the coin are indisputable, the UI is terrible. It needs a facelift, and account # purchasing with fiat/credit card should be available at the wallet level - the current process for obtaining an account number is convoluted and not particularly obvious to newcomers.
2) The deletable blockchain is its strength, and its achilles heel. Crypto coin values go up with mining difficulty/limitation of supply. If the chain is deletable, there's no reason to ever increase difficulty, meaning the price will stagnate.
IMHO, Pascal seems like a prime candidate for a Public/Private blockchain, targeting enterprise a la Ripple.
Purchasing of Accounts with fiat and credit card exists: http://pascalcoin.frizen.eu/pasa/Purchasing of PascalCoins with fiat and credit card is under development: http://exchange.frizen.eu/PascalCoin has normal mining and a blockchain like most coins with Proof of Work and difficulty adjustments etc. The difference is that PascalCoin also have a SafeBox so you can delete the blockchain if you just run an ordinary wallet. Alternative wallets with a different GUI is under development. An early alfa test version can be found here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pascwallet/Awesome job nightraven! Thanks for all your efforts.

what was the problem with Topia? why pasc was deleted?
Cryptopia's implementation of the coin was the problem. They didn't accept encrypted payloads. So sending from polo (encrypted) to cryptopia, the coin would be in limbo until cryptopia sent it back to the senders address with original payload. So they would send the coin back to polo and it would then be lost on their side because polo's payload != cryptopia's payload. This coin itself and its innovative features are solid. Does not get the positive attention it deserves.

Are there any informations about a marketing campaign?
Marketing is in progress. There are very smart people working on this. You can read all the updates in the slack #marketing channel. Also, the new wallet is in development, you can see the updates in the #development channel http://www.pascalcoin.org/slack-self-invite/

I am using an older wallet before the market for accounts was coded into it. What is my easiest option for upgrade to sell the early accounts I have that came from finding 3 blocks?
You get the newest version here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pascalcoin/files/Thanks. I am curious if I should just install it from a set up or are there any other things I should do. Just make a backup of the walletkeys.dat (just in case), and then install the latest wallet. It should work without additional intervention.

Hi All,
I've been researching Pascalcoin and all its potential. I'm a marketing specialist and can see the need for more marketing here. Is there anyone I can email with a proposal?

I wonder how much volume Pascal needs to have to stay listed on Polo.
To be honest, I'm quite disappointed. 6 months ago it was traded at a higher price than now. What would it take to make it more popular, more marketing? More exchanges? --ypsi Pretty much EVERYTHING traded for more, 4-6 months ago. Did you not notice the huge alt decline during the BTC rise? Not to worry. The PASC devs are very competent and this coin has more advanced unique features no other coins have. Buy, accumulate and HODL. That's what I'm doing since Jan-2017.

So... Cryptopia is delisting Pascal. It seems this wallet is giving ongoing problems. Can anyone put me up to date what is going on?
Join the slack channel where this is being discussed and remedied - http://www.pascalcoin.org/slack-self-invite/FYI, the wallet is solid, it's the exchanges implementation that is causing issues.

the animated header on pascalcoin website makes for a very laggy experience. it gives the impression that pascal is a slow network if anyone agrees, please inform the webmaster ... Quite the contrary, the network is exceptionally fast. You see transactions in your wallet instantly, the moment they are sent.

This piece is dead, more volume cryptopia will remove it! Strange!
And why is it no longer classified in coingeko?
Mouai I sell my 2700 pascal!
Go ahead and sell. There are people ready to scoop up your losses.

Hi @nightraven, this is very nice, I sent you 2 EUR to give it a try. Thank you very much. I send you a private message to complete the transaction :-) Very cool nightraven! Much respect for getting your hands dirty. Would love to see others take on such projects and grow this coin. So much undervalued compared to it's potential.

Transactions PASC from Poloniex to Cryptopia are lost forever? Adress and DayloadId enter correct.
From Polo history: Complete 2017-08-01 11:45:53 Address: 143351-30 Txid: 0000000076520100400600006e90c6c112c45a2df4bf2555f9d05b61e2bedbf8
Never do transactions from exchange to exchange, but there is a real problem actually with Txid, so like other people open a ticket on Poloniex, and share the informations with us, you can join the slack to discuss with other people http://www.pascalcoin.org/slack-self-invite/ This is correct, the ophash is not found. You need to create a ticket with polo support. Polo encrypts the payloads but cryptopia does not read encrypted payloads. Even if it went through, the PASC would not be credited to you at cryptopia. On every Monday, cryptopia sends back PASC that don't match any payloads back to the sender with the same payload as you sent. Meaning the PASC would go back to polo, but it wouldn't credit to you because the payload does not match your polo payload. All in all, like MisterMerci said, don't send PASC between exchanges.

And how to buy an address actually? Sombody sent me the website but I had to pay in PASC, and I can't buy PASC without an address..
does anyone know the address he speaks of? You send PASC from poloniex.

Hello my friend Is there a video or explanation of how a wallet is synchronized and made an account Thank
You cannot generate an account within the wallet. Accounts are not made at will, they are a created 5 per block. The best 3 options to obtain an account are through pool mining, where accounts are gifted to you for every 20 pasc mined, or you can purchase from pascwallet.com or getpasa.com. There are other ways, but most people obtain through these means.
