Try using a bitcoin mining calculator like http://www.alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator to calculate your approximate earnings.

I can tell you this fairly accurately, your 38 ghs with the current difficulty will pay you about .0037 btc per week. At this morning price of 356.00 dollars, you will receive about $1.31 dollars.

Hi scatter, first welcome to pbmining community yes you will exactly payout in a week time 0.0039 btc / week for 38 ghs, no more or no less!! everything included, no pooldown, no pool fees, no any other costs, you make other cloud sites one fourth of that amount, that is 0.0010 btc/week with 38 ghs, like cex or etc.. because of high maintance fees, they are cutting 75% of rewards..

I privately sent you a message directing you to a couple good sites for this. Basically though it's.--In an ideal world, a new block would be mined and broadcast to the network every 10 minutes. 2,016 blocks * 10 minutes per block * 60 seconds per minute equals 1209600 seconds per mining round in Satoshi's dream world. This is equal to 14 days. Therefore if you watching difficulty on bitwatch, if you see the rate mining less than 6 blocks each hour then difficulty is going lower, if you see it averaging more than six blocks per hour difficulty is rising. http://bitcoinwatch.com/https://cryptanalys.is/difficulty/bitcoin_btc.php

Also what happens with the BTC I put, I never get them back? I just get the payments according to my hashrate, for 5 years, and that is it right? I mean if I purchase 60gh for aprox 0.1BTC I get back 0.025 a month for 5 years but without counting the diff raise and the gh/$ rate going down, but I can never get back those 0.1 BTC i gave?

You would have to make the calculations yourself and decide if you should invest or not. You get payments weekly based on your hashrate and the current difficulty, for 5 years. It might be profitable, it might not be. Again, you should make the calculations yourself.

Understand, you did not , as you say, put or gave btc into something. You agreed upon a contract, and bought such contract. Pb fulfills this contract each week in payment. Why would you expect to get your original payment for this contract back? I'm confused!
