I've said this before,  sell two thirds of your shares for whatever price gets you financially sorted and hold the other third long and you may still do extremely well from your investment in ActM.

No hard feelings DTS, to say this is an emotional rollercoaster is an understatement.    

There are a number of us sitting on potentially $500k's worth of shares at "new" btc prices - and that is far more money than many people know how to react to emotionally. That is basically the reason there is so much panic and shit in this thread.

But it was never actually worth $500k so relax dudes - relax and be happy, money stressing you out doesn't make you happy weather its having too little money, or too much.

Ok lets get a few things straight, I put everything into this company and can be very emotional at times, Ken's blockade of our shares is completely selfish.

Also I have been working 16 hour shifts at the cafe and had some trouble at work, I am behind on rent and read some more of this thread on my break, I continued to get pissed off because Ken is actively blocking us and ruining everything. So I got emotional and posted my '20bitcoin' offer.

Do I really want to convert 500 bitcoin into 20? Of course not, but my faith in Ken shatters almost everytime he posts.

I just don't want to be left with 0 bitcoin, this is all I have, hence the shitty job.

I'm now selling 114,425 shares for 20 bitcoin, anyone interested?

0.0001747869 is the price you will sell at so why would anyone now buy the remaining Ukyo shares at 0.0005, smart-arse?

That was the point, try to keep up. I am being cornered by Ken and reacting, I have no control over my ownership of the shares and am forced to try alternative ways to stop Ken from being a jerk and let us trade. (Lift the block).

Maybe if enough shareholders start offering really low prices Ken will be forced to release the blockade because he can no longer sell UKYO's shares for 0.0005.

I said that market value is 60% below the current 'Ken' value. If 0.0005 is taking it's time to shift with 200,000 shares, with several million there is no way 0.0005 is market value.

I want a good deal, I keep hoping to get 100 bitcoin at least (An increase on my fiat investment) However sometimes I feel that we are mere hours away from Ken saying "Sorry guys, it's over" and I freak out. That's everything I own, that could be worth 0 if Ken declares the operation is over. And assets? I am 99% sure we have no where near 1000 bitcoin.

It's less about the loss in value, but more about the blockade on trading. Even if I sat on the exchange as the share price fell I wouldn't be as vocal as I am now.

When my shares collapsed from 0.004 to 0.0006 I was 5% as vocal as I am currently, the difference is the block.

I might not even sell, but I want control, Ken took all my control away, everything.

If the ship is going down, I want to at least have some command over my destiny. But at the moment I have to wait for Ken's allowance to trade my shares, this is what frustrates me.

Another thing that frustrates me is that people like you seem to have no worries letting Ken decide the share value. Ken current sets the value at will, and you just sit back and take it.

DTS,  I have no idea why we are not trading yet and have expressed my disappointment in Ken.

Just understand that you fucked up big time by essentially lowering the perceived value of the shares beyond the current asking price of 0.0005 and for this reason we are all sitting in limbo right now.

God only knows how long this will now drag out for.  Way to go DTS.

Like I have said before, my noise is all about the blockade, not so much the worthlessness of the shares. I was rather calm even after losing 90% of my money. This is all about Ken's blockade.

They only conversation that is important here is the one that involves Ken answer direct questions on what the progress of this fiasco really is.

Ken refuses to answer the important and persistent questions.
Several in our little friend community seem to feel that Ken and ActM is on track. That might be so, but it is not right that trading has not yet begun. Now, Ken has a team of at least three or four coders. Surely he could devote a little time to get trading happening. After all, he promised several times to do so.  Ken does lies and justifies it because he believes it is to either protect us or that when the company succeeds, we will all forgive him.

Everything I said was to help you get a fair price for your shares. No-one siad you were to blame for anything - other than talking down your own investment.

Vigil was pointing out that a full custom ASIC is not created using Nextreme process, even if eAsic was still designing the chip for Ken.
