What SWC really needs in my opinion is a "streamlining" of available stakes.

The team was researching this recently, running queries to see what tables have never been played in 3.0 history. We may do some cleanup soon.

Remember players can email support to request a cash table they don't see in the lobby.

the support place will be the most important one of the site

SwC is happy with the level of support being given now. We usually reply to support mails in only a few hours and the staff that manages the support channel does a great job giving correct and helpful responses.

The most common reason players say they like SwC is because of low rake and fast cashouts.
The most common complaint about SwC is that we don't have enough players.

Please tell your friends about SwC, word of mouth advertising is the best form of marketing for SwC. We are increasing our affiliate outreach and traditional marketing efforts to help bring in new players to the Bitcoin 3.0 platform.

SwC has made this problem gambling page on the website:

https://swcpoker.eu/problem-gambling

It will appear in the footer after next website update is pushed. Feedback is welcomed.

SwC has discussed internally after reading comments about Problem Gambling link, we agree with the players that suggested it and will include a problem gambling link on the site soon.

SwC policy on HUD programs:
  • 😴🖐 SwC does not comment on solutions to setting up HUDs
  • 😋👉 SwC does not police HUD usage

You can do it, but SwC doesn't help.

My absolute dream would be a 9-game mix consisting of NLHE/Irish/Shortdeck, PLO/BigO/Courchevel, PL Baducey/Badacey/NL27SD. The action this game would create...

NL27SD is on the roadmap to bring back. Variety of games is a feature SwC is known for and we plan to build out the selection of games.

Regarding krillroll access, do you consider lowering the threshold from the current [500+ Krill]?

The Krill program will get more interesting as the site grows. SwC will roll out a full schedule of krillrolls in the future that will include 50+ krill requirements.

^  My guess:  NLHE, PLO, Short Deck, and prolly Omaha NL/PL Hi/Lo...?

But I'd suggest just having a mix between NLHE and PLO.

Anyway what's the rake cap in chips?  10?  I was playing HU 200nl and went all in and got 390 chips back.  Isn't 10 in rake in chips a tad high?

SwC's rake tables are posted:
https://swcpoker.eu/house-rules#charge-rake

200nl is the lowest limit that we rake because everything lower is no-rake microstakes. We will look at adjustments for the entire rake table at regular intervals, so we will check this next time we discuss internally.

SwC looked closely at Krill generation and designed the new site so we can easily adjust the Krill generation rate. Internal discussion about a promotion like "Triple Krill April" that would award all krill at 3 times the current rate for the entire month. A promotion like that could offer new players the chance to quickly acquire enough krill to unlock chat color, avatar, and krillroll access.

Can you please give us a sneak peak of what will be in the next update? Pretty please? Will there be (Progressive) KOs? More tournaments? Is any new variant coming (back)? Maybe Big Game Mix? Any info would be appreciated.

Currently there is internal discussion about Big Game Mix.

It's been years since I found a poker site that I really feel I absolutely enjoy playing at.

SwC Poker has a different style than other sites. We relaunched the site with new software because we didn't see a competitor in the market place that was offering a good version of the game with a fair rake. SwC is proud to offer a low cost, player friendly version of online poker to the community. Bitcoin makes it possible.  Now our goal is to continue making it better.

Anyway what can we do with our Krill?  What about buying some cool avatars with them...

Part of the Krill lore is that it does not decrease. Down the road SwC plans to introduce 'fresh krill' that must be consumed before it goes bad.
475  Economy / Gambling / Re: SwC Poker RELAUNCH ♣️ BITCOIN POKER 3.0 ♣️ BIG BTC🏆 ♣ Win✅ Mac✅ Android✅ HTML5✅ on: March 11, 2019, 11:29:06 PM
But I've never seen anything, regarding krillrolls, other than [500+ Krill] ones.

SwC uses the 500+ Krill limit as a good indicator if someone has been on the site and really played the game. Krill used to be easier to earn, so it seems time to examine that number again.

The krill program will continue to get more interesting over time, with plans for new features and promotions on the roadmap.

I just noticed that there will be several opportunities of winning a ticket to the long-anticipated THE BIG BTC! that will take place on March 31.

With just 100 chips spent we can win a ticket worth of 10,000 chips! Since I have over 500 chips currently, I think I'm going to try my luck in this one couple of times.

Meanwhile 16 players have already registered for THE BIG BTC! It would be interesting to know, how many of them have registered with their money and how many with the tickets they won in such tournaments?

So you mean that we can get 1 btc just by spending like 0.01? Is it we really need to spend it or just literally spend it? Because there is a time when people think that 0.01 as their tickets to join this kind of bonus and then they need to pay another coin just to play them again. So it is like paying double, although it is still worth by using 0.02 to get 1 btc but sometimes people do not really like if this happens

 Huh

We will make some statements and that may help you and other players to understand about the BIG BTC and the great deals we offer to win your seat:

  • On SwC Poker, 1,000,000 chips = 1 Bitcoin
  • SwC Poker offers many satellite tournaments to help players win the 10,000 chip buy-in
  • Some of these satellites will 'overlay' meaning that SwC Poker guarantees the 10,000 'ticket' or voucher for 1 free BIG BTC entry but collects <10,000 chips from all the entries
  • That 100 chip entry satellite is a particularly good deal, often we collect <3,000 chips but pay out the ticket
  • We do this on purpose as a promotional effort to reward SwC players
  • The BIG BTC is a 10,000 chip buy-in tournament with 1,000,000 chips guaranteed total prizepool (100 players)
  • That means the total prizepool is going to be >=1,000,000 chips or 1 bitcoin. The prizepool is divided among the players that cash in the tournament, with 1st place getting the most
  • Last month 1st place was over 280,000 chips: https://swcpoker.eu/post/big-btc-1-000-000-gtd-back-in-march

What about the ability to directly ping or alert somebody who's sitting out.  Sometimes it gets really frustrating to wait for somebody to get back.  Lol.

And when he get's pinged or alerted, Rick Astley music plays.  Can be done two times per 5 minutes.  Cheesy

While SwC takes pride in being an innovator in the space, the rick roll alert system will have to wait until Bitcoin Poker 4.0.

For The BIG BTC, SwC continues to spread high value, overlay likely satellites at different times throughout the month. You can also find krillrolls in the lobby for totally free BIG BTC seats. We decided to spend some of the marketing budget directly on the players that support us to give these free or cheap BIG BTC seats. When we ran the numbers for February BIG BTC we found that SwC paid about 25% of the prizepool, which is acceptable to us as a good monthly promotion that rewards many of our frequent and long term players.

For roadmap, will all those things sticked to original roadmap?
Or the team made adjusted roadmap already?

SwC Poker does not publish our roadmap. For us it is not like other projects, we do not use roadmap to try and sell ico tokens or seek investment, it is a living document we use internally to guide our development path.

But, I kindly request for the browser play version to have better filtering on what games, stakes, etc should appear in the lobby.  I can only click one check box at a time, it should be multiple check boxes for better filtering.

SwC will continue to work on the ui/ux experience across all of our clients. Internally we are in agreement that the filtering on the initial HTML5 & Android client could be better. It is a tracked issue and on the roadmap to improve.
