Every telegram account is coming with different phone number?

Is it Virtual Phone Number, or normal?

Is the phone number active for a lifetime or does it have a valid period of validity?

Be careful guys! I don't know if it is connected, but fter registration in this giveaway my Twitter account was locked.
I'm not much active on my Twitter account, and the only activity in last two weeks was this registration. Next day, my account was suspended.

I need around 20 - 30 mobile numbers just to be registered.
In EU every number have to be registered with ID - that is no problem for me, but to keep this number few months i have to top up it every month.
I dont want use this numbers, but they just have to exist for at least 1 year.
I'm looking for cheap option to buy 20 - 30 numbers that will exist at least 6 months without monthly top ups.
