It's possible, however impractical. You really don't want to store 100+gb of the blockchain on your phone. Just use an spv client like Mycelium.

Right now, it's a really great time to invest. The network is still wary from the Bitfinex hack, but once this wears off I expect a steady rise. Investing in Bitcoin is always good decision. You know best how much you can afford to spend for buying and how much money you can risk. Because there is a risk of price volatility but on long term you can't lose and therefore my answer is yes, buy Bitcoins for 1000€ and invest for your future.
Don't be so sure. Investing during the buildup of the halving is dangerous, as it's almost all hype.

The paper money will keep being used by people, especially at asian country, because i'm at asian country and people still using paper money and even the digital money era come, paper money will keep exist.
Arrogance is strong in this one. Most Asian countries are still 2nd World, and probably will be behind in catching up to the west in the near future, but having an e-wallet isn't old news

It's very possible. If you have the budget, you can pump into or out of the coin in question and effectively control the price.

thers no easy way to double your btc online if you see a site that tells you they are doubling i suggest you not to use it.
No easy way or anything bro. Doubling is kind of gambling and we can find many scammers involved in the doubling. As you avoid this would be a good option to be with our bitcoin atleast. That is very true. Avoid all forms of gambling if you can, and if you come across websites claiming that they can double your Bitcoin, "Guaranteed", then they are huge scammers. Hard work is the only way you will make money. Yep. 100% is never guaranteed. Nothing is impossible, but nothing is 100% possible. If you want to earn money, then actually work for it. That's how you progress in life.

I don't have any descendants and have zero plans to squirt any out. However I do like the idea of holding some back to leave to my one thousand cats or pet extreme right wing organisation.
By the time I'm properly old we should be into the true deflationary phase and I'll regret everything I ever bought with it back in the day.
Well said, because one day we will surely regret why did we use our Bitcoins when we had the chance to save it but we didn't... Just like you, I am still single currently but going to get married soon and I think it's better for me to save these coins for my (unborn) children at least so that these might help me to give them a better life in future... ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I don't think I will be regretting spending my Bitcoin. I am still saving my fiat as well as some of my Bitcoin. When I grow old, I will have a lot of money so I won't have to rely on pension money. Same with me. I earned and invested in Bitcoin. I think that I have the right to spend it. If my children want some Bitcoin, well they can go earn it themselves. You obviously don't have any kids. I'll have you know that having a kid will be the most important decision in your life. Your money will be theirs.

Basically paying sites to not show ads, instead of using an adblocker, which effectively kills sites.
Nope.
Adblocker is more efficient and cheap. Brave Wil be a flop.

Easy.
1. Using the lightning network, transactions will confirm instantly. 2. Generating the transaction on the phone and sending the hash to the terminal which is confirmed
This will take less than 3 seconds.
Then the terminal broadcasts the TX.

Our forum market doesn't get much business anyways, but when it does, prices are much lower than steam. What sellers will be more concerned of are sites like opskins, g2a and bitskins.
|
|
|
Be careful when reselling for this seller. As said above, he is selling keys for services that reselling is against the ToS of. You could get your account banned.

Frankly there are so many different campaigns so why not join them rather than creating this thread and asking and demanding your terms. Also why not accepting forum advertisers and do you also accept alt coins as payment ?
well so far no takers on these signature things, or i don't want to promote what they may be selling etc.. I suppose it would depend on the alt coin Of course not. You're asking a horrendously high account for a tiny sig space. Those get paid max 0.005 BTC a week. Go check out the altcoin marketplace section. You'll get more attention there. You're dreaming.

I can set up a forum for you, simply PM me with what script youd like to use ot even if you'd like me to make a custom one for you. Obviously will cost much much more.

Bitcoin is defenitely not more popular than the US dollar. How many people are in the US? Millions. I doubt even a hundred thousand people use bitcoin at the moment.
|
|
|
1 million dollars is a dream and will stay a dream. I think in my lifetime, we wont see more than $5,000. Maybe by 2140, we might see $50,000, but that's pushing it.

Most probably because were hoping for a clean year. No big hacks like gox and the like. And also because the halving was coming. But since Bitfinex, we've been stuck in a stable 600.
|
|
|
The price was going down slightly already before the hack, due to the halving hype wearing off. I think however we would be in the mid-700s by now.
|
|
|
There's a slight chance if we're lucky, but generally I would say no.
There's a decent chance we'll hit $650 at the end of the month, however. We might be able to get out of this stable area.

At the start of this year when bitcoin was about $400 AUD, I bought a mechanical keyboard (Corsair K70) with my bitcoin, for fun. Then recently the price hit $1080 AUD. I was furious. My $200 keyboard was now worth double the market value... sigh.

Nice long post. Let me shorten it up for you - TL;DR: "The price has been steady for a long while, it'll not be surprising if it stays this way." I agree with you fully, buddy. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

I'm holding about 21 bitcoin collectively with my family. Trying to go for the long-term, however if we happen to need the fiat we might be forced to sell.
