Crepcoin team lists XMR fork coins to their own exchange. Now it's beta. They said they will list another Cryptonight coins on their exchange. Now there are XMR, CREP, KRB, PNKS.
Worth trying.

How about contact CoinEX? It's quite new exchange. Their trading pair is mainly based on Bitcoin Cash, they listed some minor BTC/BCH forks and XMR is listed that exchange. Here is page about listing https://www.coinex.com/apply

Why network hash rate is different among mining pools? For example, irdpool.tk shows '197.31 KH/sec' network hash, '188.82 KH/sec' pool hash. This means there are only 8.49k hash out of pool. However, ird.cashpool.us shows that they have 27.81K hash.
Please pools correct their numbers.

SONM will be a good example what blockchain can do. I really want to see the progress and final product.

I think IRD is good project. However there is no 'concept' with IRD so far. For example 'Intensecoin = VPN', anonymity is very common among the monero forks. 'People are power' is just not enough.

Team should contact Coinmarketcap to fill out ? mark, there is no information about circulation yet.

Is there anyone on here with some expertise in Masternodes/ voting, e.g. worked on PIVX and or other projects. If so can you please get in touch. We are studying masternodes and possible scenarios to add them onto the SLR layer.
Many thanks, -lfloorwalker
This is great idea. The small PV owner receive very limited amount of SLR, so they don't think join POS network for 2% interest. So, masternode or DPOS method will be more practical way for consensus. For example small claimants don't need to run own node in DPOS. delegate nodes will do for them and gave them fee free transaction or interests. Anyway, let's discuss about this.

SLR used to be on yobit, but then the wallet was in "maintenance" mode for the longest time until they finally delisted it.
so, have anyone got their SLR back from exchange yet? The coin had listed on Yobit was 'SOLAR' not 'SLR'. Those two coin is not same coin.

1 BTC withdrawal has been pending for 13 hours. It's longest delay. What's wrong with Lykke. Almost every exchange process withdrawal at least within a hour to broadcasting tx. There is no tx yet. #40497

Can still be CPU mining possible ? I made one mining rig, finding potential coin to CPU mine.

Bottos seems to be fueling before take off. This is not just a token but a coin with its own blockchain. Some exchange called bottos as 'Ethereum of AI' to introduce $BTO to its users.
Anyway, there are not enough information about $BTO at this time. The price is still low only X2 of ICO price. This will be HUGE in 2018 as long as the team deliver main net on time.

Why is solarcoin not listed on poloniex?
Around 1 year ago there was a rumor that Solarcoin will be added to Poloniex and the Solarcoin Foundation added the Poloniex logo at their site. The price started to increase rapidly reaching ~ 0.25$ per coin ( 0.0004 BTC per coin). We were thinking that once Poloniex add us the price will go up arround 0.50$ to 1$ per coin... All was going well until Poloniex tweeted that they don't have plans to add Solarcoin and asked their logo to be removed from the Solarcoin.org site. It was a big misunderstanding caused by someone from the Solarcoin Foundation and since then Poloniex "bad" opinion of Solarcoin has not changed - the price went down very quickly and is still "recovering". So far we don't know what exactly was the cause of the misunderstanding and why that happened, but the one thing that we know is Poloniex don't want to add us... There is a Dev fund and Generator Pool that dwarfs the coin in Circulation. This is why Poloniex won't list it. We know that Solarcoin Devs would never dump the coin, but only the Shadow Knows for sure... That information is wrong. Solarcoin was listed on poloniex until 2014/2015. You claim this nonsense, I think, there is another reason why they do not want to list this coin again. It is because a lot of people has Solarcoins still in their wallets and they are unable to withdraw this coin. This is for example my account with 3000+ SLR. I've never had an issue withdrawing coins. It could be that you either need to "rescan" your wallet or "reload" the blockchain. I've seen situations where the wallet says it is "synced" to the network, but not all the transactions are showing up meaning it is not exactly synced. Trying clicking on the "reload blockchain" button under the file menu, and then "rescan" your wallet. SolarCoin wallet has been quite reliable since 2014. I haven't have any trouble in transaction.

I want answer. Looking from trader position (for long term trade). I go via all trex coins. some of them looks to be just coin to coin. with no any business value, just for techi. some looks kinda utopia idea. I like ot know more about this case Hmmm.. What about Bitcoin? Is real value in Bitcoin? As long as people believe value in BTC, there is value in spite of shit tons of high fee and slow confirmation time. Someone explain with the cost of production of BTC, mainly the cost of electricity to mine it. At least BTC should be expensive than cost. Think about SolarCoin. No one can earn SolarCoin without any injection of investment. 1 SLR requires 1MWh production of electricity with Photovoltaic generation. So, there is value. SolarCoin is not shitcoin as you told.

|
|
if that is 40y charity program for solar energy producer, why price of that shitcoin will not go to zero? Does this coin offer any other value than charity?
Do you want the answer or want to express your opinion?

As an old supporter and investor of SLR, I'm very glad to see SLR rising above 2.5$ level. Impressive!

Wow, The Sun is rising again! It's getting hot and hot. Soon we may see another all time high in very near future.

There are cheap SLRs in Lykke nowadays. It would be a good chance to make risk free profit through arbitrage between Lykke and Bittrex. SLR is getting more and more rare. Hold your SLR tight!

The conventional PoW mining depends on electricity, so government can cut power to mining. However, SolarCoin is from PV roof top, so no government can block SolarCoin mining.
More and more company will join this innovative crypto currency value chain, such as smart inverter company which can auto claim SLR for its owners. The future of SolarCoin is clear and bright.

backup wallet should work fine, it can take a while. On occasion, some people have had to hit the "reload blockchain" under the "file" menu. The extra 5000 coins may be due to interest earned even though you haven't actively staked. I'm not sure how the algo works exactly, but from my experience you seem to earn interest whether or not you stake. My wallet was offline by accident for about four weeks and when I got it back online to start staking again, my block rewards were initially A LOT higher for a few days. So I speculate that even though I wasn't staking for a month, my overall accrued interest seemed unchanged.
Can't remember the figures, but IIRC the staking rewards are based on an annual interest assuming the wallet was staking all year. When it goes offline for a while, the next interest payment(s) will be higher to 'catch up' to the annual rewards... or something. lol Just a bit confused that there is no record of the transaction in my history, and there are no coins in my staking amount either. Does anyone have access to peers.dat and solarcoin.conf for comparison? Cheers for the help! You'd better go to SolarCoin Slack. There is #solarcoin_blockchain channel. There are people who can help you. solarcoin-group.slack.com
