why my account was suspended ?
i was doing indexbitco.in for the last 3-4 months now

i can log into your kingbtc.co but not your indexbitco.in
the fact is that i registered to these websites from the same device i.e my pc
based on support ticket u were supposed to enable logging for me at indexbitco.in

We are testing the improved system for Automatic Instant Payments and if you have been suspended by mistake you will be unsuspended.
Most likely you have logged in with an unreachable IP through which we can't detect if you use procy or not.

but why your site's message was i signed up using a suspicious device and it came after being active at your site for 4-5 months
which is not the real case
