I’m just upset because my deposit was credited instantly using that same payment processor while theres a problem on withdrawal only.
Since you have used local payment methods, please wait some more hours. Local payment methods aren't automated yet for most local. So, it may take few hours more depending on their availability.

I am always happy with the promotion post of the new casino code because usually I often try to test the game and find luck there.  Cheesy
Feel free to join our Telegram channel. We regularly share small promo codes there.

We have spent hours to find a possible bug. All is good from our side. OP may have messed up something and trying to blame us now.

Hello
Can you please share your username on Coins.game platform so that I can have a look at what actually happened and try to solve the issue. We apologize for any of our technical errors.

In terms of bonuses especially level up bonuses it seems like the standard nothing special, it would be better if the team could increase its competitiveness.
Thank you for the honest feedback. We may consider this in the near future.

Is there any reason why no one from your marketing management is posting here what you guys have posted on social media accounts like Instagram, which has so many promo codes and contests? I've been actively participating in these campaigns on Instagram and have even won twice already in contest.

If it would be helpful I'd be happy to volunteer to post here what you have posted on Instagram.

Edit: My bad https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=408265.0

But you can post it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=71.0 and create another thread about promocodes and contest.

Posting a promocode in this thread is actually not breaking any rules as far as I understand, there are some casinos do it regularly like 8b** and for***. As far as there is no requirement for people to post their username in the thread, I think it is fine. Why this casino is not doing it, maybe it is part of the marketing strategy. Promocodes to be in social media only and other competition to be in this forum.
We belive promo codes are working fine on social media and posting them here would make the topic more spammy. That's why we don't share them here.

I dont think there is specific minimum rank to be able to claim the coin wheel, I can claim it while I was in rank 1 till now.
You are right. Anyone can claim this prize and use them regardless of their rank.

Will it be an exclusive bitcointalk contest or will it be available in the website where all players are automatically participated as long as they meet the requirement?
As always, no other answer that I can give except "depends". Depends on the rules, prizepool, and absolutely depends on my gambling funds condition.  Cool
The main point for me is that, as long as I think that the contest is worth to participate, I'll be there.
We are currently focusing on our Bitcointalk community. Most of the contests here will be exclusively for Bitcointalk only.

xLays issue was different because he used a local payment processor and the cancellation was on their part. Now that it happened with cryptocurrency, we will have a look at this and will fix it soon.

What? On my part?
Not on your part. It was the local payment processor.

As of now I see another problem like what we have wagered is not accurate on the data.
Can you share me more on this in DM?

No there has been no misunderstanding. Regardless of the browser i use, many of the games do not work for me.
My perspective as a client has not changed since for me, the site still does not fucntion.

Just read what you told to your customer.
You just told a customer that their bad experience with your product was a missunderstanding and their perspective must have changed since someone else shows the site working.
Since it works for everyone else, it must be an issue from your end. That's how I interpreted it. My bad if it offended you.

Just tested a withdrawal few minutes ago, at first I thought that I will experience the same as happened to xLays yesterday because my 1st withdrawal request was cancelled.
Luckily my 2nd request is processed and I received my money in my wallet after few minutes.
I have no idea why my 1st request was cancelled by the system, maybe coins game should inform players immediatelly by email or by live chat once a withdrawal is cancelled.
My withdrawal is not big, just did it for a withdrawal test to know how smooth the withdrawal in coins.game.

We apologize for the inconvenience. xLays issue was different because he used a local payment processor and the cancellation was on their part. Now that it happened with cryptocurrency, we will have a look at this and will fix it soon.

I deposited 299 TRX approximately three hours ago, which wasn't credited.
Your deposit has been credited. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I tried playign in the coins.game casino for a little today and i have to say it was one of the worst experiences i have had in a online casino ever.
At first the deposit address for crypto did not appear. It toke several minutes and refreshes for it to finally appear. (and at first, it gave a wrong address. I was depositing TRX, but got a address for something else).
Half of the original games did not work. For some i had a popup at the bottom of the screen saying "some error". For others the bet button did not activate.
The balance is not automatically updated after every bet so after some bets you have to refresh the site to see what your balance is.
The sports betting side randomly stops working.

Overall would not reccomend.
As told above, we believe there are some misunderstandings on your part. We also believe that your perspective has been changed. You are very much welcome.

Is there something wrong with the fiat payment system as it seems he is using e-wallet from his country.
Hopefully you can fix it as soon as possible and I hope the same thing will not happen in the crypto payment system.
Exactly. The withdrawal was canceled by the payment processor. They already have solved the issue.
There's no chance of having the same issue with cryptocurrency. There are a few limitations with local payment processors.
Fortunately, our team is actively looking for alternative solutions and we are soon going to replace the current payment processor with a better one.

Can you please send me your Litecoin address in DM? Would feel happy to share a small amount.
This is a really nice gesture considering the fact that the gambler in question decided to stop gambling at your site.
We don't want to see any of our gamblers have a bad experience with us.
56  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINS.GAME | THE MOST REWARDING CRYPTO CASINO on: September 13, 2023, 03:35:11 AM
No need. I've already lose the whole amount I was supposed to withdraw. I will never gamble again on your website. Honestly, I only played on your website because of this contest: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5466369.msg62826996#msg62826996
We are extremely sorry for what happened to you. Can you please send me your Litecoin address in DM? Would feel happy to share a small amount.

Support always says that my inputs are incorrect, but from my perspective they are all correct. Here's the lastest conversation with the support:
Please allow me some time. I'm trying to connect with the support to address this error. We apologies for the inconvenience.

And that is why it is called exclusive because only few can have an access to it. I don't like crash game either but maybe if there are contest about it which are free or even not but as long as the requirements are not hard and the participants are only less, I think I can also go for it.

Contest are a good way for a casino to promote a game because there is a chance that we players who doesn't like the game will eventually love it the more we play it, and the casino can still recover the fund that they use in the contest later on. Joining a contest is like killing two birds with one stone because we can win big if we hit the high multipliers and then we can also get a big prize from ranking high in the contest.
Our crash contest has been live already- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5466369.0
Feel free to join.

My 12,000 pesos (equivalent to $200 USD) withdrawal always gets canceled. According to customer support, the reason why this always happens is

Quote
You have an error when withdrawing funds. Most likely, you entered some data incorrectly. I will clarify the error and get back to you.

But the details I provided are all correct. I also tried four times and still received the same error. I'm using Maya to withdraw and deposit at the same time. Maya is an e-wallet here in the Philippines.
Have you heard back anything from the support? Please wait until they share an update. I'm extremely sorry that this happened to you.

Do you have plans for far future to bring $JET on a blockchain
No until now. We don't have a plan to bring JET to blockchain for now.

That's great, we loved it.

Why does it exist?
To reward our users.

I couldn't find even mention about JET from your FAQ, Blog, ToS, or help center. Not about JET or rules to redeem or exchange it. Not a word, so can you see how suspicious this is?
Feel free to check out our platform. It's available on the deposit page. How will people have more JET than USD? Remember JET can be converted to USD but USD can't be converted to JET. As I said, please take a ride on our website.
