41  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTB] I search for pbmining contracts on: November 24, 2014, 12:05:02 AM
Yes you can do this, if you can work it out with the seller, change the email address then you can change the password and payout address. Don't expect much communications or help from PB I've done this.
42  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: November 22, 2014, 11:31:17 PM
Truth is, I would not have pulled my sig if it were not Puppet making the allegations. He's often brutal, but I've never known him to be malicious. I will not purchase more nor promote pbmining further until there is some level of proof of their mining, or if they're doing something else legit to simulate mining, proof of that.

I'm arrogant, Puppet, but I'm willing to listen to reason from some people. You're one of them.

It takes a big man to admit that biomech, I'm going to do the same as you. He did make some good points to consider.
43  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: CloudMining.website is offering 1 GHs @ 0.001 BTC | Upto 90 Ghs giveaway per acc on: November 17, 2014, 11:03:18 PM
I'm new to posting in these forums. I have looked at leaving someone trusted feedback but I can't seam to do it because it asking for a reference link, not sure what that is and the things I've tried don't work.
44  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: November 17, 2014, 11:58:09 AM
You are see a lesser payment from the week before because the week before the difficulty changed in the middle of the week.  This past week is a full week at the current difficulty.  This week the difficulty will also change mid week.  This is quite common here. No big mystery to it.

50  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: November 09, 2014, 07:47:50 PM
You actually can sell a PB account. I have bought someones account from them in September. However PB does not do it for you, you do it yourself. First by changing the email of the account to the new owner. PB did this for us, then the new owner can change the payout address to his own and change the password to his own.  Which is what I did.
It's mostly the buyer and seller doing it, not PB.
I'm getting a nice payout from the cloudmining site. However I never was able to determine the length of the contract.

Noobs(edit for spelling) don't know the hold movement?

Google bitcoin hold or bitcoin hold meme

Still doesnt make sense to me, I try to be on the "serious threads" im afraid, but maybe you can explain the joke so we can laugh together  Grin

Maybe you can look it up . but basically long time ago, in a land far far away a bitcoiner who may of just been a bad speller  or as rumor has it may of had too much to drink.
Misspelled Hold and sent hodl instead.  so to this day is common to see this. I hope that helps.

Nice work you did with your charting your activity Silentbit, I salute you. I like to work with the figures 1 BTC = 1BTC and then work out price changes and currency seperate.
Since people sharing their PB stories today I thought I would share mine. I dont have the nice spread sheet to show you so I will simply tell. I began on April 6, buying contracts of various amounts each week and each difficulty period. Accumulating 3000 ghs from April through August.  In total 15 contracts purchased at all price range and all difficulty levels.  7 of the 15 contracts are into profit and reached breakeven at 21 to 26 weeks. Others are close. In total 11.53 bitcoins were spent. Today 9.55 bitcoins have been received. I expect total breakeven ROI on this group of contracts before the end of the year for sure.

Hey pbmining admin,

are you starting to take fees from our contracts?

In your site, it says
"At Piggyback Mining, we cover the electricity costs and all pool fees." And you promise that, there is no other fees, no recurring cost etc..

till yesterday, there is no fees, in our contracts, but when i double-checked the stats in the global page, it seems that, there is at least 2% fees, in rewards, since yesterday..

is there a problem, or is there a new hidden fee in effect? i hope it is some kind of mathematical problem, and will be fixed soon..

For sure, i will check all the users global stats for 24 hours..

I'm not seeing this in my contracts,    mining at the current difficulty as normal.  100 Ghs is paying .00998236 last week and on the track to do same this week. What is it your seeing?
55  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: October 12, 2014, 12:17:23 PM
What is this about?

Its a ANN thread of a cloud mining site called PBMining! If you asked something else, please explain.

   ~~MZ~~

Im looking into it, thanks, is it really legit?

Also what happens with the BTC I put, I never get them back? I just get the payments according to my hashrate, for 5 years, and that is it right? I mean if I purchase 60gh for aprox 0.1BTC I get back 0.025 a month for 5 years but without counting the diff raise and the gh/$ rate going down, but I can never get back those 0.1 BTC i gave?

Understand, you did not , as you say, put or gave btc into something. You agreed upon a contract, and bought such contract. Pb fulfills this contract each week in payment.
Why would you expect to get your original payment for this contract back? I'm confused!
56  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: October 12, 2014, 11:20:54 AM
Can somebody explain me how the difficulty is changing?Every 2 Weeks?Every 4 Weeks? I searched some sites and got something around 13 Percent every 12 days, but is this correct?
I privately sent you a message directing you to a couple good sites for this. Basically though it's.--In an ideal world, a new block would be mined and broadcast to the network every 10 minutes.

2,016 blocks * 10 minutes per block * 60 seconds per minute equals 1209600 seconds per mining round in Satoshi's dream world. This is equal to 14 days.

Therefore if you watching difficulty on bitwatch, if you see the rate mining less than 6 blocks each hour then difficulty is going lower, if you see it averaging more than six blocks per hour difficulty is rising.

Hey im a noob to PB mining. I have 38gh/s which is i know is only small. But have they got payout figures?
(edit) from previous threads. 1 gh/s equals to 0.04cents per week

I can tell you this fairly accurately,  your 38 ghs with the current difficulty will pay you about .0037 btc per week. At this morning price of 356.00 dollars, you will receive about
$1.31 dollars.
58  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: October 10, 2014, 08:56:57 PM
Can somebody tell me how long it usually take until i reach roi?I read about 4 or 6 Months

I looked at serveral charts and saw that the difficulty is increasing around 20 percent every month,so i will not get any money after 5 Months...is this correct?
[/quote

I can tell you that the price now at .0017 looks good for you to get your return in 35 or less weeks. However understand that mining is a long term investment.  When you buy a contract, it will take sometime to reach its break even but of course you will get bitcoin after 5 months, you will be getting bitcoin for the next 4 years and 5 or 6 months.
Maybe not very much, but we don't know what the price of bitcoin is in the future either.
59  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: September 28, 2014, 09:28:05 PM
I feel more secure with PB mining not showing photos or giving detailed information. Should they post photos then a controversy will start because then we won't know if they real or even if its their mining or someone else. Once they start showing photos and giving detailed information on their operation, there will be bureaucrats who will want some of the action in the form of taxes and permits and control in anyway they think they get get their hands on this pie. I think it's best that PB, remain as it is on this matter. I am seeing my first 7 contracts have broken even and are into profit though.
