It is very unlikely that you will win the case. You will have to pay the cost and learn from the mistake.

Hello,

They do not over heat. The lower priced unit if in all the worst circumstances could possibly overheat, but to date we have never witnessed this. Our higher range android units T8 + M8 have steel and aluminium cases so this also helps as a heat sink. Regarding escrow it is not something we have done before, and were not really to sure it needs to be done?

You may refer to our eBay, social channels, and google positioning Smiley
59  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What was your last purchase with bitcoin? on: July 17, 2015, 07:08:09 PM
We run and online market place for Android TV Boxes. We have recently began to accept bitcoin, however the purchases through this method have been minimal.

Our wonder is, if bitcoin is truly being used as a currency or not. If so, what did you last purchase with your bitcoin?

The biggest problem is that 1) not a lot of people are spending their bitcoins yet and 2) not everybody who spends bitcoin needs Android TV Boxes Wink If you were selling something in higher demand, the bitcoin sales would probably be higher.

Does it cost anything to offer the option?

Yes of course, however - through analysing our traffic we can see the majority of users that have accessed the site through bitcoin talk still choose to checkout via debit or paypal. We are thinking that a lot of adopters of bitcoin would prefer to hold their coins as they have a lot of confidence in the currency being a 'gold mine'  Smiley
