Meanwhile, back at IRC:

<Bargraphics> Again anyone that wants in #ActM must PM me on the forums with their REGISTERED Irc name
<Bargraphics> If you are not a well known account on the forums be prepared to show some kind of proof that you are a shareholder (especially if you are a new account)

42  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Let's report Ken Slaughter / Active Mining to SEC on: February 12, 2014, 05:22:06 PM
...The point I was making was they investigated well after completion of the IPO and after the eASIC deal.
...
You aren't tackling any of my points other than to say 'what you say is wrong'. Well you could try saying why you think I'm wrong. Want to try??
...

I'll give it a shot.

eAsic deal was used as bait and rationale for the *second IPO*.  Yes, there were two.  Two IPOs.  Lol.  Some balk at the notion of "second IPO".  They get unnerved by self-contradictory statements.  But not you.  That's what makes you such a boss Active Miner.

Anyhow, eAsic press release bought Ken about half a year's worth of fartin' through silk.  Half a year is a sizable chunk of time for a man of his age and social standing.

Thinking that LEO roll the party van according to your schedule is absurd.  Ken's guaranteed a speedy trial, not a speedy prosecution.  Cases like Ken's are on the back burner, as they should be.  He's on the hook, they'll reel him in if/when they want him.  There's thousands of pages worth of evidence on this forum alone.  Talk about paper trail!

The absurdities of Active Mining and Ken, its illiterate CEO, have been already discussed at length -- over a thousand pages in just the "official" threads.  Consider re-reading those.

Pretty funny, looking back on this.  Remember when .0018 seemed laughably low?  Now ain't moving @ < third of that price.
And February 13th is just one day away Undecided

...
Seems prophetic now, don't it?

Share capital is what you pay when you incorporate the company and shows on the balance sheet that way, it cannot officially be paid or registered with the Registrar of Companies if it is denominated in BTC.

"Share capital or capital stock (US English)[1] refers to the portion of a company's equity that has been obtained (or will be obtained) by trading stock to a shareholder for cash or an equivalent item of capital value. For example, a company can issue shares in exchange for computer servers, instead of purchasing the servers with cash."

Again, wut?

It is currently impossible anywhere on the planet to pay up share capital denominated in Bitcoin.

We are covered in what we do in relation to offering profit shares denominated in Bitcoin

wut?

So you're not gonna pay divs? Cheesy

Unregistered securities

You are making a comedy of yourself, if you want to get Ken for unregistered securities, are you not getting yourself?
...

It is not illegal to BUY unregistered securities, just like getting robbed is not illegal.  Only robbing is illegal, you're OK.

That said...

Reaction when the court learns you invested in "...a virtual identity totally owned by the Active Mining Corporation (Belize) that represents both itself and its profits."

P.S:  C'mon everypone!  Only 2.6 BTC to find out what happens next!  Isn't anyone tempted?

I don't think we are using this anymore.

That's news to me. So who is making our 28nm chip? It's the first indication eASIC have made that any 28nm is in production.

No one is making your 28nm chips, but that's beside the point.
Vigil was pointing out that a full custom ASIC is not created using Nextreme process, even if eAsic was still designing the chip for Ken.

Sorry for the OT, but I'm curious: Is the secret pr0nz website you were pimping still paying you?

You're just pissing against the wind and all over yourself. It's like trying to stop a river by putting your foot in it.

Go get busy with other more lucrative stuff. You're clearly wasting your time which obviously is not precious to you.

You're mistaken.  Currently, to keep with your river analogy, this is just a shit creek.  And I do have a paddle, a pair of wellingtons and plenty of optimism Smiley
Cheers!

I'm talking about the whole financial industry getting on-board like Second Market now these guys in the link I've pasted, the Winklesvoss etf, several angels and hedge funds. Neo is just one of the many you won't be able to "weed out".

Sorry, I do not need to reply to all your questions because I am convinced of what I do. As in anything, not all can be 100% clear but I have left some space for trust in others. Bitcoin is disruptive, and as such, difficult to handle and regulate by  nature, but also more difficult when there are for closeminded regulators. That may have some consequences in bitcoin related startups. I assume the risks. If you are not convinced of something just keep it to you as what you are saying does not make much sense except if you have a hidden intention against Neo. If you do not want to assume risks, fine, I respect you, but respect the others too. We have heard your thoughts many times, thank you, but too much becomes very repetitive.

Your choosing not to answer me is fine, but makes for boring, one-sided conversation.

I heard all the "disruptive special snowflake" dreck.  I also heard "I take full responsibility... OMG LET'S CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!!!1! ...HALP POLICE!" crap.  Everyone's a self-sufficient little rebel 'til the shit hits the fan, and then everyone's suddenly quoting the same laws and regulations they bitched and laughed about.  So I've heard your thoughts many times too, and the same "hidden intentions" paranoia.

You are bringing bankers into bitcoin.  And you're even paying their way.  That's just too tragic to laugh at.

Ok, fine. It is my decision and I assume the responsibility. You are are free decide too.

I already made my choice, without waiting for your consent.
I decided to treat this cancer to with chemo.  Less aggressive alternatives have failed.
The scammers and lousy press you bring to Bitcoin affects all of us.  This sort of shit is catnip to the media -- especially when it finally "fails."

DTS,  I have no idea why we are not trading yet and have expressed my disappointment in Ken.

Just understand that you fucked up big time by essentially lowering the perceived value of the shares beyond the current asking price of 0.0005 and for this reason we are all sitting in limbo right now.

God only knows how long this will now drag out for.  Way to go DTS.  Angry

The perceived value of this fail is zero, zum.  The only reason any shares are sold @.0005 is desperate "investors" trying to create an illusion of demand.
The only people claiming otherwise are tragically "invested."

Maybe if enough shareholders start offering really low prices Ken will be forced to release the blockade because he can no longer sell UKYO's shares for 0.0005.
...

Now ^this^ is a logic fail.  Ken doesn't give half a morning crap about how low you sell your shares.  Give them away if you wanna -- he got his.

If he has 17k left at 0.0005, and all the shareholders say they are going to sell at 0.0001, then people will be wary of continuing to buy Ken's shares.

Ken then is forced to either lower his price or let us trade and create a free market instead of a controlled one.

...
The market is manipulated right now by "investors" who realize that unsold shares @.0005 is the fork announcing "Active Mining is done!"
As soon as if the shares go live, it will be obvious that the true value is a bit lower -- 0. 0000000x to be more precise.
...

TL;DR:  The shares being sold (outside of the few honest but laughably stupid mistakes) are not bought why you think they are.

I just could not sell $500,000 worth of shares for $10,000, I would rather play the game "$500,000 or nothing" at that point.
...

The sunk cost fallacy.
