We are aware of the "Couldn't validate address" error upon withdrawal attempt, it is related to deposits-not-confirming issue. Will post when it is confirmed working, estimate few hours.

Deposit will be credited after hot wallet catches up. This is our mistake and we will issue apology freerolls in the lobby after we have fixed the problem.

SWC, you must realise how bad it looks for you that no deposits have been processed for more than 2 days. At least acknowledge the issue and let your customers know why this is happening while you still have some. Your communication is atrocious in general, but to remain silent on a critical issue such as this goes beyond incompetence to active sabotage of your own site and playerbase.
This is an error on the SwC side. Player deposits will be credited as soon as possible. Team was quickly building player-selects-fee and set hot wallet to maintenance mode in error, preventing player deposits from crediting. SwC takes responsibility for it and is fixing it now. Hot wallet will need some time to catch up. SwC will issue lucrative apology freerolls for the next two days in the lobby.

Never have a trouble before but im still wating my withdrawal from 4 days ago.
SwC targets the 50th block for withdrawals and 2 weeks ago the mempool exploded. Some transactions remain unconfirmed. https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#BTC,2w,weightSwC will introduce player-selects-fee option soon.

Does SwC is going to add new crypto currencies as deposit option to the site? I'm asking because it's beyond good and evil (sic!) to deposit through Bitcoin now. And on site is now only two options: Bitcoin and BCH (the things i don't have neither want to buy)
We have considered an option to offer a service to convert to other currencies during deposit and withdrawal, with play still in uBTC and uBCH. Would you play at SwC with this feature?

Developers are reviewing cashout strategy and will make changes. Player feedback has been negative on 50 block target. Mempool became congested and exacerbated the issue. Internal talks discuss player-selects-fee with high-medium-low options. Micro players want low fee, high players want fast confirmation. Players with unconfirmed withdrawal transactions can do child-pays-for-parent to speed up withdrawal confirmation https://wiki.trezor.io/Child_Pays_For_Parent_(CPFP) Batching transactions was discussed but there is privacy issue with that method. We are looking at utxo management. For the angry player making demands, if you do not trust swcpoker then withdrawal your funds and don't play. Developers and engineers see the long roadmap of bug squash and feature building. Team is strong and will keep building and show players improvement. Useful helps is for players to list the features you want to see and tell us where we can improve. We will keep building for you because we are dedicated to swcpoker.

Why are you sending withdrawals from multiple addresses, artificially inflating the fees for withdrawing? And why are you shilling for segwit (scam) and bch (scam)?
As a bit of a public service I'll explain that you do not want to hold bitcoin in anything other than a bitcoin address, segwit is not recognized by the bitcoin network, meaning real nodes don't recognize segwit
Edit: what is this 'signing strategy'? Anyone involved in bitcoin that matters is using gpg encryption to sign or encrypt, so what is this other thing you're trying to do?
SwC Added BCH so players, including low limit players, could have an option for low fee deposit and withdrawal. Signing strategy shows all platforms are from the same identity. More information on segwit below https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Segregated_Witnesshttps://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/BIP_0091

Feature request:
1) Add No Limit Single Draw. 2) Ability to store all hand histories locally for all games (currently only supports omaha and holdem) 3) Hand helper. This speeds the game up. Helps substantially with badugi variants. 4) SwC Frank swimsuit calendar
Tell us your most desired next features and bug fixes you want!!! When next in line in a ring game waiting list, the popup buy-in dialog should play a tone or sound effect to get the player's attention. It's literally one line of code to fix. requests have been added to internal discussion, thanks for posting them and developers welcome more ideas from players. it is building time at swc and devs making many improvements.

Adding bcash is a good decision.
Bitcoin is too expensive to move for 95% of online poker players. Most players play micro stakes.
SwC is here for all bankrolls from low to high. Support received many requests for bch and lightning network deposit withdrawal options because of rising btc fees. SwC will build lightning network still, it is a long time since promised, but had to push more urgent updates to the game first. BCH is easier integration than lightning network. So, now that we have bitcoin cash and bitcoin, you can filter either one or see both currency games at the bottom of the client, so if you don't like bch just leave the setting to only show btc

We have a big update dropping tomorrow SwC will be down for maintenance at 10:00 UTC.
Promise it's worth the wait!

What times are you sending out withdrawals?
It takes too long these days, been waiting forever!
Now the mempool is full again and as you send it with tiny fees it wont get confirmed, thanks for that. 12 hours ago even a mini fee would have been enough.
So annoying!
Withdrawals are processed by hand at least once every 24 hours. The fee target was recently changed after players experienced long mempool confirmation wait times. SwC will continue to monitor the situation and build a fee selection tool into withdrawal function.

|
You should let users choose the withdrawal fee. I am happy with 7sat/byte but there is no such option. In the end, decided not to deposit due to an unknown withdrawal fee.
Player choose different withdrawal fees will come in a future update.

I recommend paying attention to the situation in the community https://t.me/swcpokerru and the inconvenience of the affiliate panel. The affiliate panel is being completely redone and will include improved and new features to support our affiliates.

What's the criteria you're using to delete posts from this thread?
Anything a forum spammer like u posts. Back to the real problem. Yesterday many players had to wait forever for their deposits. Mine was credited after 7 hours and over 30 confirmations. What did I pay a urgent fee for? No sorry, no mention here. We just have to deal with it. Any legitimate issue that doesn't compromise player or site security is allowed to post here. To respond to your question, the SwC deposit system has 99%+ uptime, where deposits are credited after 1 confirmation. Rarely we experience an issue where deposit will take more than 1 confirmation to confirm, but it seems that happened in your case. When this issue persists the system will catch up and credit deposits after functionality has been restored.

What's with the "Social Freeroll"? can' seem to find any info on it who is supposed to be playing there. Is it something from you or a 3rd party?
This is a freeroll run by one of our affiliates and we do not tell you how to find the password!

Question about withdrawal fees.
Just read about one guy in the chat who paid 770 chips (42$) in fees for his withdrawal. He sent you a mail and you replied there was an error but he didnt even get a refund.
So for the future, how will this be handled? I or better we dont want to pay horrendous fees to withdraw by some "error" or something similar. Who or what ensures this wont happen again?
This happened 1 week ago according to your post . WHy did it happend again???
We made a mistake when rolling out player-pays-fee and set our block targeting too close. The high fee was only paid by a few players and SwC reimbursed each one. We quickly changed it to target later blocks and the fee was reduced to a reasonable level. No player complaints since then.
