41  Economy / Economics / Re: If you want to be rich..! on: October 10, 2019, 10:41:07 AM
First of all, you must use your mind and improve yourself. You should earn additional income by specializing in different skills, and make long-term investments with a portion of your income. If you don't know how to do technical analysis, get training about it. Believe me, it will be very useful to learn technical analysis, thanks to it you will be able to develop a more accurate investment strategy.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sold my house for buying altcoins need your help on: October 09, 2019, 10:13:54 PM
this is my current investments. do u have any suggestion

20k$ = BNB
20k$ = ADA
20k$ = EOS
20k$ = XEM
20k$ = NEO
10k$ = XRP

Your transaction is really risky, but I guess your timing isn't too bad. Because most of the altcoins in your portfolio have risen since October 1, 2019. I hope you will be profitable. But watch out, the danger has not yet passed in the market. Bad times for altcoins may come again you have to be careful for this.

Also the coins you buy are really very good quality, there is no reason why you should not be profitable in the long-term. I just said it was risky because you invested a lot of money and sold your house, So if things go bad you have a lot to lose, friend. be careful please!
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: your patience is being tested on: October 09, 2019, 08:50:04 PM
when patience is being tested,
what are you doing in this market, is your routine still the same as usual or change other options?
selling at a low price is the same as selling a loss, and that is not a good solution. if you are a market player, you will know how to survive or take advantage of the market in any condition.

Firstly, after buying a coin, i setup a stop loss as a precaution 4% below the price, but if I forgot to set up a stop loss and the coin fell too low, I never panic. If I think the decline is temporary and the price will rise again soon, I buy more at low prices, If I think otherwise, I sell the coin and wait patiently until it reaches the next support level. I buy again when the support level. if it break that support level down, I sell again and wait patiently for the next support level. This is exactly the way my trading strategy is in the bear season.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I'm now accumulating 15 altcoins, what do you think? on: October 09, 2019, 08:04:02 PM
Having accumulated bitcoin once it dropped under $3000 from late november until early March, I've now switched over to diversifying out with an altcoin spread. I picked up 15 altcoins last week, will continue buying for the next couple months probably.

I might add a few coins, but what do you think of my altcoin spread. Note that I already own a lot of BTC, a good amount of ETH, and a little BCH and LTC and DOGE. I don't plan on buying more of those coins.

XRP
EOS
Stellar
Binance coin
XMR
LINK
HOT
WAVES
BAT
Vechain
ADA
ONT
Tron
Zcash
ZIL

I will add to my allotments in all of those. I was also thinking about picking up some:
Tezos
OMG
Lisk
Maker
Decred
ENJ
DASH
STEEM

What do you think? I don't pay much attention to altcoins so I haven't done much research on plenty of these. Or there are coins I've known a little bit about for a while but never done dedicated research on. Just really trying to get a good diversified portfolio of altcoins for the next bull run to go along with my Bitcoin dominated coin holdings.

Sidenote:
I feel like EOS is the coin I think could gain the most out of those. I could see the next bull run taking it over 200 billion market cap (I could see xrp, eth, and eos at the next peak all getting to around the market cap bitcoin had on the last peak >250 billion). But then i just started doing research on it and saw it was designed to be centralized, and the founder even seems to reject decentralization which is pretty dumb. I mostly think its gonna go crazy cuz I see that right now it is destroying ETH in terms of usage of dapps, so i'm wondering if its gonna take the dapp lead from ETH during the next bull run.

Anyway, any thoughts or comments would be great! Thanks

I wonder, you wrote this post on April 1, 2019, what is the status of your portfolio since then? Are you lucrative or lost money? I just asked because I was curious. By the way, you did a pretty nice portfolio, except for HOT, because I don't think hot will rise too high. I'm sure you will be profitable in the long term.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin at the end of 2019? on: October 09, 2019, 07:25:32 PM
I put in Litecoin halving into google and got:

"Will litecoin go up 2019?
According to oracletime.com, the advantages of Litecoin over Bitcoin will interest many new investors. Their Litecoin forecasts for the end of 2019 is $1000, but there are predictions that it could even rise up to $2000!"

Thoughts?

$1000 or $2000 estimates seem a little utopian. but I'm sure it will rise because the market conditions demand it. for example, I think that soon halving pricing for litecoin will begin. Also, technically, we see that a descending wedge formation occurs in the litecoin graph, I think it would rise to at least $100-150. This is not an investment advice, just my opinion.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DID I MAKE A MISTAKE INVESTING IN BITCOIN? on: October 08, 2019, 10:33:37 PM
I think the answer is no. If the investor has invested in bitcoin with a long or medium term expectation, no need to worry. will be lucrative soon, only needs a little patience. but if that investor invested in bitcoin with dreams of becoming rich in the short term, I'm sorry things will not go well
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Biggest altcoin portfolio on: October 08, 2019, 09:47:45 PM
In 2017, a friend of mine bought thousands of nano with 1 btc. If I remember correctly nano was $0.45 in those days. About 2 months later, when the price of nano exceeded $20, my friend had entered with 1 btc ended with 32 btc this adventure. I was really impressed by this success and I think the biggest altcoin portfolio I've ever seen was that portfolio
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More Bitcoin commercials coming!!! on: October 08, 2019, 09:24:03 PM
if this market succeeds in attracting people's attention, it will really be a great development for the crypto currency market. Not only increase the recognition of crypto currencies, but also offer a more reliable payment method than online credit card to make people understand how useful bitcoin is. I will follow this app.
49  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is following the same path of 2017 on: October 08, 2019, 08:59:16 PM
I agree with your opinion. bitcoin is preparing to do a similar move like in 2017. But not only bitcoin, i think that soon we will see the upward movement of altcoins. The main reasons why I think so: market cycle is completed, bitcoin halving in may 2019, litecoin halving and global crisis expectation in the world. All these reasons will blow the cryptocurrency market.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors are impatient and too quick to judge projects on: October 08, 2019, 08:37:10 PM
You are right if you are saying for long term investment. we should not be panic in small decreases and follow the project and wait patiently. But such things remain in the background for short-term investment or daily trading. Coin's technical analysis is more important than its project and team for daily trading and short term investment.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What If Nothing Change In 2019? on: October 07, 2019, 11:04:08 PM
Not much has changed since the beginning of 2019, except for the rise in bitcoin prices. Altcoins fell further and bitcoin dominance in the market reached a peak of the last 2.5 years. But frankly I have never lost hope for this market. I sold when I had an expectation of decline, I bought when I had an expectation of ascension, and the money I've lost is not worth worrying about. And to be honest, from January 2018 to March 2019, I have never had any upward expectations for the market, bitcoin and altcoins continued to depreciate during the time period I mentioned. And now, I am very hopeful for both bitcoin and altcoins. we will soon see a short-term altcoin season and then bitcoin will increase. I'm expecting astronomical rises in bitcoin towards the end of the year. Soon everything will be very nice
This is not an investment advice, just my opinion
52  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's suppose that Bitcoin became universal (used everywhere you go) on: October 07, 2019, 10:06:14 PM
Bitcoin may be a universal currency, but I think that in such an era every country will have its own crypto currency. So my dream is that each country will have its own national crypto currency, but the worldwide currency will be bitcoin. Regarding taxes, states must find a way to get tax from these digital currencies because they need it. I don't think the idea of tax-free society is possible
53  Economy / Economics / Re: Hong kong and China war can lead to possible Bitcoin popularity on: October 07, 2019, 08:56:23 PM
This is a useful article full of really logical predictions, and I agree with most of the ideas in the article. Of course we don't want chaos and war, we don't want people to get hurt, but it's true that such things are positive for bitcoin prices. I wish it didn't have to be like this. I hope people don't get hurt any more, but bitcoin is an asset that can rise in price thanks to war and chaos, because in such cases people look for a safer port from the bank for their money. bitcoin and crypto coins are also a very safe harbor during such situations
54  Economy / Economics / Re: what makes us good investors. on: October 07, 2019, 08:30:58 PM
Selling or buying investments ?
As a bitcoin trader the hardest decision that we can ever take is , selling our beloved cryptocurrency and this is preety hard because of :-

1.   Our emotions
2.   Our lack of knowledge
3.   Hope !

Well you all can relate to the fact that whenever we are into selling something, we take hasty decisions, generally if the price is falling and we lack patience and even if we are scared that this can go worse in the future we generally sell and then regret moments later when we see it climbing ladder.
Even if the price is going great and its increasing we generally tend to regret if we sell it and the price continues to grow.
This is really hard once our emotions are involved with our investments.
I think that the best thing we can do is separate our emotions with our investments. We should kind of make a pact to never regret any decision that we ever made because in the words of Victoria Holt “never regret, if it was good , its wonderful and if its bad, its experience.”
I think what’s important is taking into account every single detail in the market regarding our investment and at the same time emotionally detaching our minds and making stable decisions and that’s what makes a investor successful.
Also someone has truly said “the investment market takes money from the hasty one and gives it to the patient one”

You're right, we shouldn't invest in our emotions because our emotions often mislead us. In my opinion, the biggest factors that cause an investor to lose money is to invest with panic and emotions. I think we will be more profitable if we learn to be patient instead of panic, and to apply basic and technical analysis methods instead of investing in emotions.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB good to invest at price of 0.0019 BTC ? on: October 07, 2019, 08:08:13 PM
The current price of BNB is really cheap. It may be a good idea to buy it. However, if you will buy, I definitely recommend using stoploss. My advice is to install stoploss below 18000, because that price is a solid support, and if it falls below that price, the risk of falling further down is high. Apart from this risk, I really think it's a good idea to invest from this price because it is really bottomed and we can see a nice rise in the coming days for bnb
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra the new crypto king on: October 07, 2019, 07:44:20 PM
Libra of course will add a great innovation to the crypto currency market and it will be very valuable, but it can't the new crypto king. It is not that easy. Bitcoin is always the king of this market, I think it will stay at least for the next 5 years. It is not possible for the libra to exceed bitcoin already. It is also not possible libra to exceed large coins such as ethereum, ripple, stellar in the short and medium term, but I'm sure it will be among the top-10 coins
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Useless altcoins must remove from the whole crypto market on: October 07, 2019, 07:19:45 PM
They just create some kind of hype once or twice in a month or week and make their profit with fake exchanges and forget about it, I am talking about the developers of those kind of altcoins which are not performing and these are totally waste for crypto market and also creating confusion for new people who are entering in crypto world so what's your opinions. Useless altcoins must be remove from crypto market if it happens then it would be great and very beneficial for crypto world.

I strongly agree with this idea. Useless altcoins take up unnecessary space in the market and cause the pie to be divided into more slices during the bull season. Moreover, most of these atlcoins are scam and shit coins, that's why people lose confidence in this market. But is there any power to erase such atlcoins from this market? I don't know. I think the only way this can happen is that stock exchanges do not list these coins.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: altcoin growth too slow? on: October 07, 2019, 06:51:16 PM
Yes it is very slowly because people still don't believe that altcoins can rise. Therefore, investors stay away from altcoins, and as the volume is low, the uptrend is slowly. When people realize that altcoins are not as much affected by the bitcoin movement as they used to be, volumes will increase and so will the uptrend.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When altcoin price increase on: October 07, 2019, 01:01:40 PM
When bitcoin price increasess, altcoin decreases. When bitcoin price decreases, altcoin decreases as well. In both case, altcoin suffers. When does altcoin price increases? Why market follow this behavior? Please share constructive reason behind this.

I think that we have left those bad days behind, at least for now. As you can see, altcoins are no longer affected by bitcoin movements as before, because the dominance of bitcoin has reached a high enough level and the prices of altcoins rising. As for your question, I think that when bitcoin loses its throne in the market, altcoins will act independently of bitcoin movements. That is, if an altcoin exceeds bitcoin, the altcoins will be freed from bitcoin captivity, but this seems almost impossible in the short or medium term.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alt coins price at bull run on: October 07, 2019, 12:37:49 PM
How much the price rises will depend on how long the bull run will last. However, in my opinion we will see a short altcoin season and in the process we will see at least $240-270 eth. Likewise, there is no reason why the ltc is not $100 again. Time will show everything. I'll reconsider after bitcoin dominance declines to 65%
