I haven't actually sold/moved any Faircoins out of my wallet yet, but I'll help support you guys who support the network.

People are paying at nxt-e! 

Implementing KGW doesn't necessarily increase difficulty in itself, it just makes it so the difficulty matches the network hashrate in real time. Right now the difficulty is 7.9ish with an estimated increase to 9.8ish in nearly 800 blocks. With KGW, instead of waiting all those blocks to increase the difficulty, it readjusts EVERY block.. so the next block would be 9.8ish difficulty.
This way, if a giant multipool jumps in with 500mh the difficulty will spike up immediately to match it. If they leave, the difficulty will drop back down.

*Note- The "estimated difficulty" is usually an overestimation. (Before last increase it was 5.xx with estimated increase to 10.xx, but when the difficulty changed we actually landed at 7.9ish)

I think everybody should keep in mind the fact that this coin hasn't cost you anything but your time. It's not our place to complain if things got a little screwed up.. we have no investments with FAC and we all got it for free. The only people that have actually used resources they otherwise wouldn't have been using are those folks that put some hashing power into the network. That's it.

For those that didn't get in on this coin, there will always be another one hundred.
For those that did receive some Faircoin, it'll likely be some of the easiest btc you've ever made, no matter the exchange rate. So don't whine.

It seems that the core issues people have should be remedied once AIRcoin is on an exchange with a steady rate. Until that happens it's all theory and speculation for everybody.

That said, I think the entire community should focus on getting AIR onto one, agreed upon exchange (please no CryptoRush).
Also, promotion is greatly needed to grow the community and get people interested in the coin.

Anyone having recent wallet sync issues?

I also ran these numbers. This formula is good for a basic estimate for most coins, however I think the POS-only factor may play a part in increasing the value beyond what's presented here. Not being able to mine should bump up the value, I think. How much.. I don't know.
