Due to alot of orders ( buying and selling ) many short time traders are buying right now for cheap bitcoins and selling them right away for some more bucks, which generated alot of nonesense volume.
Sometimes even under the present chart price which forces the other traders to bit their orders on a better sell price so the price of bitcoin is going deeper and deeper even faster
whas your opinion?

when i read about the Wavecrest issue ( company which issued debit cards for mostly all bitcoin providers ) and the cancelation of the contract between them and visa/mastercard i realaized that after a short time facebook banned also advertisments for crypto, china wants to ban now bitcoin fully thru their " great wall " , south korea, india and the US, LLyods bank started also to ban it.
is that not strange, in a short period of time, somehow all plans to ban bitcoin somehow on their own way.
I dont think wavecrest didnt hold on their terms and conditions , its more visa and mastercard just tried to find a excuse to ccancel the contract and fight against bitcoin.
what do you think?

ich habe einige Fragen bezüglich Steuern und Auswanderung, ich hoffe hier auf Antworten treffen zu können.
Erst mal zu meiner Situation: Ich bin 20 Jahre alt, Student, habe keinen Job und wohne bei meinen Eltern, eine Steuererklärung habe ich noch nie abgegeben.
Im Juni 2017 habe ich mit dem investieren in Cryptowährungen angefangen, heute sitze ich auf einem unrealisierten Gewinn im hohen sechsstelligen Bereich.
Nun habe ich einige Fragen was die Versteuerung und eventuelle Auswanderung angeht.
1. Ich lese immer wieder zwei verschiedene Behauptungen bezüglich der Versteuerung, die eine besagt, dass Gewinne durch Cryptowährungen mit 25% zu versteuern sind und die andere besagt, dass die Gewinne mit dem individuellen Einkommenssteuersatz zu versteuern sind, welche der beiden Varianten ist korrekt und wie hoch wird mein individueller Einkommenssteuersatzt in etwa sein ?
2. Wenn ich zu einem ICO 5000€ an ETH hinschicke und die Coins die ich erhalte und halte nach einem Monat 100.000€ Wert sind. Kann ich den Wert der Coins dann als 5000€ ansehen und entsprechend versteuern, solange ich die Coins nicht verkaufe ?
3. Wenn ich auswandern möchte und vorher noch einmal für alles korrekt die Steuren zahle, muss ich dann im Fall bei der Frage 2. 5000€ oder 100.000€ versteuern ?
4. Welche Länder haben keine oder sehr niedrige Steuern auf Cryptowährungen, welche sind die beliebtesten Orte zum auswandern ? Wie schwer ist es dorthin erfolgreich auszuwandern und wie lange dauert der ganze Prozess in etwa ?
5. Ist es wahrscheinlich bzw. möglich, dass sich die Gesetze bezüglich der Versteuerung von Cryptowährungen in Deutschland im Jahr 2018 verbessern ?
Über persönliche Erfahrungen bezüglich Versteuerung und Auswanderung würde ich mich auch sehr freuen.
1. Es gilt hier bei das First in Firt Out Prinzip. Wenn du deine Coins unter der Spekulationfrist von 12 Monaten veräußerst, so fallen 30% Steuern auf deine Gewinne über 801€ an. Hälst du deine Altcoins min 12 Monate Ohne diese in eine Fremdwährung oder Altcoin zu exchangen so musst du dies in der Steuererklärung angeben. Diese wird dann durch die individuelle Einkommenssteuer errechnet. Wie hoch das sein wird kann ich dir nicht sagen. Kenne einne Fall das es zb 4600 euro waren bei einem Umsatz von 50k Euro. 2. Auswandern ist nicht so leicht. dein Welteinkommen muss derzeit in Deutschland versteuert werden. Egal wo du das geld verdienst oder auszahlst, du bist verpflichtet das hier früher oder später anzugeben, oder das Land in dem du dich befindest wird es machen ( OECD vertrag ). du müsstest dich hier in deutschland erstmla komplett abmelden samt allen verträgen die du hast und mietverträge. ( kreditkarten,mietwohnung,verträge, verbindlichkeiten jeden monat die du zahlst ) du darfst somit keinen cent an steuern in deutschland zahlen ( mwst zb durch rechnungen ) und dann musst du dich in der regel bei einem EU land 185 Tage dort niederlassen bevor du dich steuerlich dort anmelden kannst und dein welteinkommen dort versteuert werden kann, ohne das du in Deutschland durch das Doppelsteuerabkommen ggf nochmals was abdrücken musst + in dem Land in dem du dich befindest. 5. Die Steuergesetze in DE bzegüclih cryptowährungen ist eine reine steueroase derzeit. was soll sich da noch verbessern?! es wird sich eher verschlimmern mit einer ggf einheitlichen Steuerpolitik. Wenn man als privatperson handelt und es auch richtig anstellt und geduld hat kommst du mit so wenig % raus , das würdest du nirgends " sauber " hinbekommen. |

there was so much good news for bitcoin in 2017. Alot positive news which took the price of the bitcoin to the moon at the end.
iam thinking , if even this news are coming back in 2018 it wont be anything new, so the price wont go again to the peak of maybe 20k$ ?
iam also a bit nervous at the present, as iam a long term holder since 2013 and i missed the train of the highest peak to sell. now the dilemma is at aprox 8-9k$ usd
i want your opinions about why the coin wont go up or will go up. ( which kind of things are in present that the price will go deeper and which kind of news will bee there that it will go back higher )?

the sinking prices right now are normal, as China is celebrating new year on february and cashing also lot crypto to fiat.
the second point is, that big companys which invested into bitcoin are selling their stocks due to the holding contract of at least 365 Bank days , which means at new Year they have the option to sell, and yes they do, because they invested in the beginning of 2017 so they got a profit and reinvest soon.
US-Brokers got paid for the yearly generated income for the stock market!
2015-2017 its always the same a dumping Bitcoin price for 2-3 Month until it regenerates again in mid of March.
if you try to sell your Bitcoins now just because a propaganda is running through all the forums and you get scared to loose , you lost already! Stay calm and wait for the recovery back to 12-13k Euros.
China ban regulation is getting every year to the media, but thats just chit chat. There is no law for the miners or bitcoin platforms yet. so people are only afraid of some news which have no legitim law behind it yet.

I am a long term holder too, but i have sold some bitcoins last night before the crash, aproximately at $15800 each one of them.
And i bought again at a little bit more than eleven thousand dollars, i am happy about that.
And yes, i think that bitcoin will increase a lot during the next year.
Wow! You are risk taker! I hope what will you invest will you gain more profit by 2018. That's right if I hold bitcoin right now? Probably, I will not sell it because the price crashed. I am also be a long term investor someday. I think the major factor that affect the volatility of the price is the investors. As of now, there are lots of investors that will sell bitcoin because it Christmas season but I think the price will recover at the month of January because that will be the time that the whales will invest again to bitcoin. Let us see, when the price will go up in 2018. I wish it will double than the price of now because I think I have my earnings in January or shall I put bitcoin to invest. as iam holding more then 3 years and went thru alot of such down stakes, i just advice to keep holding, the first 2 chaotic down charts i was very nervous, but somewhen i lost that nervousity. im sorry for my bad english grammar and i hope you understand me. just keep cool and hold at least to the point of value you invested at. sooner or later it should hit the peak again. also there are alot of unmined bitcoins so i think as long as not all are mined there will be alot of space to go higher. |

no its not.
one main thing is the price went to fast up, as the hype before christmas and the full " real " wallets where full of bucks to invest into bitcoin.
if you aware drinking 1 whisky bottle , you puke for sure alot back out, but no all! same for bitcoin chart went up like a jet. its normal that there will be a correction as your stomach is doing after the bottle of whisky lol

yes iam a daydreamer and a skywalker. i check the chart of the btc normally once a day, but since the chaotic past days i pay more attention right now until the chart is again stable.

its up to your country where you wnat to cashout those amounts. and if you are legitimated fully.
selling bitcoins is the easiest, if you have already made all the paperwork due to the tax regulation of your country and talked with your bank because of the high incomes.
there are plenty of sites or even exchange platforms who offer a big invest into bitcoins where you are even able to sell 100 million in 1 shot

i see the chart is going up now, maybe for a short term and go back down, but do you think the new fresh money which can be reinvested from the beggining of Jan ( especially the chinese funds, as the banks release the holden stocks of private investors and companys ) will keep the price maybe back to 20k or even higher?
can you maybe tell me some reasons why it is going up for the future?
btw iam a long term holder ( 3+ years ) and iam not panic selling at all, i just wait for the right moment.

before you/or whom is paying those sums, there is a need to contact the bank before, as they will be alarmed if you dont tell them and the tax regulation of your country will knock at your door ( or even raid lol )
if you want to keep much of your money first checkout a good country for it with less tax % and solide law at cryptos. move there for 1 year to get out of your main residence country and the laws of paying taxes there.

if you mean the exchange platforms, where you can sell bitcoins and get a payout. there are plenty ones which also offer +100k payout daily.
if its still to less, you can open a own company related to financial services and get your limits higher.

Stimmt nicht. EUR = Währung = keine Ware, daher auch keine Hehlerware. Einfach mal ins Gesetz schauen: § 935 II BGB https://dejure.org/gesetze/BGB/935.html@tulpe123 Das mit der Offshore-Gesellschaft funktioniert leider nur noch sehr sehr eingeschränkt. Es gibt mittlerweile weltweit Abkommen, die das Bankgeheimnis faktisch aushebelt (ein paar Ausnahmen gibt es noch, aber Panama, Malta etc. sind diesbezüglich tot. Treuhänder wird auch immer schwieriger und das Geld kann Dir auch nicht einfach so zufließen.) Hey mit Malta,Zypern oder CH bzw Luxemburg meine ich nur die Treuehänder nicht die Offshorefirmen + Konto ( als sitz! ) georgien hat z.B kein abkommen für das elektronische vefahren mit dem Finanzamt und hat es auch nicht vor im jahre 2018 und ist sehr bitcoin freundlich. Es werden faktisch keine fragen gestellt woher das geld kommt und es gibt keine auskunft. perfekt für: Diskrete Bankverbindung ohne automatischen Informationsaustausch Debitkarte mit oder ohne Namen Stabiler und moderner Finanzplatz Systemrelevantes Finanzinstitut Sicherer Hafen für Bankguthaben außerhalb der EU Bankkonto innerhalb des SEPA-Gebiets Schutz vor Enteignung – Schutz vor Kapitalkontrollen – Schutz vor Gläubigern – Schutz vor staatlichem Überwachungswahn – Idealer Ort um Bitcoin-Transaktionen zu vollziehen Für Treuehänder diesbezüglich würde ich Luxemburg empfehlen, da diese ziemlich liberal sind.
