Hi Just saw your message. What is your address? I'm beginning to think epay.info are scammers. Only payout some, then screw the rest. All users are getting their payment . I don`t think they are scammers. It seems to be a big professional project. BUT, they really have way too long payout process. As I understand, they say that this is necessary as they manually check every transaction. This is not going to work for them in long term. I made one claim 2 weeks ago and it took 4 days to receieve it in my wallet. If they don`t do something about it soon, this service is doomed to fail.
Your one of the lucky ones, I claimed 9 or 10 days ago and nothing. There "24/7" support is non existence, and at this point I don't know what else to do to get what i'm owed. I have had support tickets sitting in the queue for the better part of a week. No answer. I finally closed my ePay faucets. Just said screw it and disabled APIs. Still waiting on a response to my ticket to close my account and return my remaining balance.
The original ticket I sent regarding logs that made no sense and a lot of payouts that didn't add still hasn't been answered.

Hello, epay. Today I've noticed all my faucet funds have been drained. I went to look into "transactions" and "payments" in the faucet manager, and there is NOTHING there. For example, for DOGE faucet, here's what it says: Well, there were like 10000 more coins left, where are they? Same deal with BTC, I can't tell you the exact amount (but If it would help, I guess that's doable), but it was definitely above zero. Please let me know if you require any additional information about this. Hello, since yesterday I'm experiencing problems on my faucets (eg https://www.faucetoo.com/doge/). The problems are with soap. I have changed nothing. In the morning I checked the page and everything worked. In the evening i got only HTTP ERROR 500. The page gets error on line return $this->client->f_balance($this->api_key, 1); ] Api key is OK. And $this->client seems to be initialized. To sum up, we have to login with a password to our account, then we have to check and accept an agreement page saying that you cannot process our withdrawal request in less than 1 days and that it will take up to 5 days (whao! did you think to create a kind of script because it seems like you are doing all these operations manually) and then it is not enough, you request us to play with a recaptcha on another page to finally get a chance to gain the satoshi we earned but of course in only few days (if everything is going fine, but it does not appear to be the case in checking this thread!!!!!) Epay.info withdrawal system is too bad. I have to wait upto 5 days for receiving my withdrawal balance. If I need the the balance urgently there is no option to receive the withdrawal quicker.
