So not only do several people suddenly have their coins stolen from your site without warning (which doesn't happen on any other site nearly as often as it happens on this one) but you mute users in chat for no reason and without warning? If you're going to be a totally unreasonable and thieving site can you unlock my investment so I can remove my funds from your site before they are stolen too? I won't be one of the ones who let you steal anything from me no matter how small and just be quiet about it. I want my funds now if I cannot chat and did not do anything wrong. And don't give me any crap about something that happend over a year ago because you have numerous other users with different accounts that have had previous accounts banned and if you are going to ban one you need to ban them all. Dishonesty gets you nowhere.
You were banned for publicly admitting you were an alt of a previously permanently banned account. You were banned for an attempt to damage our reputation, and making private information public which was only known to our moderators (which you were one of in the past). ( Reference, the posts span several pages. Not just one post) We have forgiven previous bans due to them being for less severe incidents after a long time has passed. They were not directly attacking our company, they had only violated chat rules. There is a big difference. As for your locked investment. It is typically our policy that we do not unlock investments that were requested to be locked by users, but due to the circumstances, I will make an exception for this case. I will have it unlocked shortly. |

Does anyone know if 2FA can be set for everything but not for logging in?
I mean that in other sites where I have 2FA enabled they ask for the code if I want to change email and password and also for withdrawals but not for logging in (unless I log in from a new IP or I have cleaned cookies).
If not, I think it would be good if the owner and/or manager would take this into consideration as an improvement.
The "Remember me" option will allow you to log in automatically, while still requiring a user/pass/2fa on other devices. There is currently no option for a user/pass only option on a specific device while using 2fa, or options to customize what requires 2fa. |

We will support withdrawing Bitcoin Gold if our Trezor wallets support it, and no coins are lost due to issues with Bitcoin Gold's replay protection. If Trezor does not implement support, and strong two-way replay protection is implemented (like in Bitcoin Cash) we may support withdrawals at the time of the SegWit2x fork, so we can handle both at once. Regarding the upcoming bitcoin hard fork:Bitvest will make handling the SegWit2x hardfork as easy as possible for our users, depending on the price of the coin, we will allow withdrawal of all SegWit2x coins, or sell them off and credit the proceeds to all accounts. Update: We will no longer be halting Ethereum deposits, we will instead be requiring 2880 confirmations (about 12 hours) temporarily. We expect to return to our standard 12 confirmations within the next 24 - 48 hours.

Notice: Due to numerous consensus bug fixes related to the upcoming fork in the last week along with DoS vulnerabilities, we will be halting all Ethereum deposits 16 hours form the time of this post. ETH deposits will be disabled until all major Ethereum implementations appear to be stable. Withdrawals will continue to function as normal, however, most will require manual processing.

Barring any unexpected major protocol changes, we will be able to fully support withdrawals of SegWit2x coins. The Core/1x will be the main currency "BTC" for Bitvest, 2x will be withdraw-only. Upon the fork, all holders of BTC will receive "BT2" tokens equal to their BTC which may be redeemed to withdraw SegWit2x coins. We are currently laying out a plan for how we will handle the sw2x fork. We expect to have the plan fully completed, and a blog post detailing how it will work within the next few days. In short, we will handle it much like how we handled Bitcoin Cash/BCH, allowing all users to manually withdraw their forked coins.
As for the upcoming Etuereum fork. Due to the nature of the fork, the expected value of the unupgraded fork will be zero, we will be upgrading to support the new fork and no action is required from our users. We may halt ETH transactions temporarily if needed in the event of any ETH network disruption caused by the said fork, this is, however, not expected to be required.
