41  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: 4 module B3 Avalons - wtf?? on: July 26, 2013, 07:45:31 AM
Yifu's stats: Last Active:   July 16, 2013, 01:32:15 PM
double-bummer.

He is a do'er. This just means he is busy making units, managing logistics, chips and units. Would you rather he cuddle you and stroke your hair, or get those units built?

Dogie your snide tone is actually pretty ironic considering you are making money off of brokering Avalons. Bitcoin is supposed to be built around peer to peer trust, and a lot of people placed a lot of trust (and money) on Avalon. For you to make these kinds of pejorative remarks, insinuating that proper customer support on a $10,000 purchase would be akin to "cuddling and stroking [their] hair" is a bit outrageous. We are talking about millions of dollars here. Customer service is make or break, and people like to be informed about delays which could materially impact their expectations of profit from an otherwise useless SHA256 generator.

All I am saying is this:

You guys are complaining the units aren't here yet
You guys are complaining he isn't active on the forums
Do you a) want him active on the forums all day or b) help get you your units?

With the amount of money bitsyncom has ripped off us all I'm sure they can afford to pay a PR person to answer questions on the forum.

All it takes is a 30 minute meeting each day to ask him priority questions and then relay them here or via twitter or on their website or whatever.

Yuffie is a dog and a shit business man period. - Hurry the fuck up and refund our money.
42  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon Store Batch 3 Status just went to "Refunded" -- now "Refund Processing" on: July 25, 2013, 06:48:23 AM
Is it worth considering a Class action against Bitsyncom in the USA ? It would be fucking awesome to convict Yuffie of several accounts of fraud.   Grin
43  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Options for dealing with Avalon? on: July 16, 2013, 08:04:29 AM
Have you tried calling him?  That aside, IIRC Bitsyncom LLC. is an American company and Yifu resides in New York.

Really? - That's interesting...

I'm surprised no one has tried a class action or some sort of group legal action then (or organise the MOB...)
He's ripped a lot of people off... (Well, the company has anyway and I blame him)

With proper (water)cooling there is a chance to get better ROI, what are you guys think about this?

I'm over it... I just want my refund thnx.
47  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon orders - batch #3 refund requests thread on: June 25, 2013, 12:41:20 PM
if Yifu suggest refund  getting your money back is a far better option ... ya go for refund
Problem is somebody issued a ticket asked for refund. 6 days passed, no reply, no action.

This has me worried also. - I think either way batch#3 customers are gonna get fucked over... Sad
48  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon orders - batch #3 refund requests thread on: June 25, 2013, 12:01:29 PM

50  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon orders - batch #3 refund requests thread on: June 25, 2013, 10:30:56 AM
The bottom line is Batch#1 and Batch#2 people aren't suffering anywhere near as hard as batch#3 due to the cost of the units at the time.

If you convert USD to BTC at the time of #1 and #2 is nothing compared to what is required to repay the unit @ 100BTC (or 75btc for 3 modules).

51  Bitcoin / Hardware / Avalon Batch#3 Refund thread on: June 25, 2013, 08:43:29 AM
If you have requested a refund for your Batch#3 can you please post how long it took?

I want to request a refund.. i'm only worried its going to take 2-3 months or possibly longer  Cry
52  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Batch #2 & Batch # 3 Avalon - Shipped? on: May 11, 2013, 07:54:50 AM
this is the best just waiting not having a clew when avalon and bfl will send my hardware.
this would suck if it was all a massive scam. hopefully they come through soon.

Yeh im getting worn down.. spending so much on hardware that's just not returning what I expected :S
I'm almost ready to quit this game....
53  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Batch #2 & Batch # 3 Avalon - Shipped? on: May 10, 2013, 11:11:48 AM
So what's the G-O?

It looks like we all get excited over these things.. pre-buy, and all get fucked over?
Is it that they have been produced some time ago - and they are running the machines - milking them for BTC and holding out till the last second, when non profitable for distribution?

Who's the real winners here..  Huh
54  Bitcoin / Hardware / Batch #2 & Batch # 3 Avalon - Shipped? on: May 09, 2013, 11:28:30 AM
So, I'm struggling to find answers in this forum. Everyone tends to go off on a tangent.

Is shipping of Batch #2 complete? if not.. Has it at least Started?

I'm guessing the May 5 date for Batch# 3 isn't happening.. or is it? Anyone received one yet?  Undecided

thanks

3. Create a minimum trading size, the tiny bot trades of $1 are swamping the system and add nothing.

This would definitely be a good start...
