It just so happens I have one that I use for everything and it seems to have just died yesterday...Sad
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Who has the Fastest Scrypt miner currently in production? on: May 31, 2014, 01:30:59 PM
Looking for a short list of who currently has Scrypt miners shipping, and who will shortly. We have a lot of Gridseeds we will need to be upgrading. Anyone know what companies are out there?
43  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Garden Blade Setup Help on: May 28, 2014, 03:23:51 AM
Maybe not really helping but why set your device to 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.1.255 when the blade is on 192.168.1.201?
Why not 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.255 ?

Blades IP shows up in the 10.0.0.216+ range, even though the IP's on the second set of stickers shows they are supposed to be in the 192.168.1 range. If I can ever log into the darn things that will change.

I've never heard of those but I found this, hope it helps http://eastshoretrade.blogspot.com/2014/01/setup-tutorial-btc-minergarden-8gh-asic.html

Been there, and anywhere else I could find, though it was a lot less than I had hoped for. I have managed to find the IP of the devices, but for the life of me can not log into them as is described in all the sites that talk about them. Can't help but wounder what the heck I'm missing. Gotta be something simple and stupid...
45  Bitcoin / Mining support / Garden Blade Setup Help on: May 27, 2014, 09:57:33 PM
It was suggested I move this over here from the beginner help section so some of this is cut and past.

We have a friend who acquired a bunch of odd BTC mining gear on a budget. As such it is a lot different from the KnC's and BFL's we are running, so we are not sure what to do with it. Unfortunately he came to us looking for help and I am now a bit lost. Of course I thought it would be a piece of cake before we started this...

He has 8 Garden Blade Miners. They seem to power up OK, but I can not for the life of me log into them. I have scanned every IP after setting them up on a private net from 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255 and I can not find the damned things. IP listed on the sticker is 192.168.1.201 port 10000.

Dose anyone know anything about them, or how to default them to factory settings, and what the factory default IP would be so we could get into them and set them up?

The basics seem simple enough, they just are not working. I did set them up on a closed network with a range of 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.1.255 and scanned that. In that range I did manage to find the IP's they were at. Knowing the IP's I thought it would be easy to simply type the IP (I.E. 10.0.0.117:10000) into a we browser and log in to the interface to change the IP and pool settings. No such luck. They seem to be active, and we can now see the IP's, but as of yet it will not let us log in...Sad

Makes me happy all of ours are Block Erupter, BFL, and KnC units.

I have completely no clue on this, but I found this setup guide for you (http://eastshoretrade.blogspot.com/2014/01/setup-tutorial-btc-minergarden-8gh-asic.html) with google search.

do you know, that credit card can making chargeback?  Smiley

Since we take them as part of our business using Pro Pay as our processor yes we do. None the less these are the two payment methods I have available to me. If I have no takers then I just wait on the miners, no big deal. But there are a few members of this board that would appreciate it if I could conclude my deals just a bit quicker. The only way to do that is to change out what I have for BTC, and not much of it, just a few hundred USD worth.
56  Economy / Currency exchange / Business CC or Paypal to BTC exchange needed on: May 10, 2014, 03:58:52 PM
Have a few small purchases we have been doing on here that need to be done in BTC only. We have used up our reserve BTC and are now paying off the transaction from our mining capability. I would like to finish these transactions off today or tomorrow if possible instead of next week. We currently have $326.00 in the Paypal account we use for the business, and/or I can use our business credit card IF you happen to have a merchant account with a reputable provider. Willing to settle for the $326.00 in Paypal, but being able to do $500.00 would be better. PM me if you have the free BTC to trade and have reasonable rates. While getting this done fast would be nice, I don't want it done so bad that I will pay outlandish fees. I can wait on our miners if need be.

So 4 units are left? who did you use for escrow for the other units.

I paid for mine up front with no escrow. I received all 5 in good working order. They are happily hashing away now with the others...Smiley

i want peace and love... short of that, i want guns to be sold to responsible people  Roll Eyes

And who decides who the responsible ones are, and who picks the ones doing the deciding?

The US government has classified me under an unsavory category, yet you will find no one I have ever harmed outside of service in the military. No have I done drugs, stolen anything etc. They just didn't like what I had to say.

I say rights can not be regulated in any fashion. If someone abuses them it is a tort they can be sued for. If the infraction jeopardizes someones life then the others around them can exercises the right of self defense or defense of a 3rd party and save the trial. Problem solved, no government regulation needed. That is responsible citizenship and gun control...Smiley
