42  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: January 20, 2023, 06:12:41 AM
I am surprised there haven't been any threads opened about this yet.

In recent months, Russia has massed hundreds of thousands of troops and other military equipment on the Russia-Ukraine border. It is well known that Russia wants Ukraine to be part of its county, however Russian dictator, President Putin, has claimed that the troop mass is part of a training exercise.

The US and NATO allies are sending military equipment to Ukraine to help repeal an attack, and there is some talk about possibly sending troops to the region.

Update 2/18/22:
It appears there may have been some kind of false flag operation in Dumbas, Ukraine, an area controlled by a separatist group, today, possibly involving an alleged bombing of the car belonging to the leader of the separatist group. It is possible this is part of some kind of false flag operation to create a pretext for an invasion.

President Biden today said he believes Putin has made the decision to invade and will start an invasion in the coming days.

Update 2/21/22:
It appears an invasion has begun

Update 2/23/22:
It appears there are some kind of bombings in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine

Addressing President Putin as a detector means you are already taking sides because both countries are trying to save their sovereignties as a nation. The United Kingdom and the United States are just playing politics with the Russian people and their economic activities. The sooner the president of Ukraine understands this trick, the better for them.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a trend over other cryptocurrency. on: January 20, 2023, 06:02:26 AM
So I urge every one that now is the best to buy Bitcoin as it trend to increase in no distance time.
I urge everyone to do their own research.
Investment requires personal knowledge on what you wish to purchase, Bitcoin is an awesome investment options in my opinion and a good buy, but do not take my word for it, or that of anyone for that matter as some can market it to you without fully understanding how it works and the risks involved.
Do your research and make your decision.

The best moment to purchase bitcoin was last year, when prices were even cheaper.
Prices now are at its lowest point it has been for over a year now. The peak for 2022 was about $47k and the bottom was around $15,700. This makes right now precisely one of the best times to buy.

Thanks for your honest reply. It is good to get involved in whatever investment you are going into so you can get the proper knowledge you need to succeed. At present,  up to 40% of crypto investors only think Bitcoin is just a normal buying and selling business.

46  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russia/Ukraine, Who is to blame? on: January 16, 2023, 06:17:00 AM
I think the Ukraine sponsors are the to one to blame, because they are the one fuelling The whole situation, making Ukrainian feel they can match Russians in the war.

United States I spent millions of Dollars on Ukraine but still yet Russians are killing them everyday destroying their land and businesses. in my own opinion I think Ukraine president should reconsider for the sake of his people.

48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks do not want bitcoin to become popular on: January 16, 2023, 05:57:31 AM
One can't pray for he's or her rival, decentralized finance  is a big  threat to our traditional banking system which Bitcoin is one them, many people are no longer saving their money in the bank but in Bitcoin at least I'm one of them.
Our traditional banking system see cryptocurrency or Bitcoin as a rival in the same field financial Management don't expect them to promote cryptocurrency because is retiring them from their active services

50  Other / Politics & Society / Do you believe religion is a setback in African development? on: January 10, 2023, 05:21:21 PM
Religion has been a part of African history for centuries. For many people, it has been a source of guidance, comfort, and community. Yet, there are some who believe that religion is a major setback in the development of African nations. This is an excellent topic that merits discussion.

On the one hand, there is no denying that religion has been used to oppress people, especially women and other marginalized groups. Religious beliefs have been used to justify discrimination, and many people feel that certain religious tenets are outdated and no longer applicable. On the other hand, religion can also be a powerful force for good in African societies. It can provide comfort to people in difficult times and bring communities together.

Ultimately, whether religion is a setback in African development is up to the individual. Some may see it as a hinderance, while others may view it as a source of strength and hope. Ultimately, it is up to each person to decide for themselves how to view religion and its impact on African development.
51  Other / Politics & Society / Re: I feel guilty. on: January 10, 2023, 04:15:54 PM
My brother, you are not the cause of his predicament. God gave us all the power of choice, and I'm sure he's over 18, which means he knows right from wrong. Free your mind, bro!
While I was a student, my roommate each time he saw me smoking was always disturbing me that he wanted to smoke with me. At first, I rejected his plea but when he persisted we started smoking together. His urge for smoking within a few months grew more than mine. He began to come home with packs of cigarettes and some bottles of beer. I don't drink alcohol but I was sure that it was the introduction to smoking that also attracted him to alcohol.

Recently I met him in a motor park,  he is now a chained smoker and drunkard. He was practically wearing rags and misbehaving. I called him and we started talking, I discovered that he dropped out of school and was now unemployed. When I tried to advise him to quit this destructive character, he began to shout telling everyone that cared to hear that I was the one that introduced him to smoking. He told them that I was responsible for his problems. People on my bus began to ask me if it was true and I shamefully told them; yes!

I have quit smoking a long time ago because of its health consequences. But since I met him, I have felt guilty that I am responsible for my friend's downfall.

I have decided never to introduce anybody to any behavior that can be addictive no matter how mature the person might claim to be. Introducing people to smoking, drinking, sex, gambling or other counterproductive activities might be funny or interesting but it could be destructive. I am considering apologizing to him and taking him to a rehabilitation center if I ever set my eyes on him again.
52  Other / Beginners & Help / A deep understanding of Bitcoin for beginners, it might answer your questions  on: January 10, 2023, 03:19:36 PM
Bitcoin is one of the most talked about topics of the 21st century and for good reason. A lot of people have heard of it, but what most don't know is that Bitcoin isn't just a digital currency. It is also a technology that is revolutionizing the way we think about money and transactions. Bitcoin is built on a decentralized, public ledger system called the blockchain, which allows for secure, transparent, and immutable transactions. This means that all Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public ledger, so no one can manipulate or alter the data. It also means that all Bitcoin transactions are instantaneous, with no third party or middleman involved. This makes it much faster and more efficient than traditional methods of payment. Bitcoin is also incredibly secure, as all Bitcoin transactions are cryptographically verified. This means that no one can counterfeit Bitcoin, and it is impossible to double spend it. So if you're looking for a secure, fast, and transparent way of making transactions, Bitcoin is definitely something you should be looking into.
53  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe racism has come to stay!! ? on: January 08, 2023, 10:43:47 AM
The majority of American adults believe that more than 150 years after the 13th Amendment ended slavery in the country, the legacy of slavery still affects how black people are treated in modern American culture. According to a recent Pew Research Center study, more than four out of ten respondents believe that racial equality has not been sufficiently advanced in the country. There is also some doubt that black people will ever enjoy equal rights with white people.

To some extent, it will be very difficult to eradicate racism in our society because, for some people, the behavior is genetic. Because, even today, most satanic behavior is represented by black, and the younger generations are still seeing it and comprehending its hidden meaning.

Consider a police officer searching only a black man among his white friends, with no regard for what others might think of him.
54  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why does celebrity marriage frequently end in divorce?  on: January 08, 2023, 10:30:50 AM
The main course is too much exposure, pretense, and fake life; most of them portray who they are not to their partner in order to gain attention.
When they finally married, the true attitudes of both parties would emerge, and they would realize they were not compatible to live as husband and wife.
