It could be different mods responding to the reports. I think the mods have no way of knowing if the account is banned or not. I think only the admins can see flashing red in the profile of a ban user.

Autoban that appears in modlog is permabanned by the mods. I wonder what calci did to get permanbanned.

He might be trying to sell off his accounts because he knows a ban is coming  Wink Buyers should double check the accounts and avoid if you see ANY spam. You also have to worry about them getting banned for ban evasion.

If you bought the account and the account was banned later without you doing anything. I think it is not ban evading on your side. Ban evasion is for the banned account owner that violated the forum rules.

Since you did not violated any forum rules and you are not banned you are not ban evading at all.

On your new bought account that was banned, I think you have the right to appeal it to the admins that you only bought the account. You have to prove that you are not the alt of the banned account seller, I think admins can easily verify that you are not an alt.

How exactly does the banning system work for spamming? Is there 3 strikes your out  banned for good. Or is there a waiting period.

I think only admins and mods can correctly answer this question.

But based on what I know if you are spamming malware you will be permabanned in an instant. You spamming short posts with off topic reply's 1 - 2 bans. A little constructed but redundant from earlier posts + too little spacing between each posts you will reach up to 3 to 4th bans in each bans the ban time become longer.

45  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.03 Btc Loan on: March 10, 2015, 06:41:35 PM
You have good trusted feedback but IMO to "secure" the loan you have to offer a collateral, if you do so: you're going to receive the loan asap by a bitcointalk member.

Good luck with it  Wink

I already got the loan.  Smiley Outlander and Muhammed Zakir give me the loan without collateral. I return the loan given by Muhammed Zakir because I only need 0.03 btc for now.

So what's stopping them from creating a account, spamming until activity is high enough, claim to have sold the account when really they haven't and are using another VPN or IP address? Smiley It's not easy at all to prove you're not an alt.

You should research accounts before you buy them. This one is pretty obvious since OP has created threads about his banned accounts.

Badbear and Theymos knows most of the alts. They have some secret tools at their disposal.

What kind of collaterals do you accept? Do you accept bitcointalk accounts as collateral?
52  Economy / Gambling / Re: DaDice.com - Next Generation Social Gambling Dice Experience on: March 10, 2015, 03:40:43 PM
i found a bug with 1.40X when i put all balance, it does not roll and i got a message insufficient balance,
so look at problem and solve it asap.

Should be ready by Friday. We have known about this problem from day one,but there are higher issues on our priority list.
Thank you for the constructive report.

I reported this problem already and I got the bounty. You need to subtract 1 satoshi to your bet amount for it to work.

That would be nice if you can solve this problem by Friday because it is really annoying.

54  Other / Meta / Re: What did theymos do with 200K? on: March 10, 2015, 10:24:21 AM
Since theymos legally own and control the forum and the domain. All the revenue generated and donations in the forum is own privately by theymos. Theymos has every right to spend the forum funds where he wishes to.

Privately? I don't think so! https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=155000.0

P.S. @theymos: Could you update the list please? Thank you!

   -MZ

Holding and owning are two different things. The tresurers are basically holding the funds for theymos, they have no right to spend the funds while theymos because he owns the bitcoins can get the funds from the treasurers  anytime of his choosing.

Bit777 was popular back then until its owner sold the website. The last time I heard about bit777 was a year ago. You guys needs to promote bit777 like the previous owner did.
57  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTB PayPal verifying service on: March 10, 2015, 04:23:02 AM
Looking for a PayPal verifying service

Go to bancore.com and get a free vcc.

Does bancore.com works now? Last time I used it it did not verify my paypal. Paypal did not accept it.

59  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a .2 btc loan for 20 days @20% on: March 10, 2015, 12:23:45 AM
I think with the collateral you have no one will loan with that amount you posted.

My advice is promote your account to full member you only need additional 25 posts to become a full member. Then join bitx or dadice sig campaign you will only need 200+ constructive posts to get 0.2 btc and they pay weekly.

That means he's been excluded by someone.

Who has the power to exclude users? If a user is excluded, the trust he gets from trusted users will be nulled and void?
