If you believe that you are right, then post and share your opinion, however, be ready that it could be wrong, if someone is able to prove that it is wrong.
If you believe that you are absolutely good and are not ready to listen to opinions of people even if they are experts, then probably Bitcointalk is not right place for you. Then you can start your channel somewhere and ban everyone who does not agree with you. It is simple, however, what for?
Regarding Altilly exchange, in my opinion, this exchange looks like a good place for trading Mooncoin.
Currently, after 2 years of development stagnation, Mooncoin market is quite small, but we all remember Bleutrade, they made a name with Mooncoin in 2017, it was very big trading volume. After update to 0.18.1.L with smart Likes (by the way, SL could be launched even in the first half of 2018, if we would have ChekaZ on board then), investors will begin to return to MOON, and they will look for a normal exchange to buy coins.

Iam happy to announce the new 0.18.1.L Mooncoin codebase. This version comes with the new feature LIKES as well as a whole new codebase based on Litecoin 0.18.1. - This version has several improvements over the old 0.13.9. The 0.18.1.L release is a mandatory upgrade, the HardFork Block is set to 1.801.000 until then 0.13 and 0.18 wallets are compatible, afterwards only 0.18 will be accepted by the network. Mooncoin devs currently complete their work on new Mooncoin wallet 0.18.1.L.
When it is released, all Mooncoin users and services, including pools, exchanges, block explorers, online wallets will have to update.
Current 0.13 codebase is outdated. The 0.18 codebase is well tested on Bitcoin network and has been already implemented by Litecoin.
The new 0.18.1.L wallet will contain unique Mooncoin features, smart Likes and MoonWord.
The community has been waiting for these features (especially for Likes) since 2017.
Mebagger2 and ChekaZ will post more details in upcoming days, please stay tuned and be ready to update soon.

Their decision was a shock for their members. So, they couldn't change the situation in their second effort. The bear market was an important factor too. didnt take long for them to shutdown again. i thought they will come stronger and better this time but doesnt happen. mooncoin has been an old altcoin but they are missing the devs sincerity to move forward. community take over? usually this will not last long. hard to maintain the enthusiasm from its community. lets accept the fact that this might be dying very soon... The coinexchange fiasco keeps repeating and is by no means willing to get that wallet fixet!
as investors and moon members still are in the cloud of being not well informed is a major issue!
Nobody of the devolopment

Rising demotivation is clearly an outcome when a coin losses any functonality.
The Exchanging of the coins itself lost when bluetrade also closed it's door!
Who O WHo has some forward idea's of how this matter can be fixed?

After almost 2 years of stagnation it's clear that without community there is no progress. Devs come and go, and if we are just waiting for them, it looks for people like the coin is abandoned. Mooncoin always was backed by the community, like Wikipedia when everyone is able to edit, with no contracts, salaries, companies behind it. During this stagnation people became passive and probably begin to lose faith in MOON and even don't post in the thread. However, your posts and ideas matter. The Mooncoin community suggests and decides things about Mooncoin. Regarding the Coinexchange issue old investors tried to contact them, but they didn't answer. It's not a problem to send some MOON to them to reopen wallets, the problem is it's needed to know their MOON address and the exact amount to send. If they have lost some MOON, maybe that could happen (to a degree though, other services and users didn't report lost coins) due to outdated codebase of MOON, the latest release was made in Dec, 2017 by a previous dev: https://github.com/mooncoincore/wallet/releases. Edit: other than that Mooncoin definitely has to increase its network hashrate, however, if there is no good progress (first of all, no wallet developments and no projects on top of Mooncoin blockchain), there is a lack of interest from miners and investors. Bitebtc Never block you from deposit , coin compare to other exchange higher than 20% , once you open account , start trading , when you withdraw the earning you make , bitebtc blocked you account. i had send prove that i move my coin from other exchange and trade higher price in bitebtc , but yet , bitebtc blocked my account when i withdraw my balance bitcoin. i post last two days ago but my post been deleted , i think here also got something fishy going on.
