• What is a android box? What does it do?

An android box is a mini pc using the android Operating System. Your android tv box will directly connect to your television via a HDMI lead (provided with all sales), the android box will also connect to the internet via WIFI or ethernet. Therefore You may access internet browsing and all google apps straight from your television - games, emails, social networks etc. However the main use of the android box is as a media centre, you can access movies, tv shows, live tv etc; either by subscribing to a service such as Netflix or using open software such as KODI (for 100% free). How do these compare and are they similar to Openbox V5S? I've had 2 running for nearly a year now and they're very good until the feed goes down. But the feeds or gifts are cheap as chips on ebay so that's not a problem to sign up to a new one.

Without sounding bias, the openbox V5S is not comparable 

The openbox requires gifts (that cost) and also there is always a lot of down time, the openbox is mainly aimed at Live TV viewing.

A android box can do all of this, HOWEVER the main use is watching movies and tv shows - through either KODI or Netflix

How is the cooling on those things when streaming movies? I have an Android mini PC stick but it overheats when I'm using Popcorn Time.

Also since you haven't made any sales here, would you be willing to send first or use escrow?

They do not over heat. The lower priced unit if in all the worst circumstances could possibly overheat, but to date we have never witnessed this. Our higher range android units T8 + M8 have steel and aluminium cases so this also helps as a heat sink. Regarding escrow it is not something we have done before, and were not really to sure it needs to be done?
