Just sent an e-mail to the local Police ( PoliceService@Saskatoon.ca). You all should do so if you are foreigners or call them if you live in Canada (306-975-8300). If we want them to take this case serisously, the more complaints will be the better... good keep it coming- hopefully now that the payment did not show up more people will call |

Others dont have access on calling the number, do they have option to receive complaint online? Anyone can access the number. Create a gmail account and use Google Voice, international phone calls are free from there. All you'd need then is a microphone, which can cost as little as $5. However, if you don't want to report it via phone I'm sure you can submit a report online. Dont wanna waste $5 more.. I've been on the website, Filing report on Canadian Anti Fraud is complicated and might not be checked asap. If someone can call the police station and ask for online info, maybe an email address of their fraud division. I think that would be faster. I DONT TRUST YOU PBMINING CUSTOMER.. Mr Teal I have filled out that for, for you with most of the transaction. My Xapo account only goes back a certain few months so I have put in there what I can grab and have asked xapo for the the other months that are not accessible online but the form is done and sent for the most part.
Investor respect I am from the UK I am happy to ring but I think the police is slightly different to hear in the UK I can't just say Jason Boyko has stolen my money. Would I not need more information ? Have you rang them and what did they ask. I am happy to ring them ?

The fact is, pbmining paid out weekly with no downtime since they started. And they were honest since, and maybe they are telling the truth still.
Since the location of the mining rigs maybe compromised. It is possible that they are using lesser mining rigs for now, until they move to a more secure location. That might be the reason for the substantial loss of hashing.

Unfortunately the extreme harassment and threats since the posting of a Facebook profile with friends/family information has lead to some horrible losses thanks to some very shady people with unreasonable demands. This is an attempt to reach out and give customers what is left, even if it means liquidating personal assets to help. I will start the process now of looking at customers on a case-by-case basis and doing what I can to help. Any refunds in December will be aimed at those who have suffered "extreme" losses due to reduced payout. I will begin to look at the remaining majority of accounts in January.
Questions may go unanswered for awhile, but that is because there is a lot of work to do. Please be patient. Unfortunately it will be impossible to make everyone happy but a very honest attempt will be made.
For those who are wondering, the owner is not laughing all the way to Mexico. Losses have been substantial due to complete invasion of privacy and some very harsh blackmail that followed thereafter, involving thoughts of suicide over some matters, but there will be a strong attempt to make things right even if it is unsuccessful.

Pay out what you owe to the people you've stolen it from starting with the most recent to get everyone up to the same % loss on their original investment. just keep checking back - i have some info on people who can look him in the eye. we have a right to contact these people and ask them to do so. unlike pb these people cant just up and leave. we will get them. think about it if u have hundreds of people calling your business and your business partners businesses asking that they intercede and focus comes off doing daily to dealing with this scam- things will change THANK YOU for everything you guys are doing. we need to act together- as a greater concern- not alone-get a throw away cell phone to use legaly to contact those around him- i will say i have not found jaysons cell phone number yet- has anybody If what you're doing is legal, why do you need a throwaway phone to harass his family? His phone number and address have already been published; send him a formal letter of demand or call him at the listed number and talk to the guy. where are they published? |
