Well it got close to $150 billion, I don't think it will go down that low now personally, I'll be happy with $8-9k bitcoin for a while if we can get to that.

It's taking them quite a long time to sell the tokens I think, it's not like last year, the market has crashed which makes ICO investment less aswell.
Well I think ETH has done more than most, yeah they need to scale but they've already got a big userbase compared to the competition.
Yeah it's normal but No they aren't good, people don't get any other investments and say it's good when they go down 50%. Only see that in crypto lol.

Well I agree normally, unless you're making a lot more. Some guys may have a full time job making $400, if they can make $5k a month from bounties then it's probably worth the risk.

Yeah they often rise again, the problem is that a lot of the popular ICOs heavily market during their ICO and are too slow to list on exchanges. I'd keep holding them though.

Have a look at some of the current ICO's aswell, quite a few of them seem to be decent. ETH is the only alt that I've held long term.

ICO is just researching that anyone can learn to do, short term trading definitely isn't for everyone, too many emotions involved.

I try to avoid them if I can but if it's a really good one I'd probably still join. Just risky sending your passport info to random small startups on the internet.

I personally wouldn't go near Ripple, it's far too centralized. I wouldn't be surprised if their blockchain got used a fair amount but I doubt their coins will be either.

I looked into bountyhive before, it's a very nicely designed and simple to use website. However, they don't provide any proof of where the bounty payments could go, they could just be sending it to their own different ETH wallets.

I'd hold on to the ETH now, it's a decent price at the moment, I think it will rise now after EOS dumped a lot of their ETH from the ICO.
Seems to be ETH bringing the market down today. Hopefully the market will detach itself from Bitcoin soon but that won't happen until alts have their own fiat pairings.
I would say that's risky but alts have lost about 80% since their ATH so the entire market is risky anyway, just make sure you DYOR.
Yeah I've done fairly well with that in the past, just pick some up when they first get listed on idex or one of the other decentralized exchanges.
I don't think it will go that low, I think it's mostly due to EOS selling their ICO funds that the price has dropped in the last few days.
I doubt they'll ever die completely but the regulations will probably tighten up, many of them are basically a security whether they say so or not.
Bounties are the best way unless you have the funds to manipulate the market.
I prefer ETH, Waves is a more risky and could give better returns though.
Generally not, if you can pick through the trash then yes.
