41  Economy / Economics / Re: Money is all wealth? on: May 10, 2024, 01:55:39 PM
Money is all wealth?
If you look at it physically, of course money is a source of wealth, it is a factor in someone's money becoming rich and being seen as successful in the eyes of people in this world, that is seen from the physical.

There are many cases where the opposite happens, money cannot make them happy in this world, there are many cases of people with a lot of money who are involved in corruption, fraud, embezzlement, divorce, Murder caused by money/possessions/wealth is a fact that happens in almost all countries.

There are many cases of wives killing their husbands because of money/property, there are many cases of children killing their parents because of money/property, as well as their siblings fighting each other because of money/property, For me, money cannot guarantee that someone is rich, if at the end of the story there is hostility and fighting.
42  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the rich win gambling more than the poor. on: May 10, 2024, 01:36:28 PM
Why the rich win gambling more than the poor.
We will answer logically, we see the facts on the ground, the way they earn money is difficult for poor people, the $10 a day's work they earn is quite valuable and meaningful, For this reason, many poor people never waste their money on unnecessary things, such as gambling.

It's different from rich people, most of them get money easily, what's more, the money they get comes from illegal means, for example corruption and so on, they get money easily and it's easy to spend it, let alone gambling, on average rich people like to double their money, one of the places for them is gambling.

It's not surprising that we often see gamblers, mostly those who are rich, it's a natural law that occurs in human life, rich people think money is worthless, while poor people think $1 is very valuable to them.
43  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC and ETH Trading Journey on: May 09, 2024, 02:55:15 PM
BTC and ETH Trading Journey
Personally, trading this year is not only good for trading against BTC and ETH. My experience and what I have done in crypto trading are several other types of crypto that have good opportunities and value for trading and can produce good profits.
for example: BCH, BNB these two types of crypto also provide good trading value in this period.

Of course BTC and ETH stand in 1st position, but the two types of crypto that I mentioned above have not lost in trading either, a lot of money has been won by traders, in essence short-term trading is the best solution to do in the crypto market.
44  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price predictions gone silence since the DIP. on: May 09, 2024, 02:30:36 PM
Who has observed that the speculations and predictions  of Bitcoin price has gone silence since the market went DIP after the halving?
Common questions I often read on DIP Exchange are:
Quote
How does the public respond to DIP Exchange today?
According to our technical analysis, the price sentiment for DIP Exchange today is neutral.

For the reasons below, I believe DIP Exchange, a little quiet in terms of speculation and predictions, they choose to be neutral in that regard.

Quote
There are a number of variables in the cryptocurrency market that can drive DIP Exchange prices up or down. The main drive behind the value of DIP Exchange assets is market supply and demand. The increase or decrease in demand for DIP is very dependent on the growth of adoption.
Additionally, significant events, such as protocol updates or hard forks, can also play a significant role in DIP Exchange prices.
Next, the main factor that needs to be considered is whale activity. Large DIP Exchange holders can greatly influence the price, as one large sell order can lower the price significantly. In addition, do not underestimate the power of large institutional adoption and political regulation on the value of DIP Exchange.

Maybe we will see DIP Exchange react again in terms of speculation and predictions, when there is turmoil in the crypto market.
45  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Senators renew scrutiny of border officers authority to search Americans phones on: May 09, 2024, 02:07:42 PM
watch out guys if you're travelling through the usa border. they're looking for bitcoin wallets to confiscate and then ask you alot of questions why you have a bitcoin wallet installed on your phone.  Shocked carrying a trezor across the border therefore seems like a bad idea. they're going to demand you power it up and run it so they can inspect your bitcoin balance and transaction history just to make sure you're not laundering money or anything...
This is really important news for many people to learn, we know that the United States is one of the most popular tourist countries in the world, if laws and regulations like that are implemented at the American border, In my opinion, it's a disaster for society, especially Bitcoin users, it's a bad situation, if the reason is they are laundering money.

It seems that we have to write passwords, emails and other things related to crypto wallets on paper or other safe places and empty everything that smells of crypto in our Android phones when we go to America, Maybe that method can help us get back access to our crypto wallet when we pass through the border.

This is really a bad situation for crypto users in general, need a lot of information before going to a particular country, so that we don't get caught in a cycle of lawlessness.
46  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are You sing A Journal, Spreadsheets Will Fave The Way For Addiction To Gambling on: May 09, 2024, 01:46:17 PM
Does anyone here have their own journal or spreadsheets, and are you taking gambling seriously?
If I'm not mistaken, gambling has nothing to do with Journals or Spreadsheets, both of which are features that are often used by students in completing their Descriptive Studies in college work.
There are several courses that require completing a Descriptive Study about gambling.
For example: Journal
Gambling is a poor culture.

In general, journals are divided into several sections such as scientific journals, they are often related to methods of publishing the results of their research, whether it is soccer gambling, slots, Blackjack and so on all aim to show the student's character in communicating with each other in the academic world.
Likewise, the Spreadsheet feature aims to make it easier for students to manage or analyze their gambling data or to make it easier for them to analyze automatic gambling data.

Conclusion: because the user @savingformedschool is a medical student, so I'm not sure he's really a serious gambling addict, I suspect he just wants to communicate here, to complete his medical studies.
The problem with what he said in the title, I think it's just his luck or Demo gambling, which is basically: I never use the journal or Spreadsheet feature, because I'm not a Descriptive Study gambler.
47  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin for newbies like me on: May 08, 2024, 02:54:46 PM
The more experienced members should share or add more informations concerning bitcoin on this.
The meaning and understanding of Bitcoin or crypto can be interpreted broadly and variously, depending on what activities you use Bitcoin for and what purpose.
If you look at the transaction method, of course what you are asking is correct, but there are other insights into Bitcoin activities that can be done.
For example: trading, investing and so on, if that's what you're doing, of course you need to learn a lot about trading methods or market analysis and you have to learn more deeply and in detail about Bitcoin, so that you don't lose.

My understanding is that studying this is highly recommended, as is the title of your topic.
Bitcoin For Beginners (Updated 2024), important to read.
48  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it proper for younger ones to gamble? on: May 08, 2024, 02:38:24 PM
Because nowadays the younger ones take gambling more seriously then school. Yesterday i got back home early so I decided to step out and go to a betting shop to catch some fun while gambling, I saw two teenagers gambling with their school uniforms on them.
Such cases often occur, where young people who are still students are caught cheating and are caught gambling. This is no longer a strange thing.
The point is: parental supervision and including the responsibility of the casino owner is an important role in prohibiting students from gambling, but what is human, lust and greed, Such cases are often ignored, as if the casino doesn't know about it and allows them to bet.

However, not all casino shops allow students to gamble, but sometimes it cannot be denied that we will see such things with our eyes, the role of the gambling shop owner is very important, If the casino owners are indifferent and the parties responsible do not act, maybe in the next 4-10 years, we will see elementary school children caught gambling, the community and the police are responsible for these actions.
49  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best game provider? on: May 08, 2024, 02:22:16 PM
I gotta say, my gaming HQ is none other than Geekspins!
If you want to say something especially about casino reviews, I think almost the average review praises themselves, so that visitors who want to gamble choose your review website, this kind of trick is not only done by you on Geekspins.io, it can be said to be common.

A simple review without providing excessive information and news about the casino maybe it is very professional, make the review as is, Moreover, I saw several casinos on Geekspins.io, such as: PLAYZEE CASINO, RIZK CASINO and many others, it seems that these casinos are not operating here/forum.

Who is responsible if the user experiences problems when using and playing casinos registered on the Geekspins.io website, my opinion is to enter the operating casinos here and make a review, maybe it's better if you do.
50  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Waiting for the market to improve on: May 07, 2024, 03:03:31 PM
The global cryptocurrency market capitalization is currently $2.44 trillion, decline of 2.4% in the past 24 hours. It can be seen that the impact of Bitcoin has spread to the entire market, and altcoins are no exception.
If you want to wait for the global crypto market capitalization to stabilize or to a lower level, as far as I know and from several sources I have read, Bitcoin/Crypto experts talk and analyze, maybe you have to wait a long time for this phenomenon to happen, maybe in the next two years you can see it.

Many people analyze the current crypto market, none of them can confirm the accurate volume, direction of market movement, there are several factors why the crypto market has improved for a long time this time, one of which is the global crisis and war and many other factors, for this reason the current market situation is better for you to just focus on trading, of course knowledge is needed, waiting for the market to improve and stabilize is a long process.
51  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Max Win is the worst thing that could happen to you. on: May 07, 2024, 02:47:22 PM
For me, the KYC process is not a major problem for me. If all online casinos require users from the start, KYC is not a problem for me, of course I will do it, of course I will carry out these rules, without thinking about other alternatives, if that is the best thing.

The problem is in my understanding here.
Casinos ask for KYC to avoid money laundering, but if the gambler isn't able to give the requested data then the casino keeps the money. If the casino keeps the money isn't that Money laundering?

It's clear that there are kong-kong kongs here, there are shrimps behind rocks, logically it is impossible for KYC to be linked to money laundering in online gambling, it is necessary to ask what is behind all this KYC vs. Money laundering.

Recent government policies have indeed led to a goal, perhaps in the future the online gambling industry will not be free from government monitoring, whether it is an economic goal, taxes and other things, what is clear is that there is something that the casino must do for the government, KYC and money laundering are made the scapegoat, the problem, no one escapes taxation, KYC is an effective solution at this time.
52  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is more regulation coming to online gambling? on: May 07, 2024, 02:29:14 PM
Is more regulation coming to online gambling?
Maybe, but the gambling industry continues as usual, I don't think it will affect its users in some rule changes.
My understanding is that the world economy is currently deteriorating, trade is bad, businesses are bankrupt, raw materials are expensive and so on, it seems that the gambling industry is currently the best solution to boost the global economy.

I think the government's only way to grow the economy is by implementing strict regulations/taxation on the gambling industry, in the future there may be no online gambling sites that can escape taxation, Thus, it is natural that online casinos will make regulations that may not be burdensome for the gambling industry, perhaps in the future users will face inevitable gambling taxes, my understanding is that this is the case in terms of future gambling regulations.
53  Economy / Reputation / Re: How to remove negative trust from my account? on: May 07, 2024, 02:03:23 PM
I don't know why my bitcointalk account got negative trust?
Your case happened in 2020, now it's 2024, meaning four years have passed, strange but true, where have you been for 4 years.
• Did you buy an account called @umar22pk.

Notes:
You broke the rules.
25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.[e]

You need to remember, in the first case you are not only connected to the @catbuizz4 account, there is no coincidence, if other evidence is found with the violating account (Ban evasion).

Elsewhere, I also saw that the @umar22pk account was also connected to the @vitalb account, meaning that more than a few accounts have proven that you use the same social media as the banned account.

54  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Invest To Learning First on: May 06, 2024, 05:06:14 PM
Invest To Learning First
Trading and investment can be said to have one goal, but the ways of acting and doing activities are different, where trading can be done short and long term, investment can only be done long term, the risks faced are also varied, the facts on the ground are that trading is riskierrather than investment.

Another understanding, investing in the crypto world, does need to learn more to overcome real losses, in contrast to investments like we do outside such as gold etc., maybe you don't need to learn, but in the crypto world learning is the main thing.

For me, learning about investing in crypto is important, in terms of the market, types of crypto and so on, because the nature of crypto can change prices instantly and many types of crypto die in the market, therefore if you don't understand and learn well investing can have fatal consequences.
55  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Between females and males, who are more resistant to gambling losses?  on: May 06, 2024, 04:44:43 PM
Between females and males, who are more resistant to gambling losses?
If that's what you're asking about survival, risks, gambling problems, of course I have to show you about: Examining Gender Differences for Gambling Engagement and Gambling Problems Among Emerging Adults.[/quote].

As summarized from the research.
Quote
Gender Differences Among Gamblers:

Men and women have different levels of gambling involvement (Stoletenberg et al. 2007), with men having higher levels of engagement and problems than women (Stoletenberg et al. 2007). In a national telephone survey examining the demographic patterns of gambling participation in the United States, men gambled more frequently and had higher losses and wins (Welte et al. 2004). Findings also indicated that 2.9 % of women were problem gamblers compared to 4.2 % of men. Winters et al. (1998) found that 91 % of college men and 84 % of college women reported engagement with gambling (gambling at least once during the prior 12 months period). Of these emerging adults who gambled, 14 % of men and 3 % of women gambled at problematic levels. Gender differences seem to occur as early as young adulthood, but little is known about the risk factors accounting for these differences in gambling involvement. What factors are placing men more at risk for gambling and for having more problems? To create more specific programs and accurately assess problem gamblers, it is important for clinical and counseling programs to consider the specific risk-factors that can account for these gender differences in gambling.

From the data that I read and saw as above, it shows that men are more optimistic and resistant to the risks that occur in gambling, clearly showing different genders.
56  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you disguise on your real gambling lifestyle just to help a friend/relative? on: May 06, 2024, 04:27:15 PM
Does any of you guys have any negative side of gambling habit in you which literally you advices anyone not to exhibit it?
No, before I show and advise them to gamble, of course I will first show them the negative side, so that they understand the risks of gambling, by showing the negative side if they continue automatically I will not be blamed if defeats and losses occur, understanding the negative side of gambling is important so as not to get frustrated.

Or can you afford to hide your real disreputable gambling life just to help an astray gambling friend or relative?
Can't afford it, I don't hide anything in gambling, towards friends and relatives, they have to know how I gamble and vice versa, there is no transparent cover for me more calm.
57  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you successfully influenced someone to invest in bitcoin ? on: May 06, 2024, 02:21:58 PM
Have you successfully influenced someone to invest in bitcoin ?  What was the final result, did they thank you later for this ?
Before we advise someone about crypto investment, we must understand the risks that occur when investing, Actually, investment is good, but the risks that will occur must also be taken into account to prevent major losses for the investment. Choosing the type of crypto to invest is also a real goal.

In general, I have shown how to invest in Bitcoin, but I have never suggested that they do so. but I only provide information on how to invest, of course I pass on all the risks to the user, in essence before I teach them to invest, I teach them the risks first.
58  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which device do you prefer for gambling ? on: May 05, 2024, 03:05:56 PM
We now have a wider audience who likes to gamble on desktop, laptop, mobile phone etc...
Online casinos are now competing to make it easier for users to install their sites, as technology advances, it is not surprising that we often see users gambling using Android, this means that Android is included in the category of choice for gamblers.

Because I only gamble outside special hangout places like cafes, for that reason I always gamble using a laptop, with a laptop it is easier for me to bet and control my game, but if I just place a bet on sports like football, of course I use Android, after I place a bet of course I don't have to open it, I only watch the winning and losing team scores, but if I make a withdrawal, of course the laptop is my choice.

I gamble using two Android devices and a laptop, as I said above, sports betting I use Android and slots, plinko and several other games I use a laptop.
59  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think casinos can stop demanding KYC? on: May 05, 2024, 02:28:48 PM
or since they recognize the personal benefits of KYC to their casino, will continue demanding it even if it affects their customers?
As far as I know, the KYC applied by online casinos to users has nothing to do with the government, the government and casinos have different paths, the government only provides licenses, It's not that KYC is the casino's own policy. It has nothing to do with whether KYC is regulated by the government, whether it is mandatory or not.

Many online casinos do not require kyc users, i wonder, how someone launders money in an online casino....!

My understanding is that online casinos will never stop KYC, this feature is useful for the casino itself to prevent unwanted things and KYC functions for the casino itself, I don't think KYC will ever disappear from casinos, regardless of what the government responds to.
60  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much of my salary should I use to gamble on: May 05, 2024, 02:00:30 PM
so gambling is legal and very popular so there is no Shame in using part of a salary to gamble with that is why I am asking the question of what the right percentage from my salary that I should use to gamble?
In essence, humans have their own understanding and way of thinking in using part of their money/salary to use for gambling bets, that's for sure.
In my understanding of gambling, but my salary is never involved and used in gambling, I like to use my side money in gambling and I have done that for several years, of course I am satisfied and don't need to worry if I lose.

But you and I definitely have different opinions.
My advice.
If you want to take a percentage of your salary to bet, you should adjust it to the salary you get per month, for example you have a monthly salary of €1500, Of course you can use it to gamble, at least 3% includes shopping for yourself, more than that in my understanding will be detrimental to yourself or your family.

The point is, adjust the monthly salary you get in your country and remember, don't exceed 3%.
