Now it is really hard to tell if account sellers are not selling post- or pre- banned accounts. Since banning policy on this forum and signature posts spam is present people are banned on daily basis for it. I would not recommend buying account just to discover it was banned in the past and next ban will be permanent. You can never be sure of that.

If you bought the account and the account was banned later without you doing anything. I think it is not ban evading on your side. Ban evasion is for the banned account owner that violated the forum rules.

Since you did not violated any forum rules and you are not banned you are not ban evading at all.

On your new bought account that was banned, I think you have the right to appeal it to the admins that you only bought the account. You have to prove that you are not the alt of the banned account seller, I think admins can easily verify that you are not an alt.

I think only admins and mods can correctly answer this question.

But based on what I know if you are spamming malware you will be permabanned in an instant. You spamming short posts with off topic reply's 1 - 2 bans. A little constructed but redundant from earlier posts + too little spacing between each posts you will reach up to 3 to 4th bans in each bans the ban time become longer.

Typical sig spammer ban duration escalation is now 14 days, 60 days, permanent. If it's someone I truly feel just needs a warning it will be 7, 30, permanent. This needs to stop so I'm going to be much more aggressive. If 8t doesn't work there's only 2 options left, and neither are good.

I do not unban accounts because they were sold. Many accounts being sold are on their second or third offense.

I tried to warn you earlier in this thread. But many did not heed my alarming words that the most of account put up for sale right now is either at the verge of banning or after ban period. And there is no way you would know this unless admin tell you, and that won't happen. So if you want to buy broken account  feel free to do it.
